Pro-Trump capitalists fire the first serious warning shot in Capitol

In June, 2020, we wrote that, the whole picture indicates that all these far-right militia groups together with a significant part the US police force are forming a loony army of Trump defenders, driven by racism, ultra-conservative ideas and far-right extreme conspiracy theories.

These fanatics have become so loyal to their leader - who happens to be the President of the United States - that they will do whatever it takes to see him in charge for another four years. As Trump's popularity has taken a downturn, his "brigades" are ready to take action in case he loses November's election. Especially if he loses marginally.

Previously, we explained that, what we see now in the United States with Trump, is a counter-attack by the part of the American capital against the globalist faction. The faction that is primarily consisted by the liberal plutocracy. Therefore, as the capitalist class splits, the capitalists around Trump are now taking with them the most conservative part of the American society, as they need electoral power. They have the money and their own media network. Their first big victory was Trump in the US presidency and this explains why the liberal media attack him so hard and so frequently.

Consequently, all these crises of the last two decades revealed more and more clearly this merciless war among the capitalists. As these have the real power with the big money and the big media, this war not only overshadows every effort for a real alternative against the capitalist system. It even brutally crushes every attempt for a democratic revival. The rampageous bulls of capitalism are fighting each other in an arena in which democracy has now turned into dust under their violent clatters.

And under these circumstances, the capitalists won't hesitate to throw in the arena the expendable US working class. To fight on their behalf in an equally merciless civil war.

The recent, unprecedented events with Trump supporters storming US Capitol, could be interpreted as the first serious warning shot by capitalists around Trump. They have already thrown in the arena several working class Americans and they already sacrificed five of them. Unfortunately, this may be only the beginning. Because this ruthless capitalist faction won't give up so easily after Biden's victory.

Indeed, as we already explained, capitalists around Trump have now very few options. Despite the fact that Trump's attitude helps their liberal opponents in the capitalist war, it seems that it's the only thing they got right now. Considering that Trump managed to build a solid army of fanatically devoted, ultra-conservative followers, the capitalists around him will use them to escalate tension and even provoke a working class civil war. Especially in case of an elevated threat against them from the liberal capitalist faction during Biden's presidency.

The alternative for pro-Trump capitalists would be the formation of their own political party, with Trump in the leadership, to run in 2024. Although Trump managed to create a solid base with fanatic supporters, such a political attempt won't have good chances to take power in the next general election.

Apart from that, four years of Biden (or probably Harris in the end) in the US presidency, will give enough time to the liberal plutocrats to fully restore neoliberal order and deal with most of the pro-Trump capitalist faction, once and for all. The most significant ally of the pro-Trump capitalists outside the US will remain Boris Johnson. And they will probably use him to sabotage international agreements in an effort to maintain some negotiating power against the liberal capitalists.

Pro-Trump capitalists gambled heavily with the unprecedented events in Capitol. They actually gave to their capitalist liberal rivals exactly what they wanted. Now, liberal capitalists will demand law and order and will place every attempt for a revolutionary change into the same basket with Trump's mob storm in Capitol. Progressives inside and outside the Democratic party will not dare to even mumble anything about Socialist policies, as the DNC "barons" will constantly reminding them the enormous danger of a Trump 2.0 comeback. Liberal capitalists will unconditionally demand "unity" from all party members and voters through their DNC proxies, more than ever.

The best hope for pro-Trump capitalists right now is an article of impeachment against Donald Trump by the House Democrats that will seek to charge him with "inciting violence". This will probably make Trump fanatics even more angry, and no one will be able to predict the consequences during the days until Biden's inauguration day.

Unfortunately, what the US working class doesn't seem to understand, is that it is expendable for both capitalist factions that are now fighting each other. And that both these capitalist factions won't hesitate to shed the blood of the US working class in a brutal civil war, just to protect their interests. Inside this terrible pandemic, Americans must finally understand one thing: that their real, common enemy is the capitalist elites of all sides. And that they must fight that enemy, united.

  1. "They actually gave to their capitalist liberal rivals exactly what they wanted."

Better put: Their capitalist liberal rivals gave themselves exactly what they wanted. The DC police
received no help at all from the governors of DC, the US congers and their employee, the DC mayor.

    Bless them every one.

Capitalism & Genocide - Yanis Varoufakis Speech at the Gaza Tribunal, 23rd October 2025, Istanbul

Yanis Varoufakis   On 23rd October, Yanis Varoufakis testified in front of the Jury of Conscience in the context of the Gaza Tribunal. His speech focused on the economic forces underpinning the genocide of the Palestinian people. In particular, he spoke on the manner in which capitalist dynamics have historically fuelled the white settler colonial project and, more recently, how the accumulation of a new form of capital - which he calls cloud capital - has accelerated, deepened and amplified the economic forces powering and propelling the machinery of genocide.

Israel & CIA Behind Iran Protests To Get U.S. To Attack!

The Jimmy Dore Show    As protests in Iran have heated up, western media has actively exaggerated and selectively framed the violence by using casualty figures from U.S.- and Israel-funded NGOs — all in order to build public support for another regime-change war. Former CIA officer John Kiriakou and guest Scott Ritter claim protests were infiltrated by foreign intelligence networks and that Israel and the U.S. are using “human rights” narratives similarly to the way they were used in Iraq and Syria.   Dore and Ritter contend that Iran’s government responded to armed unrest rather than peaceful protest, while mainstream outlets ignore attacks on police and public infrastructure. They warn that propaganda, sanctions, and media coordination are laying the groundwork for a wider U.S.–Israel conflict with Iran.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on. Her piece is an incomplete depiction of what is happening on the ground, ignoring many salient facts that have come to light and which have been outdated by recent events. The following is a brief response to Ellsberg’s main points from someone who lives in Nicaragua and has observed the situation directly and intimately: https://grayzoneproject.com/2018/08/15/a-res...

Jeffrey Sachs: The US is a violent regime

CGTN   Shortly after US President Donald Trump announced on social media that American forces had carried out military actions against Venezuela, President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores were forcibly taken to New York City to face US charges including narco-trafficking. Speaking with CGTN's Tian Wei, Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs warned that such actions reflect a broader pattern of militarized US foreign policy. By sidelining international law and disregarding the UN Charter, Washington is undermining the very framework meant to safeguard global peace and prevent another era of devastating wars.

Billionaires are social distancing in super yachts as tens of millions lose jobs

Everyday, it becomes clearer: the COVID-19 pandemic is hitting poor, working, and marginalized communities the hardest. Millions of workers – especially low-wage retail, food service, hospitality, and care workers – have faced the terrible choice daily between going to work and risking their health, or staying home and risking their paychecks. Many other workers don’t even have that choice, with around 30 million people in the US filing for unemployment in the past six weeks. But billionaires don’t face these same problems. As tens of millions have lost their jobs over the past two months, billionaire wealth soared by a whopping $282 billion between March 18 and April 10, according to a new study from the Institute for Policy Studies.  And while finding enough space to wait out the pandemic is something many struggle with, billionaires have been escaping to their second (or third, or fourth) homes to ride it out in luxury – all while they position themselves to ...
