Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στους εργαζόμενους της ΕΡΤ

Οφείλουμε ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στους εργαζόμενους της ΕΡΤ, που για 5 ολόκληρους μήνες κατάφεραν να εκπέμπουν από το ραδιομέγαρο της ΕΡΤ, παράγοντας ουσιαστικό έργο και παρέχοντας ουσιαστική, πραγματικά ανεξάρτητη πληροφόρηση, κυρίως για τρεις βασικούς λόγους:

1ον : γιατί με τη στάση τους κατέδειξαν από την πρώτη στιγμή την παράνομη πράξη της κυβέρνησης ενάντια στην δημόσια ραδιοτηλεόραση και δεν την νομιμοποίησαν.

2ον: γιατί απέδειξαν ότι η αυτοδιαχείριση είναι εφικτή, καθώς λειτούργησαν για 5 ολόκληρους μήνες χωρίς αφεντικά πάνω από το κεφάλι τους και χωρίς κυβερνητική χειραγώγηση. Απέδειξαν ότι η αυτοδιαχείριση είναι εφικτή όταν υπάρχει αλληλεγγύη, ενότητα, συλλογικότητα, συνεργασία, κοινή προσπάθεια.

3ον: γιατί η εικόνα έξω από το ραδιομέγαρο, με τους δημοσιογράφους να συνεχίζουν να εκπέμπουν με όποια μέσα τους έχουν απομείνει μπροστά από τα ΜΑΤ, η στιγμή που τα ΜΑΤ εισβάλουν στην ΕΡΑ, αλλά και η στιγμή που μερικούς μήνες νωρίτερα κατεβάζουν τους πομπούς και πέφτει το μαύρο στην δημόσια τηλεόραση, θα μείνουν στην ιστορία για να θυμίζουν και στις επόμενες γενιές τις μαύρες σελίδες της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας στην Ελλάδα.

Μπορεί η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία να διεξάγει το πιο αποκρουστικό πείραμα σε βάρος της πλειοψηφίας των Ελλήνων, με σκοπό να το επεκτείνει σε όλη την Ευρώπη, όπως άλλωστε έχει ήδη κάνει και στην περίπτωση της δημόσιας ραδιοτηλεόρασης στην Βαλένθια της Ισπανίας, όμως οι εργαζόμενοι στην ΕΡΤ απέδειξαν περίτρανα ότι η αντίσταση απέναντι στην νεοφιλελεύθερη λαίλαπα δεν είναι μάταια.

Απέδειξαν, ότι με μια πραγματικά δημοκρατική κυβέρνηση, που θα έχει σαν στόχο να ενισχύει και να αναβαθμίζει συνεχώς το κοινωνικό κράτος και όχι να το διαλύει, σε συνδυασμό με το κατάλληλο νομοθετικό πλαίσιο, η αυτοδιαχείριση μπορεί να γίνει πράξη σε κάθε εργασιακό χώρο.

Άσχετα με το τι θα γίνει από δω και πέρα, η αντίσταση των εργαζομένων της ΕΡΤ, αποτελεί μια νίκη με πολύ μεγάλη σημασία απέναντι στην νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία. Γι'αυτό τους οφείλουμε και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ.

    Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ κι από μένα, για την πολύτιμη "παρένθεση" -που μόνο παρένθεση δεν είναι πια, στο ζόφο που μας πνίγει.

    Και πάνω απ' όλα, από τους λόγους που αναφέρεις (υπάρχουν κι άλλοι) για τον δεύτερο. Χωρίς καθόλου να μειώνω καθόλου τους άλλους, άρνηση, αμφισβήτηση, αντίσταση έχουμε πολλές κι αλλού. Στην ΕΡΤ είχαμε -και έχουμε παντοτινά, όπως λες- την κατάφαση, τη θέση, το παράδειγμα του πώς και πόσο μπορεί να λειτουργήσει το ελεύθερο, ανατρεπτικό, συλλογικό πνεύμα της αυτοδιαχείρησης και τι πραγματική εργασία, κοινωνική ευαισθησία και πολιτισμό μπορεί να παράξει.
    Οι άνθρωποι -το υγειέστερο κομμάτι της ΕΡΤ είπαν: "Ναι, γίνεται!" "Ναι, μπορούμε!" Και το έκαναν.

    Κι αυτό τους πόνεσε. Τους πόνεσε τόσο, που μόνο τα ΜΑΤ θα μπορούσαν να τους προσφέρουν κάποια προσωρινή ανακούφιση...

      Πραγματικά τους πόνεσε, γιατί αν το αντι-πείραμα που έκαναν οι εργαζόμενοι της ΕΡΤ γίνει παράδειγμα και θελήσουν να το εφαρμόσουν και άλλοι, τότε θα αρχίσει να καταρρέει η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία τους.

      Το πρόβλημα όμως, αγαπητέ/ή, δεν είναι μόνο "αυτοί".
      Το πρόβλημα είμαστε και (κυρίως) εμείς, τα ανθρωπάκια της "insufficient" ή "unbalanced evolution".
      Καθημαγμένοι, τηλεχαυνωμένοι και ακρωτηριασμένοι, περιμένουμε ακόμα, στην πλειοψηφία μας, πότε θα έρθει η "ανατολή", πάει να πει το επόμενο ξεροκόμματο που θα μας πετάξουν (οκ, μερικές φορές ή γιια μερικούς είναι "λαδομπούκι", αλλά λίγη σημασία έχει) που θα κατευνάσει λίγο την πείνα και τις ενοχές μας. Ενοχές απέναντι στον περήφανο, δημιουργικό και καταφατικό εαυτό που όλοι κρύβουμε, άλλοι στα ρηχά κι άλλοι, ψυχικά ευνουχισμένοι από κούνια, στα πολύ βαθειά.

      Το πιο πολιτικό σύνθημα που άκουστηκε στα συλλαλητήρια του τελευταίου καιρού, ήταν -κατά τη γνώμη μου- το: " Στο δρόμο -στο δρόμο, να διώξουμε τον τρόμο"!
      Στο δρόμο, και στην εργασία, και στη γειτονιά, και στην παρέα και παντού, χρωστάμε στους εαυτούς μας και στους άλλους την απελευθέρωση κάθε δυναμικού μας που διεκδικεί ένα περιβάλλον ανθρώπινο, δημιουργικό, αλληλέγγυο, μακριά απ' τον τρόμο.
      Είναι στοίχημα ζωής.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that.
