Το τελικό πόρισμα για τα θαλασσοδάνεια κομμάτων και ΜΜΕ

Το τελικό πόρισμα της Εξεταστικής Επιτροπής για το βαθύ και «αμαρτωλό» τρίγωνο της διαπλοκής - το τρίγωνο πολιτικής, τραπεζών και μέσων ενημέρωσης - παραδίδεται σήμερα το απόγευμα στον πρόεδρο της Βουλής Νίκο Βούτση και παίρνει τον δρόμο της Δικαιοσύνης.

Οι εννέα μήνες των εργασιών της Εξεταστικής οδήγησαν σε πλήθος ερωτημάτων για τις πρακτικές δανειοδότησης τόσο των μέσων ενημέρωσης όσο και των πολιτικών κομμάτων, με κυβερνητικές πηγές να επισημαίνουν ότι σ’ αυτή τη φάση δεν αποδίδονται μεν ευθέως ποινικές ευθύνες σε συγκεκριμένα πολιτικά πρόσωπα αλλά είναι πολύ πιθανό να υπάρξει στοιχειοθέτηση κακουργηματικών πράξεων πολιτικών στην έρευνα που θα διεξάγουν στη συνέχεια οι εισαγγελείς και να επιστραφεί ο φάκελος στη Βουλή για τη σύσταση Προανακριτικής Επιτροπής.

Το κείμενο που θα προκύψει από την τελευταία συνεδρίαση της Εξεταστικής Επιτροπής σήμερα το μεσημέρι δεν αναμένεται να είναι κοινό απ’ όλα τα κόμματα, καθώς ήδη από την Παρασκευή καταγράφηκαν διαφορετικές προσεγγίσεις.

Η σύνδεση πολιτικής εξουσίας και τραπεζών

Το εισηγητικό πόρισμα όμως που κατέθεσε η πλειοψηφία (ΣΥΡΙΖΑ - ΑΝΕΛ) δείχνει σαφείς και συγκεκριμένες ευθύνες σε τραπεζικά στελέχη για την πρακτική της χορήγησης δανείων - μια πρακτική, που όπως σημειώνεται, ήταν «κατά παράβαση των σύννομων κανόνων και χρήζει περαιτέρω διερεύνησης από τη δικαιοσύνη».

Για ενδείξεις περί «κακουργηματικών ευθυνών» έχει μιλήσει ήδη και ο πρώην πρόεδρος της Εξεταστικής Επιτροπής και νυν αναπληρωτής υπουργός Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας Σωκράτης Φάμελλος. Ο κ. Φάμελλος είπε ότι η εισαγγελική έρευνα είναι πιθανό να αναδείξει «κακουργηματικές ευθύνες, οι οποίες έχουν να κάνουν με τη διαχείριση του δημόσιου χρήματος και με τη μη τήρηση των τραπεζικών κανόνων».

Ο ίδιος είπε ότι στην Εξεταστική διαπιστώθηκε η «σύνδεση της πολιτικής εξουσίας με τις τράπεζες και τα ΜΜΕ, όπου η πολιτική εξουσία, για να συντηρήσει τις καρέκλες, πολλές από τις οποίες κρατούνται και βασίζονται σε μία οικογενειοκρατία, διόριζε διοικήσεις τραπεζών, οι διοικήσεις των τραπεζών έδιναν δάνεια σε Μέσα Ενημέρωσης και σε κόμματα, χωρίς να τηρούν τους κανόνες του τραπεζικού δανεισμού και με ανισοτιμία σε σχέση με την υπόλοιπη επιχειρηματικότητα».

Από το πόρισμα της πλειοψηφίας προκύπτει ότι η συνολική χρηματοδότηση των τραπεζών προς μέσα ενημέρωσης φθάνει στο στο 1,27 δισ. ευρώ, με σημαντικό μέρος αυτού του ποσού να είναι ληξιπρόθεσμο.

Τα δάνεια της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ

Αποκαλυπτικές είναι οι περιπτώσεις της δανειοδότησης της Νέας Δημοκρατίας και του ΠΑΣΟΚ, που από το 2001 δεν έχουν καταβάλει ούτε ευρώ για την εξυπηρέτηση των δανείων του με τις συνολικές οφειλές τους να ξεπερνούν σήμερα τα 400 εκατομμύρια ευρώ.

Συνολικά σε ό,τι αφορά τα κόμματα η Τράπεζα Πειραιώς έχει το μεγαλύτερο ύψος χρηματοδότησης έχοντας χορηγήσει δάνεια 240 εκατ. ευρώ, εκ των οποίων τα 220 εκατομμύρια προέρχονται από την Αγροτική.

Όπως είπε, δε, στην Εξεταστική Επιτροπή ο επιθεωρητής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος Γιώργος Πάσχας μόνον τα δάνεια του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και του ΚΚΕ θεωρούνται «ομαλής είσπραξης».

Οι τράπεζες και τα Μέσα Ενημέρωσης

Στο μέτωπο των Μέσων Ενημέρωσης οι δανειοδοτήσεις ανά τράπεζα είναι οι εξής:

  • Πειραιώς: Δάνεια 432 εκατ. ευρώ - ακάλυπτοι κίνδυνοι 29% -ληξιπρόθεσμα 47%

  • Εθνική: Δάνεια 430 εκατ. ευρώ, ληξιπρόθεσμα 45%

  • Alpha Bank: Δάνεια 311 εκατ. ευρώ, ακάλυπτοι κίνδυνοι 50% 
     
  • Eurobank: Δάνεια 85 εκατ. ευρώ, ληξιπρόθεσμα 19,2%

  • Attica Bank: Δάνεια 12,6 εκατ. ευρώ
