Απίστευτο: το Ισραήλ εξοπλίζει Ουκρανούς νεοναζί!

Όπλα ισραηλινής κατασκευής στέλνονται σε μία βαριά εξοπλισμένη νεοναζιστική παραστρατιωτική οργάνωση της Ουκρανίας, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του Electronic Intifada.

Όπως φαίνεται στις ιστοσελίδες της οργάνωσης Azov Battalion, μέλη της κρατούν όπλα Tavor με ειδική άδεια από το Ισραήλ.

Ισραηλινοί ακτιβιστές είχαν διαδηλώσει ενάντια στο εμπόριο όπλων στην Ουκρανία, τονίζοντας ότι ενδέχεται να φτάσουν στα χέρια αντισημιτικών οργανώσεων. Μάλιστα, ο δικηγόρος Eitary Mack με ειδικό αίτημα ζητούσε να σταματήσει η στρατιωτική βοήθεια του Ισραήλ προς την Ουκρανία, μιλώντας για το φασιστικό χαρακτήρα της οργάνωσης.

Απαντώντας στο αίτημα του Mack, η Υπηρεσία Εξαγωγών Όπλων του ισραηλινού Υπουργείου Άμυνας εξηγεί ότι «με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή» αδειοδοτεί τους εξαγωγείς όπλων και «σε απόλυτη συνεννόηση με το Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών και άλλους δημόσιους φορείς».

Ο Mack και μία ομάδα 35 ακτιβιστών έγραψαν ξανά ότι ένοπλες δυνάμεις της Ουκρανίας χρησιμοποιούν όπλα κατασκευασμένα στο Ισραήλ, ενώ δέχονται και ειδική εκπαίδευση από τη χώρα.

Τα όπλα Tavor είναι βασικό μέρος του εξοπλισμού που χρησιμοποιούν οι ένοπλες δυνάμεις του Ισραήλ και χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στις πρόσφατες δολοφονίες άοπλων Παλαιστίνιων στη “Μεγάλη Πορεία της Επιστροφής”.

Η ηγεσία της Υπηρεσίας Εξαγωγών Όπλων του ισραηλινού Υπουργείου Άμυνας δεν μπήκε στη διαδικασία να διαψεύσει τα στοιχεία αυτά, ούτε συζήτησε το ενδεχόμενο να σταματήσει τις αδειοδοτήσεις για λόγους ασφαλείας.

Η παραστρατιωτική ομάδα Azov Battalion έχει κατηγορηθεί για εγκλήματα πολέμου (μεταξύ των οποίων βασανιστήρια, σεξουαλική βία και στοχοποίηση κατοικιών) εναντίον φιλορωσικών ομάδων κατά τη διάρκεια του εμφύλιου πολέμου στην περιοχή του Ντονμπάς.

Στην ηγεσία της ομάδας σήμερα βρίσκεται ο Ουκρανός Υπουργός Εσωτερικών Arsen Avakov, ο οποίος, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του BBC, έχει ορίσει έναν από τους διοικητές της ομάδας του ως αναπληρωτή του, σε θέση που ελέγχει την αστυνομία της χώρας.

Πέρσι ο Avakov πραγματοποίησε επίσημη συνάντηση με τον Ισραηλινό Υπουργό Εσωτερικών Aryeh Deri, με σκοπό να συζητήσουν για μια επικερδή συνεργασία.
