Το εμπόδιο που λέγεται Πούτιν

... και η αναστολή των σχεδίων της παγκόσμιας οικονομικής ολιγαρχίας για την Ρωσία

του system failure

Ακόμα και όταν το 1989 το τείχος του Βερολίνου κατέρρεε, λίγοι ήταν αυτοί που πίστευαν ότι η παγκόσμια οικονομική ολιγαρχία θα μπορούσε να διαλύσει την Σοβιετική Ένωση ή την Γιουγκοσλαβία, αιματοκυλίζοντας της καρδιά της Ευρώπης.

Μετά την εισβολή του νεοφιλελεύθερου δόγματος στα πρότυπα του ΔΝΤ στη Ρωσία και την καταστροφή της οικονομίας, αυτό που διαφαίνονταν, ήταν ότι η Ρωσία θα μπορούσε να μετατραπεί σε ένα τεράστιο φέουδο των εγχώριων ολιγαρχών, που σε συνδυασμό με την εισροή Δυτικών κεφαλαίων, θα έκαναν πλιάτσικο σε βασικές πλουτοπαραγωγικές πηγές και υποδομές της χώρας, που άφησε ως κληροδότημα το πάλαι ποτέ Σοβιετικό κράτος.

Οι εγχώριοι ολιγάρχες με επικεφαλής τον Μπόρις Μπερεζόφσκι, έφεραν έναν δικό τους άνθρωπο, όπως νόμιζαν, στην εξουσία για να κάνει τη δουλειά. Τα μίντια των ολιγαρχών κατάφεραν να εκτοξεύσουν την δημοτικότητα του Πούτιν, κατατροπώνοντας τον επικίνδυνο για τα σχέδια τους, Γεβγκένι Πριμακόφ. Ακόμα και σήμερα, δεν είναι απόλυτα βέβαιο ποιος σχεδίασε τις βομβιστικές επιθέσεις σε διάφορες Ρωσικές πόλεις τον Σεπτέμβριο του 1999, αφήνοντας πίσω εκατοντάδες νεκρούς και τραυματίες, αλλά το γεγονός αυτό άνοιξε το δρόμο για τη Ρωσική επίθεση στην Τσετσενία και εκτόξευσε την δημοτικότητα του τότε πρωθυπουργού Πούτιν, ο οποίος σύντομα κατέλαβε το προεδρικό αξίωμα.

Ο Πούτιν όμως είχε άλλα σχέδια και ξεκαθάρισε από την πρώτη στιγμή ότι δεν ήταν διατεθειμένος να υπηρετήσει τους ολιγάρχες, οι οποίοι σύντομα αναγκάστηκαν να αυτοεξοριστούν, καθώς έβλεπαν ότι έχαναν το παιχνίδι στη Ρωσία. Από κει και μετά, ο νέος πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας, κατάφερε να “υπνωτίσει” τη Δύση, παίζοντας το παιχνίδι με τους δικούς της όρους, δυναμώνοντας παράλληλα και την επιρροή της Ρωσίας. Ενισχύοντας το δίκτυο αγωγών προς την Ευρώπη, εξασφάλισε την ενεργειακή της εξάρτηση από τη Ρωσία και αναβάθμισε κατακόρυφα την γεωπολιτική ισχύ της χώρας του.

Και ενώ ΕΕ και ΗΠΑ αναλώνονταν στον πόλεμο κατά της τρομοκρατίας και φθείρονταν σε αδιέξοδους πολέμους σε Ιράκ, Αφγανιστάν και αλλού, ο Πούτιν είχε όλη την άνεση να στήσει τον δικό του μηχανισμό απέναντι στη Δυτική προπαγάνδα. Όντας ένας άνθρωπος που αναρριχήθηκε στην εξουσία και με την βοήθεια των ΜΜΕ, έστησε το δικό του μιντιακό δίκτυο που περιλαμβάνει, για παράδειγμα, το τηλεοπτικό κανάλι Russia Today στα Δυτικά πρότυπα και “εισέβαλε” στα σπίτια εκατομμυρίων ανθρώπων στις χώρες της Δύσης χρησιμοποιώντας την Αγγλική γλώσσα, αλλά προωθώντας τις Ρωσικές θέσεις ως αντίβαρο στο μονοπώλιο της Δυτικής προπαγάνδας.

Η Δύση ανακάλυψε ξαφνικά ότι ο νέος ψυχρός πόλεμος είναι προ των πυλών και ότι έπρεπε να αντιμετωπίσει τη Ρωσική αρκούδα που ξύπνησε για τα καλά. Τα γεγονότα στην Ουκρανία έδειξαν ότι το Δυτικό μπλοκ βρίσκεται σε πανικό, φοβούμενο ότι η Ρωσία θα προχωρούσε σε μια εκ νέου επέκταση της σφαίρας επιρροής της στις χώρες του πρώην Ανατολικού μπλοκ. ΕΕ και ΗΠΑ, σε μια βιαστική και μάλλον άτσαλη κίνηση έσπευσαν να υποστηρίξουν τους νεο-ναζί και τους εθνικιστές στην Ουκρανία, βάζοντάς τους για τα καλά στο παιχνίδι και διευκολύνοντας την άνοδό τους στην εξουσία.

Οι εμπνευστές του σχεδίου δεν υπολόγισαν σωστά τις αντιδράσεις του Ρωσικού πληθυσμού στην Κριμαία και την Αν. Ουκρανία, καθώς κατάφεραν να αναβιώσουν την εθνική συλλογική μνήμη των μαχών ενάντια στους ναζί εισβολείς κατά τον Β' Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο και να συσπειρώσουν τον Ρωσικό πληθυσμό, που αποτελεί και την πλειοψηφία στις περιοχές αυτές, ενάντια στους νεο-ναζί του Σβόμποντα και του Δεξιού Τομέα.

Η υπόθεση της απαγωγής των μαθητριών από την οργάνωση Μπόκο Χαράμ στη Νιγηρία και η απόφαση ΗΠΑ και Βρετανίας να επέμβουν για να τις απελευθερώσουν, δείχνει ότι η Δύση προσπαθεί να συμμαζέψει τα ασυμμάζευτα, προσπαθώντας να πείσει ότι παραμένει πιστή στις ανθρωπιστικές αξίες, παρά την υποστήριξη των ναζί στην Ουκρανία και την ανοχή στα εγκλήματά τους. Δεν είναι παράξενο που τα Δυτικά ΜΜΕ προέβαλλαν κατά κόρον τις πρωτοβουλίες Ομπάμα για το θέμα, τη στιγμή που είναι κοινό μυστικό ότι εκατοντάδες γυναίκες στην Αφρική βιάζονται, βασανίζονται και σκοτώνονται καθημερινά, για να μην μιλήσουμε για τις γενοκτονίες, όπως αυτή στη Ρουάντα, για τις οποίες η Δύση τήρησε σιγή ιχθύος και δεν έκανε τίποτα για να τις αποτρέψει.

Επιπλέον, ένα πολύ πιθανό αποτέλεσμα στις Ευρωεκλογές, με την άνοδο των ευρωσκεπτικιστών την Ευρώπη, θα αποτελέσει ευκαιρία για την Ρωσία να επεκτείνει την επιρροή της και σε χώρες που ανήκουν αποκλειστικά στην Δυτική σφαίρα επιρροής. Ήδη, η επίσκεψη Τσίπρα στη Μόσχα δείχνει ότι ο Πούτιν θεωρεί την τωρινή κυβέρνηση παρελθόν και ότι μια κυβέρνηση της Αριστεράς στην Ελλάδα, ενάντια στην Ευρώπη της Μέρκελ και του νεοφιλελευθερισμού, θα μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει καλύτερα τα σχέδια της Ρωσίας και την κατακόρυφη αύξηση της γεωπολιτικής της ισχύος στην Αν. Μεσόγειο.

Ενδεχομένως, αυτό που βλέπουμε να συμβαίνει στην Ουκρανία να αποτελεί μια ακόμα αποτυχία των διαφόρων think tanks, κυρίως της Ουάσιγκτον, τα οποία βέβαια χρηματοδοτούνται από το διεθνές κεφάλαιο. Φαίνεται ότι, εκτός του γεγονότος ότι υποτίμησαν τις ικανότητες του Πούτιν, εκτίμησαν λανθασμένα ότι η Ρωσία είχε περάσει ανεπιστρεπτί στην φάση του νεοφιλελευθερισμού και θα αποτελούσε μια εύκολη λεία προκειμένου να προωθήσουν τα σχέδιά τους. Σχέδια, τα οποία να είχαν ενδεχομένως ως απώτερο στόχο την μελλοντική διάσπαση της αχανούς Ρωσικής επικράτειας και την εγκαθίδρυση φιλοδυτικών καθεστώτων, με στόχο, όχι μόνο την κατάκτηση των πολύτιμων πλουτοπαραγωγικών πηγών, αλλά και την οριστική επιβολή του νεοφιλελεύθερου δόγματος σε "αχαρτογράφητες" περιοχές και πληθυσμούς.

Προς το παρόν, αυτό που έχει μείνει να κάνουν είναι να προκαλούν τη Ρωσία ώστε να την σύρουν σε έναν ατέρμονο πόλεμο φθοράς στην Αν. Ουκρανία και αυτό εξηγεί εν μέρει την διστακτικότητα του Πούτιν να επέμβει όπως και στην Κριμαία. Φυσικά, απέναντι στον Ρωσικό στρατό, η Δύση δεν πρόκειται να ρισκάρει να παρατάξει οργανωμένες στρατιωτικές δυνάμεις, παρά μόνο ομάδες οπλοφόρων ιδιωτικών στρατών, όπως γίνεται ήδη. Όμως είναι σίγουρο ότι, παρόλο που με τις άστοχες ενέργειές της έχασε πολύτιμο έδαφος, η παγκόσμια οικονομική ολιγαρχία δεν πρόκειται να εγκαταλείψει εύκολα τα σχέδιά της για τη Ρωσία ...
