Τι φοβάται η Ευρωπαϊκή νεοφιλελεύθερη οικονομική αυτοκρατορία

Τα τελευταία τέσσερα χρόνια, η Ελλάδα έχει περάσει μια από τις χειρότερες περιόδους της σύγχρονης ιστορίας της. Με αφορμή την οικονομική κρίση, έχει γίνει το πειραματόζωο σε ένα πείραμα που επιχειρεί να ανιχνεύσει τις αντιδράσεις απέναντι στα νέα δεδομένα που επιβάλει ο καπιταλισμός στην πιο καταστροφική του εκδοχή.

Στο πεδίο των νέων συνθηκών που επιβάλλονται, δοκιμάζονται οι αντοχές και οι ανοχές μιας ολόκληρης κοινωνίας, που η μοίρα την έφερε να παίξει τον ρόλο του πειραματόζωου σε ένα από τα πιο βάρβαρα πειράματα της σύγχρονης ιστορίας. Επειδή όμως το πείραμα δεν έχει τελειώσει, αυτό που η Ευρωπαϊκή νεοφιλελεύθερη οικονομική αυτοκρατορία φοβάται περισσότερο, είναι μια απότομη διακοπή του, με αποτέλεσμα να εκτροχιαστούν επικίνδυνα τα σχέδια για την επέκτασή του σε όλη την Ευρώπη.

Το γεγονός ότι η Ευρωπαϊκή οικονομική ελίτ χρησιμοποιεί την παρούσα Ευρωπαϊκή πολιτική τάξη για να απορρυθμίσει το σύστημα περισσότερο, αποδεικνύει ότι φοβάται την άνοδο πολιτικών δυνάμεων που δεν θα είναι “εύκολα διαχειρίσιμες” στην Ευρώπη. Με άλλα λόγια, επιχειρεί να οριστικοποιήσει τις επιθυμητές συνθήκες στην Ευρώπη, αλλά και παγκοσμίως, ώστε οποιεσδήποτε πολιτικές δυνάμεις έρθουν στην εξουσία να βρεθούν προ τετελεσμένων, με πολύ λίγα περιθώρια για ελιγμούς που θα μπορούσαν να αλλάξουν την κατάσταση προς όφελος της μεγάλης πλειοψηφίας των λαών.

Ο ταξικός πόλεμος ξεκίνησε από την Ελλάδα και από τις χώρες του νότου. Παράλληλα, στις υπόλοιπες χώρες του νότου και της περιφέρειας, εφαρμόζονται παρόμοιες πολιτικές σε διαφορετική όμως κλίμακα. Αυτό γίνεται γιατί, αν εφαρμόζονταν σκληρές πολιτικές όπως στην Ελλάδα, ταυτόχρονα σε όλες τις χώρες της περιφέρειας, υπήρχε κίνδυνος να καταρρεύσει απότομα το “μαξιλάρι ασφαλείας” που λέγεται μεσαία τάξη και να προκαλέσει απρόβλεπτες εξελίξεις και επικίνδυνη αστάθεια για την ολοκλήρωση του πειράματος και την οριστική επιβολή των όρων της νεοφιλελεύθερης δικτατορίας.

Ακόμα και στην Ελλάδα, αν και σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα, οι πολιτικές αυτές εφαρμόζονται σταδιακά, ακριβώς για να μην καταρρεύσει απότομα η μεσαία τάξη και οδηγήσει σε εκτροχιασμό τα σχέδια της οικονομικής ολιγαρχίας. Όμως οι ευρωεκλογές μπορούν να αποτελέσουν μια σημαντική αφετηρία αντίστασης. Είναι καλό που οι Μέρκελ-Σαμαράς έδειξαν πόσο αγωνιούν να παρουσιάσουν οπωσδήποτε ένα “success story” απέναντι στην πραγματικότητα που είναι η απόλυτη καταστροφή, γιατί έτσι δείχνουν ότι φοβούνται πραγματικά το αποτέλεσμα των ευρωεκλογών. Φοβούνται ένα ευρωκοινοβούλιο που θα είναι δύσκολο να ελέγχουν.

Ήδη, στην Ελλάδα άρχισε η γνωστή επιχείρηση της προπαγάνδας εκφοβισμού. Τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ προβάλουν εκτιμήσεις των μεγαλύτερων διεθνών τραπεζών, ότι το αποτέλεσμα των ευρωεκλογών μπορεί να φέρει αστάθεια στις αγορές και οι "αόρατοι" και δήθεν ανεξάρτητοι επενδυτές ετοιμάζονται να εκτοξεύσουν ξανά τα spreads της Ελλάδας, σε περίπτωση που οι Έλληνες ψηφοφόροι "μαυρίσουν" τα παραδοσιακά νεοφιλελεύθερα κόμματα εξουσίας ή τα δεκανίκια τους. Όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, κινητοποιήθηκε και το διευθυντήριο του Βερολίνου με τις πρόσφατες δηλώσεις Σόϊμπλε, που τα μίντια ανέδειξαν ως κύριο ζήτημα, ερμηνεύοντας τις δηλώσεις του πάντα προς την κατεύθυνση της εκφοβιστικής προπαγάνδας.

Επιπλέον, αυτό είναι ένα καλό σημάδι και για το ότι υπάρχουν δυνάμεις στην Ευρώπη που αντιμάχονται πραγματικά τον καταστροφικό νεοφιλελευθερισμό και ότι πραγματικά το σύστημα δεν τις ελέγχει απόλυτα, τουλάχιστον προς το παρόν. Αλλά και τα παραδοσιακά κόμματα εξουσίας που έχουν υιοθετήσει πλήρως την νεοφιλελεύθερη ατζέντα, κατανοούν ότι διαμορφώνεται μια δυναμική που προέρχεται από εκατομμύρια Ευρωπαίων πολιτών, που είναι αποφασισμένοι να ανακόψουν την καταστροφική πορεία που έχει παρει η Ευρώπη.

Στην ουσία, αυτό που παρατηρούμε ήδη στην Ευρώπη, είναι ένα χάσμα μεταξύ των πολιτών και της Ευρωπαϊκής γραφειοκρατικής εξουσίας, το οποίο διευρύνεται συνεχώς. Υπάρχει μια φανερή διάσταση της κοινοβουλευτικής εξουσίας με την γραφειοκρατική ελίτ που ταυτίζεται με τα μεγάλα τραπεζικά συμφέροντα και τα συμφέροντα των πολυεθνικών που επιβάλλουν οι λομπίστες στους διαδρόμους των Βρυξελλών. Η καλύτερη απόδειξη, είναι τα πρόσφατα καταδικαστικά συμπεράσματα του ευρωκοινοβουλίου κατά των νεοφιλελεύθερων πολιτικών της Τρόικα.

Όμως, η αδυναμία της εκλεγμένης πολιτικής εξουσίας να επιβάλλει την βούληση των Ευρωπαίων πολιτών στα διάφορα όργανα της ΕΕ, έγκειται και στο γεγονός ότι, για δεκαετίες τα κόμματα της Δεξιάς και των Σοσιαλιστών εναλλάσσονταν στην εξουσία, με αποτέλεσμα να διαβρωθούν ιδεολογικά, τόσο από την επικράτηση του νεοφιλελευθερισμού ως κυρίαρχο δόγμα κυρίως τις τελευταίες τρεις δεκαετίες, όσο και από τις συνεχείς δοσοληψίες των στελεχών τους με τα μεγάλα οικονομικά συμφέροντα, σε βάρος της πλειοψηφίας των Ευρωπαίων πολιτών. Χαρακτηριστικότερη απόδειξη γι'αυτό, είναι το γεγονός ότι απροκάλυπτα προτίμησαν να σώσουν τις τράπεζες σε βάρος των Ευρωπαίων φορολογουμένων, μετά το ξέσπασμα της τελευταίας μεγάλης οικονομικής κρίσης.

Παρόλα αυτά, υπάρχουν παραδείγματα που δείχνουν ότι το ευρωκοινοβούλιο μπορεί να επιβληθεί έναντι των γραφειοκρατών που δεν εκλέγονται απευθείας από το εκλογικό σώμα και υπηρετούν συγκεκριμένα συμφέροντα, αρκεί να έχει την στήριξη και την κινητοποίηση και των Ευρωπαίων πολιτών. Ένα πρόσφατο παράδειγμα είναι η απόρριψη της πρότασης της Κομισιόν για την καθιέρωση συνθηκών μονοπωλίου στην αγορά σπόρων, από το ευρωκοινοβούλιο, χάρη και στις υπογραφές εκατομμυρίων Ευρωπαίων πολιτών: (http://www.tvxs.gr/news/eyropi-eop/niki-kata-ton-polyethnikon-sti-%C2%ABmaxi-ton-sporon%C2%BB).

Η στήριξη των νεο-ναζί στην Ουκρανία, δείχνει την κατάπτωση και την υποκρισία της Ευρώπης που υποτίθεται ότι υπερασπίζεται τις ανθρωπιστικές αξίες. Φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα ότι, η υπεράσπιση των αξιών αυτών είναι επιλεκτική και εφαρμόζεται κατά περίπτωση, ανάλογα με την εξυπηρέτηση συγκεκριμένων συμφερόντων.

Για να μην διολισθήσει η Ευρώπη ακόμα περισσότερο σε μια κατάσταση μεγαλύτερης παρακμής, είναι απαραίτητο οι Ευρωπαίοι πολίτες να ψηφίσουν μαζικά σ'αυτές τις ευρωεκλογές ενάντια στις παραδοσιακές δυνάμεις του νεοφιλελευθερισμού. Όσο μεγαλύτερες θα είναι οι απώλειες των δυνάμεων αυτών, τόσο καλύτερος θα είναι ο έλεγχός τους στο ευρωκοινοβούλιο και τόσο δυσκολότερα θα μπορούν να εφαρμόζουν καταστροφικές πολιτικές λιτότητας κατά της πλειοψηφίας των πολιτών και υπέρ του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου. Όσο μεγαλύτερη θα γίνει η δύναμη των αντι-νεοφιλελεύθερων δυνάμεων στο νέο ευρωκοινοβούλιο, τόσο πιο γρήγορα θα σταματήσει το πείραμα στην Ελλάδα και θα αποτραπεί οριστικά η επέκτασή του στην Ευρώπη.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
