Υπέρμαχος των «θαλασσοδανείων» στα ΜΜΕ ο Στουρνάρας

Να εξωραΐσει την εικόνα του υπέρμετρου και άνευ εξασφάλισης δανεισμού προσπάθησε ο Γιάννης Στουρνάρας στην Εξεταστική Επιτροπή για τα δάνεια ΜΜΕ και κομμάτων, με την απόπειρα αυτή να αποκτά άλλη βαρύτητα δεδομένης της θεσμικής ιδιότητας που κατέχει ως διοικητής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος.

Όταν ρωτήθηκε από τον βουλευτή του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, Χρήστο Λάππα, για το σύνολο των δανείων στα μέσα ενημέρωσης, εκείνος ξεκίνησε να χαράζει υπερασπιστική γραμμή υπέρ των Μέσων, λέγοντας χαρακτηριστικά ότι «φτάσαμε εδώ λόγω της κρίσης. Όχι, της τραπεζικής κρίσης, αλλά της δημοσιονομικής».

Εκτός από το αφήγημα που προσπαθεί να δώσει για την οικονομική κρίση, που επιδέχεται μεγάλη συζήτηση για το αν αυτή προκλήθηκε από τις τράπεζες και στη συνέχεια εγκολπώθηκε στον κρατικό προϋπολογισμό, ο κ. Στουρνάρας εντέχνως αναφέρθηκε μόνο στις τραπεζικές χρηματοδοτήσεις που έλαβαν ΔΟΛ, Πήγασος και Star.

Συγκεκριμένα, είπε πως τα δάνεια των ΜΜΕ είναι μόνο το 25% του συνόλου των «κόκκινων δανείων», ενώ ανέφερε το ποσό των 317 εκατ. ευρώ, το οποίο σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο είναι αυτό που δεν εξυπηρετείται από τους ιδιοκτήτες ΜΜΕ.

«Τα καταγγελμένα δάνεια σε όλα τα ΜΜΕ από όλες τις τράπεζες είναι 317 εκατομμύρια ευρώ... επί συνόλου 3,17 δισ. ευρώ» είπε χαρακτηριστικά.

Ο κ. Λάππας παίρνοντας εκ νέου το λόγο υπενθύμισε στον Διοικητής της ΤτΕ το παράδειγμα του ALTER, όπως επίσης ότι το σύνολο των δανείων των ΔΟΛ, ΑΛΤΕΡ, Πήγασο και Τηλέτυπο είναι 680 εκατ., με τον Σωκράτη Φάμελλο να επισημαίνει πως μόνο τα δάνεια της Τηλέτυπος και του ΔΟΛ φτάνουν το νούμερο που ανέφερε ο κ. Στουρνάρας, χωρίς να υπολογίζουμε αυτά του ALTER.

«Μα μόνο το ALTER δεν πλήρωσε 300 εκατ., και αν βάλουμε του Τηλέτυπου και του Πήγασου φτάνουμε στα 700 εκατ., όπως μας είπαν επίσημα οι τράπεζες και άλλοι μάρτυρες εκδότες και τραπεζικά στελέχη, εδώ στην Επιτροπή» είπε ο κ. Λάππας, με τον Στουρνάρα να αδυνατεί να απαντήσει επί της ουσίας.

Βολές εξαπέλυσε και κατά του πρώην Διοικητή της ΤτΕ, κριτικάροντας τις απαντήσεις του κ. Προβόπουλου στην Επιτροπή. Είπε μάλιστα πως μπορεί να έχει ψυχολογικά προβλήματα, με τον Λάππα να απαντά πως αυτό θα το κρίνει η ιατρική επιστήμη.

Πηγαίνοντας τη συζήτηση στην τράπεζα Αττικής, ο κ. Στουρνάρας έπλεξε το εγκώμιο του εαυτού του για τα μέτρα που ακολουθήσε η ΤτΕ για την τράπεζα, με σκοπό την ορθή λειτουργία της και τη μη στελέχωσή της με ανθρώπους που δεν πληρούσαν τις προϋποθέσεις.

Ο κ. Φάμελλος με αφορμή την απαγόρευση χορήγησης νέων δανείων στην τράπεζα Αττικής, που επεβλήθη για λίγες μέρες, έκανε τη διαπίστωση ότι τόσο καιρό η ΤτΕ είχε τα απαιτούμενα εποπτικά εργαλεία για τον έλεγχο των τραπεζών, όμως τόσα χρόνια δεν τα χρησιμοποιούσε.

Παίρνοντας το λόγο ο κ. Σταματάκης, «εξέτασε» τον Διοικητή της ΤτΕ με ερωτήσεις που αφορούσαν τη ΝΔ και τον δανεισμό της από την ΑΤΕ. Τα ερωτήματα ήταν εν πολλοίς ρητορικά προς τον κ. Στουρνάρα. Αρχικά, αφορούσαν τον τριπλασιασμό των επιτοκίων του δανεισμού που είχε το κόμμα της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης, γεγονός που ήταν απόρροια των κινήσεων του κ. Πανταλάκη για να περιορίσει το άνοιγμα που είχαν δημιουργήσει στην τράπεζα οι μη εξυπηρετούμενοι δανεισμοί των ΠΑΣΟΚ - ΝΔ.

Αφού έλαβε τις απαντήσεις που ήθελε, μετά συμπεριέλαβε στην κουβέντα και τη νομοθετική πρωτοβουλία επί ημερών Στουρνάρα, η οποία περιόρισε την κρατική επιχορήγηση των κομμάτων. Έτσι, μπόρεσε και έφτασε στο συμπέρασμα πως η ΝΔ θυσιάστηκε μετά από αυτές τις αιφνίδιες μεταβολές, όπως τις αποκάλεσε και προέβη σε ενέργεια «σοβαρότητας και συνέπειας».
