Presupuesto de Venezuela 2017 no depende del petróleo

Venezuela se encamina cada vez más hacia la superación del rentismo petrolero. Prueba de esto es el presupuesto para el 2017: el 83 por ciento por ciento proviene de ingresos fiscales y solo el 3,2 por ciento vendrá de las exportaciones de petróleo.

Mientra que el 11,9 por ciento se financiará con los dividendos y aportes especiales de las empresas del Estado. El presidente Nicolás Maduro detalló que el presupuesto se calculó con un precio promedio del barril venezolano de 30 dólares.

En el pasado, el 80 por ciento del presupuesto se sostenía con el precio del barril del petróleo. En la actualidad, el instrumento de planificación supera los 8 billones de bolívares, de esta cantidad 7 billones son de los ingresos fiscales.

Además, en consonancia con el proyecto político venezolano el 73 ,6 por ciento del presupuesto para 2017 será destinado a la inversión social, aseguró el presidente Nicolás Maduro, durante el acto de presentación del documento ante miles de personas, frente al Panteón Nacional, en Caracas (capital). En el pasado solo era el 30 por ciento.

El mandatario indicó que la aprobación por vía popular del Presupuesto para la Nación en 2017 es reflejo de la nueva conciencia de pueblo, que lo hará invencible para el próximo ciclo de victorias de la Revolución Bolivariana.

Luego de ser aprobado por el pueblo, el vicepresidente Aristóbulo Istúriz consignó el presupuesto ante la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), debido al desacato en el que se encuentra la Asamblea Nacional con el ente judicial.
