Που είναι οι 3.285 γιατροί και νοσηλευτές που «προσέλαβε» ο κ. Κικίλιας;

Πριν από δέκα ημέρες ο υπουργός Υγείας Βασίλης Κικίλιας δήλωνε ότι οι διαδικασίες προσλήψεων ιατρικού και νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού «τρέχουν» πάση δυνάμει, ότι ήδη «έχουν αναλάβει» 176 νεοπροσληφθέντες γιατροί, και πως έχουν εγκριθεί 2145 προσλήψεις - 431 γιατροί και 1714 νοσηλευτές - που θα ολοκληρωθούν «μέσα στο επόμενο δεκαήμερο». Και δεσμεύτηκε ότι «όπως έχει τονίσει ο πρωθυπουργός, θα γίνουν όσες προσλήψεις χρειαστούν».

Το δεκαήμερο πέρασε και προχθές ο υφυπουργός Υγείας Βασίλης Κοντοζαμάνης δήλωνε ότι, μέχρι την περασμένη Πέμπτη, είχαν εγκριθεί 3.285 προσλήψεις ιατρικού και νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού, και ότι οι κλίνες ΜΕΘ σε όλη την χώρα έχουν αυξηθεί σε 813 από 565 που ήταν πριν από δύο μήνες.

Το πρώτο ερώτημα είναι που βρίσκονται και ποια κενά έχουν καλύψει - ή θα καλύψουν - οι γιατροί και νοσηλευτές που, κατά τους δύο υπουργούς, έχουν προσληφθεί, ή τουλάχιστον βρίσκονται καθ’ οδόν προς τα νοσοκομεία. Το δεύτερο ερώτημα είναι πώς ακριβώς «ανοίγουν» και με ποιον τρόπο, και με ποιο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, στελεχώνονται οι νέες κλίνες ΜΕΘ.

Μια πρώτη, και αποκαλυπτική, απάντηση δίνει η περίπτωση του νέου νοσοκομείου Χαλκίδας. Το συγκεκριμένο νοσοκομείο, με εξαιρετικά σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό, είναι έτοιμο σε ποσοστό 80% εδώ και σχεδόν δύο χρόνια, διαθέτει 30 εξοπλισμένες κλίνες ΜΕΘ, αλλά δεν λειτουργεί (κυρίως λόγω ημιτελών έργων οδοποιίας που συνδέουν το νοσοκομείο με τον κεντρικό οδικό άξονα). Εδώ και δεκαπέντε ημέρες, με την έξαρση της πανδημίας του κορονοϊού, ελήφθη κεντρικά η απόφαση να λειτουργήσουν τουλάχιστον οι μισές, οι 15 από τις 30, κλίνες ΜΕΘ του νέου νοσοκομείου και για τον λόγο αυτό ολοκληρώθηκαν με διαδικασίες - εξπρές οι εργασίες ηλεκτροδότησης και υδροδότησης του κτιρίου.

Για να λειτουργήσουν όμως αυτές οι 15 κλίνες χρειάζεται εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό, το οποίο - για άγνωστους λόγους - δεν φαίνεται να υπάρχει στις 3.285 προσλήψεις που ανακοίνωσαν οι δύο υπουργοί. Ως εκ τούτου στις αρχές της εβδομάδας δόθηκε εντολή από την διοίκηση σε αναισθησιολόγους που υπηρετούν στον υπάρχον Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χαλκίδας να μετακινηθούν να αναλάβουν εργασία στο νέο νοσοκομείο. 

Χθες ανάλογη μετακίνηση αποφασίστηκε και για τους τέσσερις πιο έμπειρους νοσηλευτές που διαθέτει η Καρδιολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Χαλκίδας. Ως αποτέλεσμα, και όπως καταγγέλλουν οι εργαζόμενοι, αφενός δημιουργούνται καίρια κενά για την τρέχουσα λειτουργία του παλαιού - και μοναδικού στην περιοχή αυτή την στιγμή - νοσοκομείου, και αφετέρου δεν διασφαλίζεται ούτε η άμεση λειτουργία των κλινών ΜΕΘ στο νέο νοσοκομείο αφού οι υγειονομικοί που μετακινούνται πρέπει προηγουμένως να περάσουν από ειδική εκπαίδευση για να μπορέσουν να παράσχουν υπηρεσίες στην Μονάδα Εντατικής Θεραπείας.

«Επιχειρούν να κλείσουν μία τρύπα και ανοίγουν άλλες δύο», λένε χαρακτηριστικά στο tvxs.gr εργαζόμενοι του νοσοκομείου Χαλκίδας, ενώ την ίδια ώρα η διοίκηση αναζητεί και… εθελοντές μεταξύ του ιατρικού και νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού για να περάσουν από ταχύρυθμα σεμινάρια. Χωρίς να δίνει καμία απάντηση στο γιατί δεν στελεχώνονται οι - έτοιμες - κλίνες ΜΕΘ του νέου νοσοκομείου με νέες προσλήψεις.

Την  ίδια εικόνα επιβεβαιώνουν και οι εργαζόμενοι στο «Σωτηρία», ένα από τα βασικά νοσοκομεία αναφοράς στην επιδημία του κορονοϊού όπου μέχρι σήμερα λειτουργούν 39 κλίνες ΜΕΘ από τις 51 που διαθέτει συνολικά το νοσοκομείο. Οι 12 κλειστές κλίνες δεν έχει καταστεί ακόμη δυνατό να λειτουργήσουν γιατί δεν υπάρχουν γιατροί και ουδείς έχει ενημερώσει για επικείμενες προσλήψεις. 

Σε ό,τι αφορά το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό, το «Σωτηρία» είχε ζητήσει τουλάχιστον 120 νοσηλευτές ειδικά για την αντιμετώπιση του κορονοϊού. Τις τελευταίες ημέρες έφθασαν 80 νέοι νοσηλευτές αλλά και εκείνοι δεν μπορούν να αναλάβουν άμεσα υπηρεσία διότι χρειάζονται εκπαίδευση και, μάλιστα, μέσα στις συνθήκες εκτάκτου ανάγκης που επιβάλει η αντιμετώπιση της πανδημίας.
