Στον «αέρα» η προστασία πρώτης κατοικίας: Η κυβέρνηση απέρριψε την τροπολογία ΣΥΡΙΖΑ

Απορρίφθηκε από την κυβερνητική πλειοψηφία η πρόταση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ για  παράταση της προστασίας της κύριας κατοικίας μέχρι το τέλος του έτους.  Υπενθυμίζεται ότι την Τετάρτη το οικονομικό επιτελείο της κυβέρνησης εισέπραξε την κατηγορηματική άρνηση των θεσμών στο αίτημα παράτασης του υφιστάμενου πλαισίου προστασίας της πρώτης κατοικίας. Η συμφωνία, των δύο πλευρών προ της επέλασης της πανδημίας του κοροναϊού προέβλεπε λήξη του ισχύοντος πλαισίου στο τέλος Απριλίου και μετάβαση από την 1η Μαϊου σε ένα νέο περιβάλλον πτωχευτικού δικαίου, χωρίς δίχτυ προστασίας της πρώτης κατοικίας.

Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ είχε καταθέσει την Πέμπτη τροπολογία για την παράταση της προστασίας, στο νομοσχέδιο του υπουργείου Υγείας με τίτλο «Κατεπείγοντα μέτρα για την αντιμετώπιση των συνεπειών του κινδύνου διασποράς του κορονοϊού covid 19, τη στήριξη της κοινωνίας και της επιχειρηματικότητας και τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας της αγοράς και της δημόσιας διοίκησης».

Η τροπολογία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ είχε ως εξής: «Κάθε φυσικό πρόσωπο, στο οποίο συντρέχουν οι προϋποθέσεις επιλεξιμότητας της παραγράφου 1 του άρθρου 68, μπορεί έως την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2020 να υποβάλει αίτηση για ρύθμιση των οφειλών των παραγράφων 2 και 3 του άρθρου 68, με σκοπό την προστασία της κύριας κατοικίας του από την αναγκαστική ρευστοποίηση. Επιπλέον μέχρι την 31/12/2020 αναστέλλονται τα πάσης φύσεως ατομικά καταδιωκτικά μέσα εναντίον των οφειλετών, τα δάνεια των οποίων έχουν καταστεί μη εξυπηρετούμενα».

Επίσης, σε ειδική αναφορά προέβη η κοινοβουλευτική εκπρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, Μαριλίζα Ξενογιαννακοπούλου, από το βήμα της Ολομέλειας, τονίζοντας μεταξύ άλλων πως «ο πρόεδρος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και σύσσωμη η κοινοβουλευτική μας ομάδα κατέθεσε τροπολογία όσον αφορά την προστασία της α' κατοικίας. Αν αυτό ήταν επιτακτικό και το θέταμε όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα, καταλαβαίνετε ότι τώρα μέσα σε αυτό το πλαίσιο που ζούμε της πανδημίας, των ανθρώπων που χάνουν τις δουλειές τους, που έχουν μειωμένους μισθούς γίνεται πλέον επιτακτικό και εντάσσεται και μέσα στα μέτρα που οφείλετε να πάρετε όσον αφορά την αντιμετώπιση των συνεπειών της πανδημίας. Προτείνουμε να υπάρχει παράταση της προστασίας της α΄ κατοικίας μέχρι τις 31 Δεκεμβρίου και αναστολή μέχρι τότε των πλειστηριασμών.Το θέσαμε στον υπουργό Οικονομικών κ.  Σταϊκούρα, δυστυχώς δεν πήραμε σαφή απάντηση, αλλά μισόλογα. Δεν είναι η ώρα για μισόλογα. Ο κόσμος που μας ακούει αγωνιά. Είναι ευκαιρία λοιπόν στην ώρα της ψηφοφορίας να πάρετε επιτέλους μια κατηγορηματική θετική θέση. Να πείτε το αυτονόητο, ότι παρατείνεται η προστασία της α΄ κατοικίας μέχρι το τέλος του χρόνου».

Σημειώνεται πως ο τομεάρχης Οικονομικών του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, Ευκλείδης Τσακαλώτος, ζήτησε από τον ΥΠ.ΟΙΚ. Χρήστο Σταϊκούρα να τοποθετηθεί με σαφήνεια στο Eurogroup της Πέμπτης και «να διεκδικήσει και να πάρει παράταση της προστασίας της πρώτης κατοικίας».

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
