Σχέδιο για στήσιμο κάλπης πάνω στον φόβο

Τα σημερινά «ΝΕΑ» κυκλοφορούν με πρωτοσέλιδο τίτλο «Εγώ και η καραντίνα».  Οπου «εγώ» ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, και το story αφορά και περιγράφει «το 24ωρο του πρωθυπουργού στην εποχή του κορονοϊού».

Προφανώς το πώς έχει προσαρμοστεί και πώς αντιμετωπίζει το social distancing ο πρωθυπουργός είναι η κυρίαρχη αγωνία των πολιτών της χώρας – των ίδιων πολιτών που περνούν τα δικά τους 24ωρα με φόβο για την ζωή τους, τρόμο για την ζωή των δικών τους ανθρώπων και σε πλήρη αβεβαιότητα για το εάν, μετά τον κορονοϊό, θα επιβιώσουν και από την οικονομική κρίση.

Προφανώς επίσης, το πρωτοσέλιδο αυτό δεν είναι παρά ένας ακόμη κρίκος στο σχέδιο επικοινωνιακής και πολιτικής διαχείρισης, πάνω στο οποίο ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης έχει επιλέξει να πορευτούν, από την πρώτη στιγμή της πανδημίας: Αντικατάσταση της πολιτικής και κρατικής ευθύνης από την «ατομική ευθύνη», χτίσιμο ηγετικού, έως «πατρικού» προφίλ, για τον πρωθυπουργό, κεφαλαιοποίηση του φόβου, εργαλειοποίησή του κοινωνικού σοκ ως μέσου συσπείρωσης γύρω από τον «εθνικό αρχηγό», και ενοχοποίηση ακόμη και της στοιχειώδους κριτικής.

Στο τέλος αυτού του σχεδίου, στο καλό του σενάριο τουλάχιστον, οι ίδιοι επικοινωνιολόγοι και διαμορφωτές της πολιτικής του Μαξίμου στήνουν κάλπες. Το εν λόγω καλό σενάριο βασίζεται στην εκτίμηση για ελεγχόμενη κλιμάκωση και, σχετικά σύντομη, αποκλιμάκωση της πανδημίας σ’ αυτή την φάση της τουλάχιστον. Ήτοι, μπορεί να είναι κυνικό, και πολιτικά μη ηθικό, όμως συμβαίνει: Στην χώρα των εγκλείστων, με τον «εθνικό γιατρό» να ανακοινώνει νεκρούς κάθε απόγευμα και τον «εθνικό χωροφύλακα» να μοιράζει ποινές στους «ατομικά ανεύθυνους», οι επιτελείς του Μαξίμου σχεδιάζουν διπλές κάλπες το φθινόπωρο.

Σύμφωνα με τις πληροφορίες από το γαλάζιο στρατόπεδο, ο συγκεκριμένος σχεδιασμός προϋποθέτει την επιστημονική βεβαίωση του καθηγητή Σωτήρη Τσιόδρα ότι η μετάδοση του ιού θα εμφανίσει ύφεση το καλοκαίρι και δεν θα υπάρξει ανεξέλεγκτη νέα έξαρση μέχρι τον επόμενο. Επί του παρόντος ουδείς δίνει τέτοια επιστημονική διαβεβαίωση, εάν οι σχετικές εκτιμήσεις όμως επιβεβαιωθούν στις αρχές του καλοκαιριού το εκλογικό πλάνο θα μπει στην τελική του ευθεία.

Το βασικό προεκλογικό αφήγημα θα είναι ότι ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης ήταν ο πρωθυπουργός που «έσωσε την χώρα», με μέτρο σύγκρισης πάντοτε τον τραγικό απολογισμό σε Ιταλία και Ισπανία. Και, πλέον, θα χρειάζεται ανανεωμένη λαϊκή εντολή για να την οδηγήσει και στην έξοδο από την οικονομική κρίση που έφερε η πανδημία – μια κρίση, το βάθος και την ένταση της οποίας δεν θα έχει προλάβει να συνειδητοποιήσει πλήρως έως το καλοκαίρι μια κοινωνία που ακόμη θα βρίσκεται υπό το σοκ της πανδημίας.

Οι εισηγήσεις που βρίσκονται στο Μαξίμου προσδιορίζουν τον ιδανικό χρόνο των εκλογών είτε τον Σεπτέμβριο, είτε τον Οκτώβριο. Ως στόχος τίθεται, σε πρώτο χρόνο, το «κάψιμο» της απλής αναλογικής και, αμέσως μετά σε  δεύτερες κάλπες ένα ποσοστό πάνω από 40% για την ΝΔ. Σ΄αυτό το ποσοστό οι σύμβουλοι του πρωθυπουργού βλέπουν και την «στρατηγική ήττα» του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και του Αλέξη Τσίπρα, μαζί με μια «άνετη οκταετία» - όπως λέει χαρακτηριστικά γαλάζιο στέλεχος - με πρωθυπουργό τον Κυριάκο Μητσοτάκη.

Δεν είναι λίγοι πάντως εκείνοι που βλέπουν στο σενάριο αυτό και μια παραλλαγή των πολιτικών εξελίξεων του 2015 και των εκλογών που είχε προκηρύξει και κερδίσει τότε, τον Σεπτέμβριο, ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας. Και οι ίδιοι επισημαίνουν ότι στον δρόμο προς τις κάλπες ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης δεν θα κουβαλά μόνον τον τίτλο του «σωτήρα» αλλά πιθανώς και μια πιστωτική γραμμή από τον Ευρωπαϊκό Μηχανισμό Στήριξης – κοινώς, ένα νέο Μνημόνιο καθώς αυτή είναι η κατεύθυνση στο οικονομικό επιτελείο για την υπέρβαση της ύφεσης και της νέας κρίσης.

Γι' αυτόν τον λόγο, και όχι μόνον, το εκλογικό σενάριο του Μαξίμου εμπεριέχει παγίδες και υψηλά ρίσκα – όσο κι εάν οι δημοσκοπήσεις της «καθολικής αποδοχής» σε μέρες γενικευμένου κοινωνικού φόβου επιχειρούν ήδη να διαμορφώσουν άλλη εικόνα.
