Γνωρίζετε κύριοι της κυβέρνησης τι συμβαίνει στο Νοσοκομείο Καστοριάς ή μας εμπαίζετε;

Την ώρα που η μιντιακή χούντα συνεχίζει να λιβανίζει την κυβέρνηση για το πόσο καλά αντιμετωπίζει την πανδημία, η πραγματικότητα δείχνει να είναι εντελώς διαφορετική όσον αφορά την ενίσχυση του ΕΣΥ, ακόμα και σε περιοχές που έχουν πληγεί ιδιαίτερα από την πανδημία.

Η βουλευτής ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Καστοριάς, Ολυμπία Τελιγιορίδου, με νέα ανακοίνωση, κατήγγειλε τον συνεχή εμπαιγμό της κυβέρνησης και τη δραματική κατάσταση στην οποία βρίσκεται το νοσοκομείο της πόλης. Από το δελτίο τύπου στο λογαριασμό της στο Facebook, η βουλευτής καταγγέλλει:

Πραγματοποιήθηκε σήμερα σύσκεψη στο Νοσοκομείο Καστοριάς με πρόσκληση του Διοικητή του Νοσοκομείου για την αποτίμηση της κατάστασης στο Νοσοκομείο Καστοριάς. Παρόντες ήμασταν οι δύο Βουλευτές της ΠΕ Καστοριάς, ο Διευθυντής Ιατρικής υπηρεσίας του Νοσοκομείου, ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Καστοριάς και ο Δήμαρχος Καστοριάς.

Ενημερωθήκαμε από τον Διοικητή και τον Διευθυντή Ιατρικής υπηρεσίας πως η κατάσταση στο Νοσοκομείο μας είναι δύσκολη. Τα περιστατικά που νοσηλεύονται είναι 15. Από αυτά τα 12 είναι επιβεβαιωμένα κρούσματα και τα 3 ύποπτα. Υπάρχει πλέον δυσκολία διακομιδής επιβεβαιωμένων περιστατικών σε άλλα νοσοκομεία λόγω έλλειψης κλινών. Επίσης συνεχίζεται η προσκόμιση και άλλων ύποπτων κρουσμάτων. 

Ουσιαστικά το νοσοκομείο μας λειτουργεί ως νοσοκομείο αναφοράς χωρίς όμως να διαθέτει γι’ αυτό το σκοπό το απαραίτητο προσωπικό και την απαραίτητη υποδομή. Η παθολογική και η παιδιατρική κλινική περιθάλπουν μόνο περιστατικά Covid19 και από χθες σε αυτό το καθεστώς έχει μπει και η μαιευτική κλινική.

Αν δεν υπάρξει άμεση παρέμβαση σε λίγες μέρες υπάρχει το ενδεχόμενο να συμπεριληφθεί και η χειρουργική κλινική που τώρα δέχεται τα επείγοντα. Αυτό σημαίνει πως δεν θα υπάρχει πλέον καμία δυνατότητα το νοσοκομείο μας να δεχθεί κανένα άλλο έκτακτο περιστατικό, με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται για την υγειονομική ασφάλεια των πολιτών.

Μέχρι αυτή τη στιγμή στο Νοσοκομείο έχει έρθει ένας πνευμονολόγος και μόνο για ένα μήνα από άλλο νοσοκομείο και ένας επικουρικός ΩΡΛ.

Υπάρχουν 4 παθολόγοι που σηκώνουν το βάρος των περιστατικών και μαζί με το υπόλοιπο υγειονομικό προσωπικό έχουν φθάσει πλέον στα όρια της σωματικής και ψυχολογικής εξάντλησης. Τους αξίζουν τα συγχαρητήριά μας.

Από το προσωπικό του νοσοκομείου υπάρχουν 12 επιβεβαιωμένα κρούσματα και μαζί με 20 άτομα που είναι πλέον στην περιοχή της καραντίνας της Δ.Ε. Μεσοποταμίας και δεν πηγαίνουν στην εργασία τους, υπάρχει ακόμη μεγαλύτερη αποδυνάμωση σε γιατρούς, νοσηλευτές, προσωπικό καθαριότητας κλπ.

Ενημερωθήκαμε πως οι 4 στρατιωτικοί γιατροί και οι 5 στρατιωτικοί νοσηλευτές που ήρθαν από την πολιτική προστασία δεν εντάχθηκαν στο προσωπικό του νοσοκομείου και δεν εργάζονται σε αυτό. Τους έχει διατεθεί ένας χώρος στο κτίριο της Πρόνοιας και από εκεί σε δύο βάρδιες βρίσκονται σε τηλεφωνική συνεννόηση ώστε να ελέγχουν την κατάσταση και να χαρτογραφούν την υγειονομική εξέλιξη της νόσου στην περιοχή της καραντίνας στη Μεσοποταμία.

Σήμερα μάλιστα ενημερωθήκαμε πως ζητήθηκε από την κυβέρνηση αν μπορεί το Νοσοκομείο Καστοριάς να επεκτείνει τη λειτουργία για τον Covid19! Χωρίς το απαραίτητο προσωπικό και χωρίς τα απαραίτητα μέσα. Ακόμη και τα μέσα προφύλαξης του υγειονομικού προσωπικού προέρχονται στην συντριπτική τους πλειοψηφία από δωρεές πολιτών και συλλόγων της Καστοριάς.

Διθυραμβικές δηλώσεις της κυβέρνησης στις 1 Απριλίου για τη στελέχωση του Νοσοκομείου μας ήταν πρωταπριλιάτικο ψέμα και εμπαιγμός.

Σήμερα υπάρχει έκκληση από το Νοσοκομείο, για να μπορέσει να συνεχίσει τη λειτουργία του, να έρθουν άμεσα 2 αναισθησιολόγοι και 3 παθολόγοι - πνευμονολόγοι.

Από τις 11/3/2020 ζητάμε την πρόσληψη προσωπικού και τη δημοσίευση στο ΦΕΚ του διορισμού της πνευμονολόγου που εκκρεμεί από 19/12/2019.

Χρειαζόμαστε γιατρούς. Τους χρειαζόμαστε ΤΩΡΑ. Το νοσοκομείο καταρρέει.

Η αποκλειστική ευθύνη γι’ αυτό που συμβαίνει στην Καστοριά ανήκει στην Κυβέρνηση.
