Το ΔΝΤ στέλνει σήμα ότι το Ελληνικό πείραμα βαίνει προς ολοκλήρωση

Πρόκειται για μια ισχυρή ένδειξη ότι η μαφία του ΔΝΤ και η Ευρωπαϊκή Χρηματοπιστωτική Δικτατορία (ΕΧΔ) θεωρούν ότι το Ελληνικό πείραμα βαίνει προς ολοκλήρωση. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι πολλοί αξιωματούχοι της ΕΧΔ στο παρελθόν με δηλώσεις τους είχαν θέσει χρονοδιάγραμμα σύμφωνα με το οποίο το Ελληνικό πείραμα θα ολοκληρώνονταν μέσα στο 2016.

Την αποχώρηση του ΔΝΤ από το ελληνικό πρόγραμμα φέρεται να εισηγείται ο Πολ Τόμσεν αλλά και άλλοι τεχνοκράτες του Ταμείου που εμπλέκονται σε αυτό.

Σύμφωνα με την εφημερίδα «Επένδυση», την οποία επικαλείται το Αθηναϊκό Πρακτορείο, η εισήγηση του Πολ Τόμσεν, του διευθυντή του Ευρωπαϊκού Τμήματος του Ταμείου, είναι πως «το ΔΝΤ δεν θα πρέπει να συμμετάσχει στο νέο πρόγραμμα, αλλά να αποχωρήσει».

Υπενθυμίζεται πως ο Πολ Τόμσεν, ήταν μέχρι πριν από περίπου ένα χρόνο ο υπεύθυνος του ΔΝΤ για το ελληνικό πρόγραμμα. Μάλιστα έχει βρεθεί στο επίκεντρο της κριτικής αλλά και της εσωτερικής έρευνας του Ταμείου για την αποτυχία και τα λάθη του προγράμματος στην Ελλάδα.

Όπως αναφέρεται στο δημοσίευμα, ο Πολ Τόμσεν φέρεται να επιμένει στην αποχώρηση του ΔΝΤ, καθώς, κατά την άποψή του, δεν πληρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις που ορίζει το καταστατικό του Ταμείου για τη συμμετοχή σε προγράμματα στήριξης. Το δημοσίευμα αναφέρει ότι την ίδια άποψη με τον Πολ Τόμσεν -ουσιαστικά για έλλειψη ιδιοκτησίας- έχουν και πολλοί από τους τεχνοκράτες του ΔΝΤ που ασχολούνται με το ελληνικό πρόγραμμα, οι οποίοι προτείνουν ένα «βελούδινο διαζύγιο» με την Αθήνα, με τρόπο που θα επιτρέπει στο Ταμείο να παραμείνει ως τεχνικός σύμβουλος, χωρίς να συμμετέχει με νέο δάνειο στο πρόγραμμα στήριξης.

Στο δημοσίευμα γίνεται αναφορά, μεταξύ άλλων, και στις πολιτικές πιέσεις που ασκούνται από ευρωπαϊκές κυβερνήσεις, αλλά και από τις ΗΠΑ, προς την επικεφαλής του Ταμείου, Κριστίν Λαγκάρντ, για την παραμονή του ΔΝΤ στο ελληνικό πρόγραμμα.

Έτσι, μέσα στο 2016, θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε άλλη μια κρίση χρέους στον επόμενο πιθανό στόχο μέσα στην ευρωζώνη. Πορτογαλία, Ισπανία και Ιταλία αποτελούν πιθανούς στόχους, εξαιτίας των παρατεινόμενων προβλημάτων τους που διογκώθηκαν από τις καταστροφικές πολιτικές λιτότητας, που επέβαλε ο άξονας Βρυξελλών-Βερολίνου.

Η Ισπανία αποτελεί αυτή την περίοδο τον πιο "βολικό" στόχο, λόγω της παρατεταμένης πολιτικής αστάθειας που αναμένεται να αντιμετωπίσει η χώρα, μετά τα αποτελέσματα των πρόσφατων εθνικών εκλογών. Η πολιτική αβεβαιότητα θα αποτελέσει την τέλεια ευκαιρία και δικαιολογία, προκειμένου η ΕΧΔ να επιβάλλει μια κυβέρνηση-μαριονέτα από τεχνοκράτες, όπως στις περιπτώσεις της Ελλάδας και της Ιταλίας, με τις κυβερνήσεις Παπαδήμου και Μόντι αντίστοιχα.

Μια κρίση χρέους και μια πιθανή επίθεση στα Ισπανικά spreads από τους οίκους αξιολόγησης θα οδηγήσουν την Ισπανία κατευθείαν στην παγίδα της ΕΚΤ και θα ανοίξουν τον δρόμο στις τραπεζικές μαριονέτες να αναλάβουν την εξουσία, για όσο διάστημα χρειαστεί προκειμένου να μεταφέρουν τις πιο καταστροφικές πολιτικές από την Ελλάδα στην Ισπανία και από κει σε όλη την ευρωζώνη.

Ο ισχυρισμός του Τόμσεν ότι "δεν πληρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις που ορίζει το καταστατικό του Ταμείου για τη συμμετοχή σε προγράμματα στήριξης", είναι τουλάχιστον αστείος. Για πέντε χρόνια η Ελληνική οικονομία καταστράφηκε συστηματικά από την συνταγή και την παρουσία του ΔΝΤ. Τώρα θυμήθηκε ότι το καταστατικό του Ταμείου δεν επιτρέπει τη συμμετοχή σε τέτοια προγράμματα;

Ο μόνος λόγος που το ΔΝΤ πρέπει να φύγει, είναι επειδή η αποστολή του να καταστρέψει την Ελληνική οικονομία και να δημιουργήσει τις νέες συνθήκες με βάση τη νεοφιλελεύθερη ατζέντα, έχει σχεδόν ολοκληρωθεί.
