Plan Cóndor 2.0: Tras el golpe en Bolivia, Trump declara a Nicaragua ‘amenaza a su seguridad nacional’ y apunta hacia México

Luego de presidir el golpe en Bolivia, los Estados Unidos declararon a Nicaragua como una “amenaza a la seguridad nacional” anunciando nuevas sanciones, al mismo tiempo que Trump designó a los carteles del narcotráfico en México como “terroristas” sin descartar una intervención militar.

Parte 5 - La Operación Cóndor 2.0 de Trump

Es intolerable para Washington un México independiente y de izquierda.

En un discurso a venezolanos en Miami (con sus gorras de Make America Great Again, la consigna de la primera campaña presidencial de Trump) en febrero, Trump discurseó por más de una hora contra el socialismo, amenazando con cambio de régimen a los gobiernos izquierdistas restantes.

“Los días del socialismo y el comunismo están contados, no sólo en Venezuela, sino también en Cuba y Nicaragua”, declaró, agregando que nunca se le permitirá al socialismo el echar raíces en el corazón del capitalismo en los Estados Unidos.

Mientas Trump ha declardo que busca retirarse de las guerras en el Medio Oriente (siempre y cuando no esté ocupando campos petroleros), ha concentrado la intervención agresiva en América Latina.

Aunque el halcón neoconservador John Bolton no sigue ahí supervisando la política exterior estadounidense, Elliott Abrams permanece firmemente incrustado en el Departamento de Estado, desempolvando su guión del Irán-Contra para diezmar el socialismo en Latinoamérica una vez más.

Durante el punto más alto de la Guerra Fría y la Operación Cóndor, miles de disidentes fueron asesinados, y cientos de miles más fueron desaparecidos, torturados o encarcelados con el apoyo del aparato de inteligencia de los Estados Unidos.

Hoy, mientras Latinoamérica está siendo cada vez más observada con los lentes de la nueva Guerra Fría, la Operación Condor es reiniciada con nuevos mecanismos de sabotaje y subversión. El caos apenas comienza.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
