Νέες ενδείξεις για τα σενάρια "ηλεκτρονικών" εκλογών νοθείας

Από τις 15 Απριλίου, είχαμε γράψει ότι οι δηλώσεις Πέτσα περί άλματος στην Ψηφιακή Διακυβέρνηση ίσως έχουν σκοπό να προετοιμάσουν το έδαφος για ένα καινούργιο σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής ψήφου.

Είχαμε επίσης επισημάνει ότι ενδεχομένως η κυβέρνηση να προωθήσει ένα σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής ψηφοφορίας σε πιθανές εθνικές εκλογές. Θα το κάνει, προφανώς, με τη δικαιολογία ότι ένα δεύτερο κύμα πανδημίας το φθινόπωρο, μπορεί να ξεφύγει από τον έλεγχο, αν οι πολίτες προσέλθουν μαζικά στις κάλπες για να ψηφίσουν με τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο.

Είχαμε τονίσει ότι τα συστήματα ηλεκτρονικής ψηφοφορίας έχουν δεχθεί έντονη κριτική, καθώς θεωρούνται ιδιαίτερα διαβλητά. Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα αποτελούν οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, όπου αυξάνονται συνεχώς οι καταγγελίες για εκλογική νοθεία και συζητείται έντονα η επιστροφή στον παραδοσιακό τρόπο ψηφοφορίας μέσω του χάρτινου ψηφοδελτίου.

Άρα, για μια κυβέρνηση, όπως η κυβέρνηση Μητσοτάκη - που προσομοιάζει τα χαρακτηριστικά ενός καθεστώτος, αφού βρίσκεται σε πλήρη σύμπλευση με το σύνολο του μιντιακού συστήματος και ελέγχει απόλυτα τους κρατικούς μηχανισμούς - ένα ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα ψηφοφορίας μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο νοθείας σε εθνικές εκλογές.

Είχαμε επίσης προβλέψει ότι στο επόμενο διάστημα αναμένεται να δούμε νέες, αλλεπάλληλες "φουσκωμένες" δημοσκοπήσεις από την φιλοκυβερνητική μηχανή προπαγάνδας, ώστε να προετοιμαστεί ψυχολογικά το κοινό για το επικείμενο αποτέλεσμα των εθνικών εκλογών.

Πράγματι, την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα εμφανίστηκε νέα δημοσκόπηση που έδειχνε την Μητσοτακική δεξιά να έχει ισχυρό προβάδισμα 23,3 μονάδων έναντι του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. 

Φαίνεται όμως ότι έχουμε νέες ενδείξεις για τις προβλέψεις αυτές.

Πράγματι, είχαμε νέες ανακοινώσεις για τον λεγόμενο Κώδικα Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης, όπου, μεταξύ άλλων, προβλέπεται η θεσμοθέτηση Προσωπικού Αριθμού (ΠΑ) για την ταυτοποίηση των φυσικών προσώπων. Παράλληλα, είχαμε νέα δημοσκόπηση για λογαριασμό του Open ΤV από την ALCO, όπου η διαφορά μεταξύ ΝΔ και ΣΥΡΙΖΑ έπεσε στο 17,4%.

Όμως παρά την αγωνιώδη προσπάθεια διατήρησης του αφηγήματος από τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ περί συντριπτικής επικράτησης της ΝΔ απέναντι στον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, φαίνεται ότι είναι πολύ δύσκολο να κατασκευαστεί και το υπο-αφήγημα περί στρατηγικής ήττας του κόμματος της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης. Και όχι μόνο αυτό, αλλά η τελευταία δημοσκόπηση δείχνει ουσιαστικά ότι τα πράγματα έχουν ήδη αρχίσει να παίρνουν αντίστροφη πορεία σε σχέση με το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα για το Μητσοτακικό καθεστώς και τα συμφέροντα που εξυπηρετεί.

Πράγματι, στη δημοσκόπηση του Απριλίου η ΝΔ συγκέντρωνε ποσοστό 43,6%, ενώ στην τελευταία δημοσκόπηση έπεσε στο 40%.  Αντίθετα, το ποσοστό του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ πήγε στο 22,6% από 20,3% που ήταν τον Απρίλιο. Αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μειωθεί η ψαλίδα μεταξύ κυβέρνησης και αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης κατά 5,9 μονάδες, μόλις μέσα σε ένα μήνα και πριν καλά-καλά αρχίσουν να φαίνονται οι ολέθριες επιπτώσεις στην οικονομία.

Απ'ότι φαίνεται, είναι σωστή η εκτίμηση ότι, το χαρτί της "καλής διαχείρισης" της κρίσης θα καεί γρήγορα από το οικονομικό τσουνάμι που αναμένεται να ξεσπάσει. Και μάλιστα ίσως καεί και γρηγορότερα απ'ότι θα περίμενε κανείς.

Είναι σίγουρο πως οι μηχανισμοί του καθεστώτος σφυγμομετρούν την κοινωνία μέσα από αυτές τις δημοσκοπήσεις και όσο βλέπουν τα πράγματα να πηγαίνουν προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση από αυτή που επιθυμούν, τόσο θα μεγαλώνει το άγχος τους για εκλογές, όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερα.

Αν συνεχίσουν να πέφτουν τα ποσοστά της Μητσοτακικής δεξιάς και να κλείνει η ψαλίδα με το κόμμα της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης με αυτό το ρυθμό, τότε θα είναι πολύ αργά για τον Μητσοτάκη να περιμένει τον Σεπτέμβριο για να προκηρύξει εκλογές.

Ίσως δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι οι νέες ανακοινώσεις για τον Κώδικα Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης έγιναν μόλις δύο μέρες μετά την τελευταία δημοσκόπηση. Και όλα δείχνουν ότι η μόνη διέξοδος για τον Μητσοτάκη και την ντόπια ολιγαρχία είναι να στήσουν κάλπες όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερα για να προλάβουν τα χειρότερα. Το αν οι κάλπες θα είναι ηλεκτρονικές και εύκολα νοθεύσιμες, μένει να το δούμε.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
