Περιβαλλοντικό νομοσχέδιο - έκτρωμα: οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι τζιχαντιστές του Μητσοτακικού καθεστώτος κάνουν το πρώτο βήμα για τα σύγχρονα φέουδα

Δυστυχώς, φαίνεται ότι οι προβλέψεις επαληθεύονται και πάλι.

Ήδη από τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο είχαμε γράψει ότι, ο πρώτος μεγάλος στόχος του Μητσοτακικού καθεστώτος θα είναι η δημιουργία Ειδικών Οικονομικών Ζωνών εντός της Ελληνικής επικράτειας και το σχέδιο αναμένεται να ανακοινωθεί επίσημα γύρω στον Γενάρη-Φλεβάρη του 2020, εκτός απροόπτου.

Οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι "τζιχαντιστές" της δεξιάς ετοιμάζονται να στρώσουν χαλί στους φεουδάρχες του 21ου αιώνα τους οποίους σήμερα αποκαλούμε "επενδυτές".

Το "απρόοπτο" βέβαια ήρθε τελικά, με την εξάπλωση της πανδημίας και έτσι οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι ανάλγητοι του Μητσοτάκη υποχρεώθηκαν να αναβάλουν για λίγο το σχέδιο. Έτσι, με τη λήξη των περιοριστικών μέτρων, έσπευσαν να πραγματοποιήσουν το πρώτο, καθοριστικό βήμα του σχεδίου, που είναι το περιβαλλοντικό νομοσχέδιο - έκτρωμα.

Σύμφωνα, λοιπόν, με τις πρώτες εκτιμήσεις, το νομοσχέδιο - έκτρωμα επιτρέπει, μεταξύ άλλων, την καταστροφή του περιβάλλοντος στο όνομα των κατά βούληση επενδυτικών σχεδίων, εκχωρώντας τον έλεγχο των μελετών (ΜΠΕ) σε ιδιώτες και επιβάλλοντας ασφυκτικές προθεσμίες για γνωμοδοτήσεις των υπηρεσιών.

Επιπλέον, μπορεί η πανδημία να καθυστέρησε το σχέδιο για τα σύγχρονα φέουδα, αλλά άνοιξε ταυτόχρονα και τον δρόμο για ολική διάλυση των εργασιακών.

Στην ουσία, οι νομοθετικές διατάξεις για την προστασία της εργασίας γίνονται σμπαράλια και δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι η χειρότερη δεξιά της μεταπολίτευσης, δεν είχε καν την υπομονή να αφήσει να περάσει λίγος καιρός μετά τη λήξη των μέτρων, πριν φέρει το νομοσχέδιο - έκτρωμα για ψήφιση στη βουλή, η οποία, ούτως ή άλλως, δεν λειτουργεί όπως θα έπρεπε.

Πράγματι, όπως επίσης είχαμε επισημάνει, στα σύγχρονα φέουδα θα παρακάμπτεται ακόμα και η Ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία για τα εργασιακά δικαιώματα (που έτσι και αλλιώς έχει γίνει "λάστιχο" με αφορμή την οικονομική κρίση). Οι φεουδάρχες-επενδυτές θα επιβάλουν συνθήκες δουλείας χωρίς να μπορεί να τους πειράξει κανείς. Θα μπορούν όμως να παρακάμπτουν και την περιβαλλοντική νομοθεσία για να στήσουν και να λειτουργήσουν την επένδυσή τους. Δηλαδή, αλόγιστη καταστροφή του φυσικού πλούτου των συγκεκριμένων περιοχών με ανυπολόγιστες συνέπειες για τις τοπικές κοινωνίες.

Η αγωνία της κυβέρνησης Μητσοτάκη να εξυπηρετήσει συμφέροντα είναι κάτι παραπάνω από προφανής. Και ο άγαρμπος τρόπος με τον οποίο προσπαθεί να το κάνει οδηγεί σε απίστευτες παρωδίες, όπως αυτή των προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης. Υποδηλώνει όμως και μια νευρικότητα από τη μεριά του καθεστώτος, καθώς γνωρίζει ότι το χαρτί της "καλής διαχείρισης" της κρίσης θα καεί γρήγορα από το οικονομικό τσουνάμι που αναμένεται να ξεσπάσει.

Οι πολιτικοί απατεώνες της δεξιάς προσπάθησαν άγαρμπα να αλλάξουν την ατζέντα και να στρέψουν αλλού την προσοχή, αναθερμαίνοντας τη γελοία κωμωδία περί σκευωρίας, όσον αφορά το σκάνδαλο Novartis.

Αλλά και εδώ φαίνεται ότι απέτυχαν, τουλάχιστον ως προς την απόπειρα αυτή. Γιατί οι αντιδράσεις εντός και εκτός βουλής ενάντια στο νομοσχέδιο - έκτρωμα, ήταν θυελλώδεις.

Όλα δείχνουν ότι οι ανάλγητοι νεοφιλελεύθεροι του καθεστώτος, αρχίζουν να αντιλαμβάνονται ότι σύντομα μπορεί να βρεθούν σε εξαιρετικά δυσμενή θέση, παρά το καθημερινό λιβανιστήρι που απολαμβάνουν από τη μιντιακή χούντα.

Το πλήγμα στην οικονομία θα έρθει κυρίως από το γεγονός ότι τα ολέθρια αποτελέσματα θα φανούν πολύ σύντομα καθώς μεσολαβεί η τουριστική περίοδος. Έτσι, ίσως ακόμα και τον Σεπτέμβριο να είναι πολύ αργά προκειμένου να μπορέσει ο Μητσοτάκης να σώσει την παρτίδα με εκλογές. Δεν είναι λίγοι που μιλάν για εκλογές μέσα στον Ιούλιο, με στόχο μια νέα αυτοδυναμία, αφού το αφήγημα περί "Κουλομωϋσή" δεν θα έχει προλάβει να μπαγιατέψει, ξεμπροστιάζοντας την απόλυτη ένδεια του καθεστώτος.

Έτσι, οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι τζιχαντιστές του καθεστώτος θα έχουν μια καθαρή τετραετία στη διάθεσή τους, προκειμένου ανενόχλητοι να βάλουν μπρος τον "οδοστρωτήρα" που δεν θα αφήσει τίποτα όρθιο στο πέρασμά του.
