Πάνω στην ώρα ήρθε η αλλαγή της κυβέρνησης στην Ελλάδα. Σύμφωνα με τα τελευταία στοιχεία από την ιστοσελίδα της Εθνικής Τράπεζας, το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας (ΤΧΣ), που υποτίθεται ότι ελέγχεται από το Δημόσιο, συνεχίζει να ελέγχει την πλειοψηφία των μετοχών στο 57,2%. Λέμε "υποτίθεται", γιατί όπως έχει αναλυθεί στο άρθρο Ελλάδα: Το μόνο “δημόσιο” που υπάρχει στις τράπεζες είναι τα χρέη που θα φορτωθούν οι επόμενες γενιές! , το Δημόσιο δεν ελέγχει ουσιαστικά το Ταμείο παρά μόνο μπαίνει ως εγγυητής (δηλαδή οι Έλληνες φορολογούμενοι), χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω εξουσία στις αποφάσεις του.

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι, όπως προκύπτει από το παραπάνω άρθρο, το ποσοστό του Ταμείου στην τράπεζα ήταν 84,4% μέχρι την 30/06/13. Υπήρξε δηλαδή μια προσπάθεια ταχείας πώλησης των μετοχών του ΤΧΣ σε ιδιώτες, όπως άλλωστε είχε ομολογήσει και η προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση.

Η νέα κυβέρνηση όμως έχει τώρα μια μοναδική ευκαιρία. Με μια απλή αλλαγή καταστατικού του ΤΧΣ, με την οποία ο έλεγχος περνάει ουσιαστικά στα χέρια του Δημοσίου και με μια αλλαγή διοίκησης της εμπιστοσύνης της κυβέρνησης, η Εθνική Τράπεζα μπορεί να μετατραπεί αυτομάτως στην κεντρική τράπεζα της χώρας, παρακάμπτοντας της Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος η οποία υπό το παρόν καθεστώς δεν ελέγχεται: (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/02/blog-post_4.html)

Όπως διαβάζουμε από την wikipedia, η Εθνική "... είχε το εκδοτικό προνόμιο χαρτονομισμάτων στην Ελλάδα ως το 1928." Με μια απλή κίνηση ματ απέναντι στα τραπεζικά καρτέλ, η κυβέρνηση έχει την ευκαιρία να "στήσει" εκ νέου την κεντρική τράπεζα και να ετοιμαστεί για το ενδεχόμενο επιστροφής στο εθνικό νόμισμα.

Με το τύπωμα και τη ροή του χρήματος υπό τον έλεγχό της, η χώρα θα θωρακίζονταν σε μεγάλο βαθμό απέναντι στον πόλεμο και τον εκβιασμό που θα δέχονταν από τα τραπεζικά καρτέλ και τους κερδοσκόπους, που θα την απειλούσαν με οικονομικό πόλεμο, για να εξυπηρετήσουν τα συμφέροντά τους και να διατηρήσουν την κυριαρχία τους.
