Η κήρυξη του πολέμου εντός των τειχών και οι δύο μεγάλες δεσμεύσεις της κυβέρνησης Τσίπρα

του system failure

Πέρα από τις βολικές γενικότητες που περιέχει η λίστα Βαρουφάκη, υπάρχουν σημεία που δείχνουν ότι η κυβέρνηση δεσμεύεται για τουλάχιστον δύο από τις βασικές υποσχέσεις της, που είναι η αντιμετώπιση της ανθρωπιστικής κρίσης και ο πόλεμος ενάντια στα μεγάλα συμφέροντα που απομυζούν τη χώρα.

Για το πρώτο, το οποίο βέβαια απασχολεί πρωτίστως και άμεσα τους Έλληνες πολίτες, υπάρχει ειδική αναφορά στη λίστα Βαρουφάκη, όπως έχει ήδη αναφερθεί: “Η ελληνική κυβέρνηση επιβεβαιώνει το σχέδιο της να: Αντιμετωπίσει τις ανάγκες που προκύπτουν από την πρόσφατη αύξηση της απόλυτης φτώχειας (ανεπαρκή πρόσβαση σε τροφή, στέγη, υπηρεσίες υγείας και την παροχή ρεύματος) μέσω ιδιαίτερα στοχευμένων μη χρηματικών μέσων (π.χ. κουπόνια τροφίμων). Να το πράξει με τρόπο που θα είναι βοηθητικός για τη μεταρρύθμιση της δημόσιας διοίκησης και τη μάχη κατά της διαφθοράς και της γραφειοκρατίας (π.χ. με έκδοση μιας έξυπνης κάρτας πολίτη που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως κάρτα ID στο σύστημα υγείας, αλλά και για την πρόσβαση στο πρόγραμμα κουπονιών σίτισης κ.τλ.). Να αξιολογήσει το πιλοτικό πρόγραμμα για το Ελάχιστο Εγγυημένο Εισόδημα με στόχο την επέκτασή του σε πανελλαδική βάση. Εξασφαλίσει ότι η μάχη κατά της ανθρωπιστικής κρίσης δεν θα έχει αρνητικό δημοσιονομικό αντίκτυπο.” (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/02/blog-post_25.html)

Η δέσμευση αυτή της κυβέρνησης, αποτελεί ταυτόχρονα και μια τακτική νίκη απέναντι στους δανειστές, αφού στην ουσία τους υποχρεώνει να αναγνωρίσουν ότι το προηγούμενο πρόγραμμα απέτυχε ολοκληρωτικά, με καταστροφικές συνέπειες τόσο για την καθημερινότητα των Ελλήνων, όσο και για τα δημοσιονομικά της χώρας.

Για το άλλο μεγάλο ζήτημα, όπως έχει επίσης αναφερθεί, γίνεται συγκεκριμένη αναφορά στο λαθρεμπόριο καυσίμων και στο μιντιακό κατεστημένο που απολάμβανε για χρόνια ένα ειδικό καθεστώς ασυλίας: “[Η χώρα θα] Επικεντρωθεί στο λαθρεμπόριο καυσίμων και προϊόντων καπνού, θα παρακολουθήσει τις τιμές των εισαγόμενων προϊόντων (για να αποτραπούν οι απώλειες εσόδων κατά τη διάρκεια των διαδικασιών εισαγωγής) και θα αντιμετωπίσει το ξέπλυμα χρήματος. Η κυβέρνηση σκοπεύει να θέσει άμεσα φιλόδοξους στόχους εσόδων από τους τομείς αυτούς, που θα επιδιωχθούν σε συντονισμό με τον υπουργό Επικρατείας. [...] Ενεργοποιήσει άμεσα την τρέχουσα (και αδρανή) νομοθεσία που ρυθμίσει τα έσοδα των μέσων ενημέρωσης (έντυπων και ηλεκτρονικών), διασφαλίζοντας (μέσω κατάλληλων διαδικασιών) πως θα πληρώνουν στο κράτος σε τιμές αγοράς για τις συχνότητες που χρησιμοποιούν, και πως θα απαγορεύεται η συνεχιζόμενη λειτουργία μονίμως ζημιογόνων μέσων ενημέρωσης (χωρίς διαφανή διαδικασία ανακεφαλαιοποίησης).”

Η κυβέρνηση δεσμεύεται ρητά, κυρίως απέναντι στους Έλληνες πολίτες, ότι θα επιχειρήσει να καταπολεμήσει δύο μεγάλες πληγές, που είναι το λαθρεμπόριο καυσίμων και τα σκανδαλώδη προνόμια των μεγαλοκαναλαρχών.

Εφόσον η κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα δείξει αποφασισμένη να προχωρήσει, αναμένεται μια κορύφωση του πολέμου εντός των τειχών. Υπάρχουν απώλειες δισεκατομμυρίων από το λαθρεμπόριο καυσίμων, στο οποίο εμπλέκονται "μεγάλα ψάρια", σύμφωνα και με τον γενικό γραμματέα διαφάνειας του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης, Γιώργο Σούρλα (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/02/blog-post_20.html), ενώ τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ κινδυνεύουν να χάσουν τα προνόμια που απολάμβαναν με τις προηγούμενες κυβερνήσεις και άρα την ισχύ τους και τη δυνατότητα να επηρεάζουν την κοινή γνώμη.

Αναμένεται επομένως να σταματήσουν τα επικοινωνιακά "χαϊδέματα" από τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ στην κυβέρνηση, που ασχολήθηκαν έως τώρα αρκετά με το "στυλ" των νέων υπουργών και να ξεκινήσει ένας νέος γύρος προπαγάνδας, ο οποίος θα κλιμακώνεται όσο η κυβέρνηση θα προσπαθεί να συμμαζέψει την ασυδοσία του υπάρχοντος συστήματος εξουσίας. Αν δεν γίνει αυτό σε σχετικά σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα (ενδεχομένως μετά τη λήξη της 4μηνης εκεχειρίας), τότε ίσως θα πρέπει να αρχίσουμε να ανησυχούμε.
