Τρεις κινήσεις-κλειδιά που πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να κάνει η νέα Ελληνική κυβέρνηση

Παρά τις θετικές ανακοινώσεις προς τη σωστή κατεύθυνση από τη νέα Ελληνική κυβέρνηση, που θα πρέπει να τις δούμε και στην πράξη, υπάρχουν μερικές κομβικές κινήσεις που θα πρέπει να γίνουν προς την κατεύθυνση της οικονομίας και ελάφρυνσης του χρέους.

1ον: Κρατικοποίηση της κεντρικής τράπεζας

Το πρώτο σημαντικό που πρέπει να γίνει, είναι η κρατικοποίηση της κεντρικής τράπεζας. Η τράπεζα της Ελλάδος (ΤτΕ) βρίσκεται σε ιδιωτικά χέρια και καθορίζει την οικονομική πολιτική της χώρας. Η ΤτΕ "δεν είναι κρατική, αλλά μια Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία. Έχει ειδικά προνόμια, ειδικές αρμοδιότητες αλλά και περιορισμούς, όπως ότι δεν μπορεί να λειτουργεί ως εμπορική τράπεζα και το ποσοστό του ελληνικού κράτους στη μετοχική της σύνθεση δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει το 35% όπως ορίζεται στο καταστατικό της." Πώς είναι δυνατόν η κεντρική τράπεζα να υπηρετεί τα συμφέροντα της χώρας όταν ανήκει σε ιδιώτες τραπεζίτες; Πολύ απλά: δεν είναι. Υπάρχει επί του παρόντος κάποια δυσκολία να κρατικοποιηθεί η κεντρική τράπεζα λόγω του πολύπλοκου στάτους του καθεστώτος ιδιοκτησίας, αλλά αυτή τη στιγμή υπάρχουν κάποιες συγκυρίες που θα μπορούσε η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση να εκμεταλλευτεί, κάνοντας γρήγορες και στοχευμένες κινήσεις.

2ον: Λογιστικός έλεγχος του δημοσίου χρέους

Η διαγραφή χρέους δεν είναι δυνατή χωρίς τον λογιστικό έλεγχο που πρέπει να γίνει από διεθνή επιτροπή. Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχει ήδη ξεκινήσει μια τέτοια διαδικασία στο παρασκήνιο από ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ΑΝΕΛ, πρέπει να ξεκινήσει άμεσα.

Αυτό είναι απαραίτητο για να διαλευκανθεί η υπόθεση του Ελληνικού δημόσιου χρέους. Δηλαδή να γίνει γνωστό ποιοι κερδοσκόπησαν εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας και φόρτωσαν αυτό το τεράστιο χρέος στους Έλληνες πολίτες, καθώς και άλλα ζητήματα. Τόσο οι Έλληνες, όσο και οι Ευρωπαίοι πολίτες έχουν δικαίωμα να γνωρίζουν όλες τις λεπτομέρειες. Το κομμάτι του χρέους που θα αποδειχθεί απεχθές θα πρέπει να διαγραφεί άμεσα.

Φυσικά, η παρούσα Γερμανική και Ευρωπαϊκή ηγεσία και οι ευρωκράτες, καθώς και η εγχώρια ολιγαρχία, θα πολεμήσουν λυσσαλέα μια τέτοια προοπτική, ακριβώς επειδή οι περισσότεροι από αυτούς είτε έχουν υπηρετήσει, είτε έχουν συμμετάσχει άμεσα στα κερδοσκοπικά συμφέροντα που έδρασαν σε βάρος της χώρας.

3ον: Προετοιμασία για Grexit και επιστροφή σε εθνικό νόμισμα

Η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να προετοιμαστεί για ένα τέτοιο ενδεχόμενο σε περίπτωση που οι Ευρωπαίοι και ειδικότερα οι Γερμανοί παραμείνουν αδιάλλακτοι, δηλαδή επιμείνουν σταθερά και αμετάκλητα στην σκληρή γραμμή της καταστροφικής λιτότητας, διότι τελικά, η επιστροφή στο εθνικό νόμισμα μπορεί να σώσει την Ελλάδα από αυτόν τον φαύλο κύκλο του θανάτου.

Η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να κάνει όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες που αφορούν και τεχνικά ζητήματα, ώστε να υπάρχει μια όσο το δυνατόν ομαλή μετάβαση προς το εθνικό νόμισμα. Είναι πιθανό η κυβέρνηση να έχει ήδη μια τέτοια κρυφή ατζέντα (και αυτό θα ήταν το καλύτερο), ως τελευταία γραμμή άμυνας: “... η ΕΚΤ θα εκβιάζει την νέα κυβέρνηση, απειλώντας ότι δεν θα αγοράζει κρατικά ομόλογα και άρα θα κόψει τη ρευστότητα, σε περίπτωση που η Ελλάδα επιλέξει ένα διαφορετικό δρόμο, μια αντι-νεοφιλελεύθερη πολιτική, προς την κατεύθυνση δηλαδή της αναδόμησης του κοινωνικού κράτους και των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, την επαναφορά του κατώτατου μισθού στα προ-κρίσης επίπεδα, κ.λ.π. Το σύστημα, ωστόσο, δείχνει σημάδια πανικού, που σημαίνει ότι οι Ευρωπαίοι αξιωματούχοι δεν γνωρίζουν ακριβώς πως θα αντιδράσει ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Σε περίπτωση που ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ έχει κρυφή ατζέντα και πιεστεί από τους δανειστές να καταργήσει κάποιες κόκκινες γραμμές, θα μπορούσε να εθνικοποιήσει την τράπεζα της Ελλάδας και να επιστρέψει σε εθνικό νόμισμα, βάζοντας δυναμίτη στην ευρωζώνη.” (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/12/blog-post_31.html)

Αξίζει να θυμηθούμε ότι “Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα της Βρετανικής Guardian με ημερομηνία 26 Σεπ. 2011, κυκλοφορούσαν έντονες φήμες στην Ιρλανδική πρωτεύουσα, ότι η κεντρική τράπεζα της Ιρλανδίας είχε προχωρήσει ήδη στη διαδικασία τυπώματος του παλιού νομίσματος, έτσι ώστε να είναι έτοιμη για ενδεχόμενο εξόδου από το ευρώ.” (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/01/blog-post_80.html)

Αυτό θα ήταν το χειρότερο σενάριο για τον άξονα Φρανκφούρτης-Βρυξελλών, καθώς οι τραπεζίτες και οι λομπίστες θα έβλεπαν πιθανόν το όνειρό τους για μια νέα Φεουδαρχία να γκρεμίζεται μια για πάντα. Το πείραμα στην Ελλάδα θα τερματίζονταν οριστικά.

    Τη σήμερον εποχή όλες οι κεντρικές τράπεζες είναι ανεξάρτητες των κυβερνήσεων (των κομμάτων δηλαδή) ώστε να μην μπορούν τα τελευταία, τα κόμματα και ο λαικισμός τους, να καθιστούν την νομισματική πολιτική (εκδοση χρήματος και επιτόκια) υποχείριο δικό τους.

      Δεν νομίζω. Και αυτό αποδεικνύεται από τα τεράστια πακέτα δισεκατομμυρίων που έλαβαν οι τράπεζες από τις κυβερνήσεις (ΗΠΑ, Ελλάδα, κ.λ.π.) σε βάρος των φορολογουμένων. Οι κυβερνήσεις είναι γεμάτες από πρώην τραπεζικά στελέχη. Τα λόμπι αλωνίζουν για να αυξάνουν τα μπόνους τους και όχι υπέρ των λαών. Τα αποτελέσματα τα βλέπουμε, είναι ξεκάθαρα. Αυτό που λέτε δηλαδή είναι καθαρά σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο, δεν υπάρχει στον πραγματικό κόσμο.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique.
