Μπόμπολας: Οι μέτοχοι φταίνε για το Mega

Στους μετόχους του καναλιού επιρρίπτει την ευθύνη για την κατάσταση στο Mega ο Φώτης Μπόμπολας, κατά την κατάθεσή του στην Εξεταστική Επιτροπή της Βουλής για τα δάνεια των ΜΜΕ και κομμάτων από τις τράπεζες, «αδείαζοντας» παράλληλα τον Μανώλη Καψή για τις δηλώσεις που είχε κάνει πρόσφατα.

Ο πρόεδρος και διευθύνων σύμβουλος της «Πήγασος», η οποία μετέχει και στο μετοχικό σχήμα της «Τηλέτυπος», κληθείς να σχολιάσει τις ανακοινώσεις του Μ. Καψή, ο οποίος επέρριψε ευθύνες στην κυβέρνηση για τον αποκλεισμό του καναλιού από την διαδικασία της αδειοδότησης, δήλωσε ότι «ο διευθυντής ειδήσεων του MEGA δεν είχε τέτοια εντολή από το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο και δεν είχε πάρει καμία τέτοια κατεύθυνση από το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της "Τηλέτυπος"». Πρόσθεσε δε πως το διοικητικό συμβούλιο της «Τηλέτυπος» έχει καιρό να συνεδριάσει.

Σημείωσε, μάλιστα, επί λέξει ότι «για τη σημερινή κατάσταση του Mega φταίνε οι μέτοχοί του» αποκαλύπτοντας ότι στη νέα κατάσταση που διαμορφώνεται ο ίδιος δεν επιθυμεί να μετέχει.

Ο Φώτης Μπόμπολας τόνισε ότι αναφορικά με τις καθυστερήσεις στη μισθοδοσία των εργαζομένων υπάρχουν 25 εκατ. ευρώ που έχουν προέλθει από τα έσοδα της ταινιοθήκης, τα οποία είναι δεσμευμένα από τις τράπεζες και δεν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για μισθοδοσία.

«Ο ίδιος ενίσχυσα το Mega μέσω της εταιρείας ΑΝΩΣΗ Α.Ε. Πήρα δάνειο, βάζοντας υποθήκη το σπίτι μου, για να πληρωθούν οι εργαζόμενοι, όμως υπάρχουν μέτοχοι που συμμετέχουν και σε άλλα μέσα ενημέρωσης και δεν ενδιαφέρονται. Σε ό,τι με αφορά έκανα ότι μπορούσα» πρόσθεσε.

Παράλληλα, ο Φώτης Μπόμπολας ισχυρίστηκε ότι το Mega δεν έχει συγκεκριμένο πολιτικό προσανατολισμό καθώς «η ενημέρωση που παρέχει το Mega είναι αντικειμενική και πλουραλιστική, καθώς ο σταθμός δεν ανήκει μόνο σε ένα μέτοχο».

Σε ό,τι αφορά στη μη συμμετοχή στην αύξηση κεφαλαίου της «Τηλέτυπος» από τους άλλους μετόχους, ανέφερε πως ο ίδιος είχε συμφωνήσει ο «Πήγασος» να συμμετάσχει σε αυτή την αύξηση, όμως «δεν υπήρξε ανταπόκριση από τους άλλους δύο, και μόνος μου δεν μπορούσα να σηκώσω το βάρος λειτουργίας της "Τηλέτυπος"».

Συνεχίζοντας αρνήθηκε κατηγορηματικά ότι ο ίδιος χρησιμοποιούσε το Mega για να εξυπηρετεί τα επιχειρηματικά του συμφέροντα ή να έχει καλύτερη μεταχείριση από τις τράπεζες. «Δεν είμαι διαπλεκόμενος. Τόσο εγώ όσο και ο αδελφός μου έχουμε στοχοποιηθεί επειδή η συμμετοχή μας στις εταιρείες είναι εμφανής, και δεν γίνεται μέσω άλλων εταιρειών ή άλλων προσώπων», τόνισε ο Φώτης Μπόμπολας.

103 εκατ. τα μη εξυπηρετούμενα δάνεια της «Τηλέτυπος»

Αναφερόμενος ειδικότερα στον δανεισμό της «Τηλέτυπος Α.Ε», στην οποία, όπως ανέφερε, ο «Πήγασος» μετέχει με ποσοστό 32,5%, είπε πως ο συνολικός δανεισμός της εταιρείας αυτής ανέρχεται σε 103 εκατ. ευρώ, τα οποία δεν εξυπηρετούνται και έχουν καταγγελθεί από τις τράπεζες. Για τον δανεισμό της «Τηλέτυπος», προσέθεσε, ότι έχουν τεθεί ως εγγυήσεις μεταξύ άλλων ένα μεγάλο οικόπεδο ιδιοκτησίας του ομίλου και η ταινιοθήκη του, που έχει αποτιμηθεί από διεθνή εταιρεία σε περίπου 80 εκατ. ευρώ και καλύπτει το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του δανείου.

«Εάν δεν βρεθεί λύση, τότε τα περιουσιακά στοιχεία αυτά θα εκποιηθούν και θα καλυφθούν οι υποχρεώσεις προς τις τράπεζες, ενώ θα πληρωθούν οι εργαζόμενοι», είπε ο κ. Μπόμπολας.

Δάνεια χωρίς εξασφαλίσεις και εγγυήσεις προ κρίσης...

Απαντώντας σε ερωτήσεις μελών της Επιτροπής για τα δάνεια του «Πήγασος», ο Φώτης Μπόμπολας ανέφερε πως οι τράπεζες έχουν ζητήσει και έχουν λάβει εμπράγματες εγγυήσεις που ανέρχονται στο ποσό περίπου των 112 εκατ. ευρώ και δόθηκαν με βάση το γεγονός ότι ο κύκλος εργασιών της ΠΗΓΑΣΟΣ ήταν 240 εκατ. ευρώ και ο τζίρος της ΤΗΛΕΤΥΠΟΣ 180 εκατ. ευρώ, κάτι που, όπως υποστήριξε, καθιστούσε απολύτως δικαιολογημένες τις δανειακές συμβάσεις που υπεγράφησαν τότε. Συνεχίζοντας υποστήριξε, επίσης, πως πριν την κρίση οι τράπεζες χορηγούσαν δάνεια χωρίς εξασφαλίσεις και εμπράγματες εγγυήσεις, αλλά μετά την κρίση οι τράπεζες ζήτησαν και έλαβαν εγγυήσεις, όπως το ακίνητο του ομίλου στο Χαλάνδρι, τους τίτλους των εφημερίδων και εντύπων, τις μέλλουσες εισπράξεις των εντύπων απευθείας από το πρακτορείο διανομής τύπου κ.λπ.

Τα δάνεια του ομίλου "Πήγασος", ανέρχονται σε 160 εκατ. ευρώ και είναι ενήμερα και εξυπηρετούνται κανονικά. Όπως ανέφερε ο κ. Μπόμπολας, μέσα στο ποσό αυτό είναι και το ομολογιακό δάνειο των 80 εκατ. ευρώ, που είχε συναφθεί το 2014 και εκταμιεύτηκε το 2016. Το δάνειο αυτό, προσέθεσε, είναι σε καθεστώς «παγώματος» και οι τόκοι του, ύψους 3,5 εκατ. ευρώ, έχουν πληρωθεί κανονικά.

Τι απάντησε για το «Stoiximan.gr»

Σε ό,τι αφορά τέλος τη συμμετοχή του ιδίου στην εταιρεία «Stoiximan.gr» ανέφερε πως η εταιρεία αυτή είναι ευρωπαϊκή και λειτουργεί νόμιμα στην Ελλάδα, ενώ συμμετέχει σε αυτήν η σύζυγός του και αυτός. Η φορολόγηση τής εταιρείας γίνεται με συντελεστή 35%, που όπως υποστήριξε ο κ. Μπόμπολος, είναι ο μεγαλύτερος σε όλη την Ευρώπη, η οποία έχει συντελεστές 25%.

Ανέφερε επίσης ότι στην εταιρεία «Stoiximan.gr» συμμετέχει και ο κ. Μάρης, στον οποίο όπως είπε είχε προτείνει να μετάσχει στην αύξηση του κεφαλαίου στο MEGA. Ανάλογη πρόταση είχε κάνει και σε άλλους επιχειρηματίες, όμως η προσπάθεια για διεύρυνση των μετόχων τελικά δεν ευοδώθηκε.
