Δήλωση της Επαναστατικής Κυβέρνησης της Δημοκρατίας της Κούβας για το κοινοβουλευτικό-δικαστικό πραξικόπημα στη Βραζιλία

Η Επαναστατική Κυβέρνηση της Δημοκρατίας της Κούβας καταδικάζει έντονα το κοινοβουλευτικό-δικαστικό πραξικόπημα που εκτυλίχθηκε σε βάρος της Προέδρου Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ.

Η απομάκρυνση της Προέδρου από την κυβέρνηση και ταυτόχρονα του Κόμματος των Εργαζομένων (Partido de los Trabajadores - PT), καθώς και των άλλων συμμαχικών πολιτικών δυνάμεων της αριστεράς, χωρίς την παρουσίαση κάποιας απόδειξης είτε για διαφθορά είτε για εγκληματική ευθύνη, αποτελεί πράξη περιφρόνησης προς την κυρίαρχη θέληση του λαού που την εξέλεξε.

Κατά τη θητεία των κυβερνήσεων του Λουίς Ινάσιο Λούλα ντα Σίλβα και της Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ προωθήθηκε ένα οικονομικό – κοινωνικό μοντέλο, το οποίο επέτρεψε στη Βραζιλία να κάνει άλματα στην παραγωγική της ανάπτυξη ταυτόχρονα με την κοινωνική ένταξη, στην διασφάλιση των φυσικών της πόρων, στη δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας, στη μάχη κατά της φτώχιας, στην έξοδο από τη μιζέρια περισσότερων από 35 εκατομμυρίων βραζιλιάνων που ζούσαν σε απάνθρωπες συνθήκες και στην αύξηση του εισοδήματος άλλων 40 εκατομμυρίων, καθώς και στη διεύρυνση των ευκαιριών στη μόρφωση και την υγεία του λαού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και τμημάτων που μέχρι τότε βρίσκονταν στο περιθώριο.

Όλη αυτή τη περίοδο η Βραζιλία αποτέλεσε έναν ενεργό παράγοντα προώθησης της ενοποίησης της Λατινικής Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής. Η αποτυχία του Συμφώνου Ελεύθερου Εμπορίου των Αμερικών (Acuerdo de Libre Comercio de las Américas – ALCA), η σύγκλιση της Συνόδου Κορυφής της Λατινικής Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής για την Ενοποίηση και Ανάπτυξη (Cumbre de América Latina y el Caribe sobre Integración y Desarrollo – CALC) που οδήγησε μετέπειτα στη δημιουργία της CELAC (Κοινότητα Κρατών Λατινικής Αμερικής και Καραϊβικής) και στην σύσταση της UNASUR (Ένωση Νοτιοαμερικανικών Κρατών), αποτελούν γεγονότα τεράστιας σπουδαιότητας στην πιο πρόσφατη ιστορία της περιοχής, τα οποία καταδεικνύουν τον πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο αυτής της χώρας.

Ταυτόχρονα, τα προγράμματά της προς τις χώρες του Τρίτου Κόσμου, ειδικότερα στην Αφρική, η ενεργή συμμετοχή της στην Ομάδα των BRICS (Βραζιλία, Ρωσία, Ινδία, Κίνα και Νότια Αφρική) και το έργο της στο πλαίσιο των Ηνωμένων Εθνών, στον Οργανισμό του ΟΗΕ για τα Τρόφιμα και τη Γεωργία (FAO) και στον Παγκόσμιο Οργανισμό Εμπορίου, μεταξύ άλλων, αποτελούν αναγνώριση του διεθνούς ηγετικού της ρόλου.

Αξίζει επίσης να εγκωμιάσουμε τη δράση της Βραζιλίας υπό των κυβερνήσεων του PT, πάνω σε κρίσιμα θέματα της διεθνούς κατάστασης για την υπεράσπισης της ειρήνης, την ανάπτυξη, την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος και τα προγράμματα κατά της πείνας.

Είναι ευρέως αναγνωρισμένες οι προσπάθειες του Λούλα και της Ντίλμα για την μεταρρύθμιση του πολιτικού συστήματος και στο να μπει τάξη στη χρηματοδότηση των κομμάτων και των εκστρατειών τους, καθώς και για την υποστήριξή τους στις έρευνες ενάντια στη διαφθορά οι οποίες ήταν ανοιχτές και τις διεξήγαγαν ανεξάρτητοι θεσμοί.

Οι δυνάμεις που αυτή τη στιγμή ασκούν την εξουσία έχουν ανακοινώσει μέτρα ιδιωτικοποιήσεων για τα πετρελαϊκά αποθέματα σε μεγάλο βάθος και περικοπές στα κοινωνικά προγράμματα. Κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο, εξαγγέλουν μια εξωτερική πολιτική που ευνοεί τις σχέσεις με τα διεθνή ισχυρά κέντρα εξουσίας. Αρκετοί δε, από αυτούς που δίκασαν την Πρόεδρο, βρίσκονται οι ίδιοι σε καθεστώς έρευνας για πράξεις διαφθοράς.

Αυτό που συνέβη στην Βραζιλία είναι άλλη μια έκφραση της επίθεσης του ιμπεριαλισμού και της ολιγαρχίας ενάντια στις επαναστατικές και προοδευτικές κυβερνήσεις της Λατινικής Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής, η οποία απειλεί για την ειρήνη και σταθερότητα στις χώρες αυτές και έρχεται σε αντιπαράθεση με το πνεύμα και το γράμμα της Ανακήρυξης της Λατινικής Αμερικής και της Καραϊβικής ως Ζώνη Ειρήνης, που υπογράφτηκε από τους Αρχηγούς Κρατών και Κυβερνήσεων στη 2η Σύνοδο Κορυφής της CELAC, τον Γενάρη του 2013 στην Αβάνα την εμπιστοσύνη της στο ότι ο λαός της Βραζιλίας θα υπερασπιστεί τις κοινωνικές κατακτήσεις που έχουν επιτευχθεί, θα αντιταχθεί με αποφασιστικότητα στις νεοφιλελεύθερες πολιτικές που προσπαθούν να τους επιβληθούν, όσο και στη λεηλασία των φυσικών τους πόρων.
