Ο Κούλης είναι τελείως μπερδεμένος ... η μήπως όχι;


Σε χθεσινή του δήλωση, ο αρχηγός της ΝΔ, Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, μίλησε περί μεταρρυθμίσεων. Έχει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον η συγκεκριμένη δήλωση προκειμένου να διαπιστώσει κανείς ορισμένα πράγματα. Όπως είπε:

“Δυστυχώς, αυτή η δομική αντιπολίτευση, η οποία εκφράστηκε σε απόλυτο βαθμό από το κόμμα το οποίο μας κυβερνά σήμερα, είχε ως αποτέλεσμα την ίδια την ενοχοποίηση της έννοιας των μεταρρυθμίσεων, την οποία σήμερα καλούμαστε να υλοποιήσουμε. Δυστυχώς, στη συνείδηση του μέσου Έλληνα πολίτη, η μεταρρύθμιση ταυτίζεται με τη λιτότητα, με τις περικοπές μισθών και συντάξεων. Μεταρρύθμιση όμως, εξ ορισμού, δεν σημαίνει λιτότητα. Μεταρρύθμιση, είναι ένα άλμα προς τα μπρος. Δεν σημαίνει απλά προσαρμογή στην πραγματικότητα, αλλά ένας διάλογος για το μέλλον, ένας διάλογος για το ίδιο το μέλλον της χώρας. Και μόνο αυτή η κουλτούρα μπορεί πραγματικά να μας οδηγήσει προς τα μπρος.”

Στην παραπάνω δήλωση, στις λίγες αυτές γραμμές, μπορεί κανείς να διακρίνει τουλάχιστον μία τεράστια παρανόηση και μία τεράστια αντίφαση.

Η τεράστια παρανόηση, έγκειται στο γεγονός ότι η έννοια των μεταρρυθμίσεων δεν ενοχοποιήθηκε, όπως είπε, αλλά διαστρεβλώθηκε πλήρως, σχεδόν κακοποιήθηκε. Και δεν διαστρεβλώθηκε από καμία αντιπολίτευση, αλλά από τους ίδιους τους εκπροσώπους της Τρόικας των δανειστών, οι οποίοι εδώ και έξι χρόνια, κάτω από την ταμπέλα των "μεταρρυθμίσεων" εφάρμοσαν το πιο βάρβαρο νεοφιλελεύθερο πρόγραμμα, για πρώτη φορά σε μια ανεπτυγμένη οικονομική ζώνη.

Δεν έχετε παρά να ρίξετε μια ματιά στις δηλώσεις τους, οι οποίες επαναλαμβάνονται μονότονα, ακόμα και σήμερα. Από τον Σόιμπλε, τον Ντράγκι, τον Ντάισελμπλουμ, τον Μοσκοβισί, μέχρι την Κριστίν Λαγκάρντ, αλλά ακόμα και τον Αμερικανό υπουργό οικονομικών Τζακ Λιου, όλοι, σε ελαφρώς διαφορετικές αποχρώσεις, περνάνε το ίδιο μήνυμα: η Ελλάδα έκανε σημαντικά βήματα, αλλά χρειάζονται και άλλες μεταρρυθμίσεις.

Δεν χρειάζεται να είναι κανείς φωστήρας για να καταλάβει ότι όταν μιλούν για "μεταρρυθμίσεις", εννοούν νέες περικοπές μισθών-συντάξεων, ακόμη μεγαλύτερη απορρύθμιση στα εργασιακά, διάλυση του κοινωνικού κράτους, ξεπούλημα δημόσιας περιουσίας. Γιατί απλά, αυτά επέβαλλαν εδώ και έξι χρόνια, παρά την παταγώδη αποτυχία τους και την καταστροφή που έφεραν στην Ελληνική οικονομία. Όταν λένε λοιπόν "μεταρρυθμίσεις", εννοούν τα ίδια μέτρα λιτότητας και περικοπών. Αν δεν ήταν έτσι, δεν θα έλεγαν ότι "η Ελλάδα έκανε σημαντικά βήματα, αλλά χρειάζονται και άλλες μεταρρυθμίσεις", αλλά, ότι απλά τα μέτρα απέτυχαν, όπως παραδέχθηκαν άλλωστε κατά καιρούς πολλά υψηλόβαθμα στελέχη τους.

Δεν υπάρχει λοιπόν κανένα πρόβλημα με τη συνείδηση του "μέσου Έλληνα πολίτη", κύριε Μητσοτάκη. Ο Έλληνας πολίτης βιώνει τα βάρβαρα μέτρα που οι νεοφιλελεύθεροι “ταλιμπάν”, ομοϊδεάτες σας, εφάρμοσαν κάτω από την ταμπέλα των “μεταρρυθμίσεων”, στο πειραματόζωο που λέγεται Ελλάδα και το μόνο που τους ενδιαφέρει, είναι να ολοκληρώσουν το πείραμα με επιτυχία, για να το μεταφέρουν και στην υπόλοιπη ευρωζώνη.

Η τεράστια αντίφαση, εστιάζεται στη φράση “Μεταρρύθμιση όμως, εξ ορισμού, δεν σημαίνει λιτότητα. Μεταρρύθμιση, είναι ένα άλμα προς τα μπρος. Δεν σημαίνει απλά προσαρμογή στην πραγματικότητα, ...”.

Μα η πραγματικότητα του νεοφιλελεύθερου κατεστημένου, κύριε Μητσοτάκη, είναι ακριβώς η σκληρή λιτότητα και όλα αυτά τα μέτρα που επέβαλλε στην Ελλάδα. Και τα επιβάλλει με το πρόσχημα του ανταγωνισμού και του κινδύνου απωλειών θέσεων εργασίας, κάτι στο οποίο εσείς πιστεύετε απόλυτα. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν μπορείτε να έχετε "μεταρρυθμίσεις" χωρίς λιτότητα.

Απ' ότι φαίνεται λοιπόν, ο Μητσοτάκης ακολουθεί την ίδια παλαιοκομματική τακτική. Μάλλον τελικά δεν είναι μπερδεμένος, απλά υπόσχεται πράγματα που δεν μπορεί να κάνει, εφόσον εκλεγεί κάποια στιγμή. Γιατί αν ο Τσίπρας εξωθήθηκε από το διευθυντήριο του Βερολίνου, τους γραφειοφασίστες των Βρυξελλών και τη μαφία του ΔΝΤ, να συνεχίσει τις πολιτικές της καταστροφής, ο Μητσοτάκης δεν θα έχει κανένα πρόβλημα να τις εφαρμόσει αβίαστα, αφού πραγματικά πιστεύει σ'αυτές. Όταν ο "Σοσιαλιστής" Ολάντ, της υποτίθεται ισχυρής Γαλλίας, που δεν είναι σε μνημόνιο, ψήφισε τελικά τα αντι-εργατικά μέτρα που σπρώχνουν τη Γαλλία προς μια νέα Φεουδαρχική εποχή, γιατί θα διστάσει ο νεοφιλελεύθερος Κυριάκος; Γιατί να δυσαρεστήσει τους Ευρωπαίους ομοϊδεάτες του και την εγχώρια ολιγαρχία;

Εξάλλου, ο Μητσοτάκης ποντάρει στο γεγονός ότι ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ θα αναγκαστεί να κάνει όλη τη βρόμικη δουλειά και όταν θα έρθει αυτός στην εξουσία, απλά δεν θα χρειαστεί να κόψει άλλο τις συντάξεις πείνας και τους μισθούς, γιατί το πείραμα θα έχει ολοκληρωθεί. Έτσι, η εγχώρια και μη πλουτοκρατία, θα έχει και πάλι το κεφάλι της ήσυχο με έναν απόλυτα δικό της άνθρωπο στην εξουσία, χωρίς να φοβάται για κάποιο πιθανό “ατύχημα”, όπως για παράδειγμα, την άνοδο πολιτικών δυνάμεων που θα επεδίωκαν την έξοδο από την σαδο-μονεταριστική φυλακή της ευρωζώνης, ή έστω, την αλλαγή πολιτικής του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ σε αυτό το θέμα. Άρα, γιατί να μην ονειρεύεται επιστροφή του παλαιοκομματικού κατεστημένου που κατέστρεψε τη χώρα, σε συνθήκες απόλυτα ρυθμισμένες στα συμφέροντά της;
