Σύνοδος ΥπΕξ της UNASUR μετά το πραξικόπημα στη Βραζιλία

O Γενικός Γραμματέας της Ένωσης Νοτιοαμερικανικών Κρατών (UNASUR), Ερνέστο Σαμπέρ, ξεκίνησε ένα νέο γύρο διαβουλεύσεων με τους Υπουργούς Εξωτερικών των κρατών-μελών της οργάνωσης, για να καθοριστεί μία συνάντηση που θα αντιμετωπιστεί το ζήτημα της έκπτωσης της προέδρου της Βραζιλίας Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ.

Στο κείμενο, η UNASUR επιβεβαιώνει ότι αυτό που συνέβη στη Βραζιλία “προκαλεί ανησυχίες και έχει περιφερειακές επιπτώσεις, η εξέταση των οποίων δικαιολογεί την έκτακτη σύνοδο των υπουργών Εξωτερικών”.

Το περιφερειακό μπλοκ αποτελείται από την Αργεντινή, την Βολιβία, Βραζιλία, Χιλή, Κολομβία, Εκουαδόρ, Γουιάνα, Παραγουάη, Περού, Σουρινάμ, Ουρουγουάη και Βενεζουέλα. Η έδρα του βρίσκεται στο Κίτο του Εκουαδόρ.

Η έκπτωση της Ντίλμα Ρούσεφ από την προεδρία της χώρας της έχει προκαλέσει διάφορες αντιδράσεις στις κυβερνήσεις της περιοχής, πολλές από τις οποίες την αξιολόγησαν ως πραξικόπημα και το Εκουαδόρ, η Βολιβία και η Βενεζουέλα, απέσυραν τους πρεσβευτές τους από την Βραζιλία.

Με ένα ανακοινωθέν του την Πέμπτη, το Σοσιαλιστικό Κίνημα Αλιέντε της Χιλής καταδίκασε την “παράνομη έκπτωση” της προέδρου και κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο απαίτησε από την Πρόεδρο της Χιλής Μισέλ Μπασελέ, να αποσύρει άμεσα τον πρέσβη της Χιλής από την Βραζιλία.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η Γερουσία της Βραζιλίας απέπεμψε την περασμένη Τετάρτη την Ρούσεφ που κατηγορείται για δημοσιονομικές παρατυπίες, με 61 ψήφους υπέρ και 21 κατά και στη συνέχεια εξέλεξε τον Μισέλ Τέμερ ως νέο πρόεδρο.
