WikiLeaks - Νέες αποδείξεις για τη Γαλλική νεο-αποικιοκρατία με σφραγίδα Σαρκοζί

Στις 16 Μαρτίου 2016, τα WikiLeaks δημοσίευσαν ένα αρχείο 30.322 ηλεκτρονικών επιστολών, οι οποίες μπορούν να ερευνηθούν με τη χρήση λέξεων-κλειδιών, από και προς τον προσωπικό email server της Χίλαρι Κλίντον, την εποχή που διατελούσε υπουργός εξωτερικών των ΗΠΑ. Τα έγγραφα των 50.547 σελίδων, εκτείνονται σε μια περίοδο από τις 30 Ιουνίου του 2010 έως τις 12 Αυγούστου του 2014. 7.570 από τα έγγραφα αυτά εστάλησαν από την Χίλαρι Κλίντον. Τα έγγραφα διατέθηκαν σε μορφή PDF από το υπουργείο εξωτερικών των ΗΠΑ με αίτημα στα πλαίσια του Νόμου περί Ελευθερίας της Πληροφόρησης (Freedom of Information Act).


Μια επιστολή από τον Sidney Blumenthal, κορυφαίο σύμβουλο του ζεύγους Κλίντον, προς την Χίλαρι Κλίντον το 2011, δίνει περισσότερα στοιχεία που αποκαλύπτουν το εταιρικό κομμάτι της Γαλλικής νεο-αποικιοκρατίας στη Βόρεια Αφρική και ειδικά στη Λιβύη, καθώς και τον κεντρικό ρόλο του τότε Γάλλου προέδρου, Νικολά Σαρκοζί.

Όπως αναφέρει ο Blumenthal, με βάση πληροφορίες από μέλη του εθνικού μεταβατικού συμβουλίου (National Transitional Council - NTC) που είχε τον έλεγχο της χώρας την περίοδο εκείνη, η Γαλλική πολεμική αεροπορία σε συνεργασία με το Γαλλικό υπουργείο εξωτερικών, μετέφερε ιατρική βοήθεια και ανθρωπιστικό υλικό στους αντάρτες στη Βεγγάζη, χρησιμοποιώντας πολιτικό αεροσκάφος. Οι πτήσεις αυτές ξεκίνησαν στις 13 Απριλίου του 2011, αλλά το πιο ενδιαφέρον είναι, ότι πάντα με βάση την αναφορά του Blumenthal, η ίδια πηγή τον πληροφόρησε, ότι με τις πτήσεις αυτές ήρθαν και αντιπρόσωποι ορισμένων μεγάλων Γαλλικών εταιριών, καθώς και αξιωματούχοι της Γαλλικής υπηρεσίας πληροφοριών (DGSE), οι οποίοι είχαν ως αποστολή να αναπτύξουν σχέσεις με τους ηγέτες των ανταρτών, καθώς αυτοί, ήταν έτοιμοι να σχηματίσουν τη νέα κυβέρνηση της Λιβύης.

Συγκεκριμένα, η αρχική πτήση περιλάμβανε στελέχη της γνωστής Γαλλικής εταιρίας πετρελαιοειδών TOTAL, της μεγάλης κατασκευαστικής VINCI και της αμυντικής/αεροδιαστημικής εταιρίας N.V. (EADS). Το αεροσκάφος για την επιχείρηση διατέθηκε από την AIRBUS, θυγατρική της EADS. Οι επόμενες πτήσεις μετέφεραν στελέχη της THALYS και άλλων μεγάλων Γαλλικών εταιριών, όλες με ισχυρές διασυνδέσεις με την κυβέρνηση Σαρκοζί. Μετά τη συνάντησή τους με το NTC, τα στελέχη των Γαλλικών εταιριών έφυγαν διακριτικά οδικώς για την Αίγυπτο μέσω Τομπρούκ.

Αναφέρεται επίσης ότι η επιχείρηση ήταν μια ιδέα του Bernard Henri Levy, στενού συμβούλου του Σαρκοζί, ο οποίος είχε επαφές με τους Λίβυους αντάρτες από την αρχή της εξέγερσης τον Φεβρουάριο του 2011. Ενώ στις αρχικές συναντήσεις δεν υπογράφηκαν κάποια συμβόλαια, ο Levy πήγε ξανά στην Βεγγάζη στις 22 Απριλίου και κατάφερε να αποσπάσει την υπογραφή των ηγετών του NTC για ένα μνημόνιο συμφωνιών, το οποίο εξασφάλιζε ότι οι Γαλλικές εταιρίες θα είχαν προνομιακή μεταχείριση σε όλες τις μελλοντικές επιχειρηματικές δραστηριότητες στη χώρα. Σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ίδιες πληροφορίες, ο Levy ξεκαθάρισε στους αξιωματούχους του NTC, ότι είχαν χρέος απέναντι στη Γαλλία, καθώς τους υποστήριξε από την αρχή, και πως ο Σαρκοζί ήθελε κάτι χειροπιαστό για να δείξει στα κορυφαία στελέχη των Γαλλικών επιχειρήσεων και στην πολιτική κοινότητα, ως αντάλλαγμα. Και οι δυο πλευρές συμφώνησαν να συνάψουν συμφωνία με διακριτικότητα, ώστε να μην εξοργίσουν άλλες χώρες που υποστήριζαν τους αντάρτες.

Άλλη μια ενδιαφέρουσα αναφορά, κάνει λόγο για ορισμένες πηγές με ισχυρές προσβάσεις στη Γαλλική υπηρεσία πληροφοριών, οι οποίες μετέφεραν την πληροφορία ότι ο Levy χρησιμοποιούσε την ιδιότητά του ως δημοσιογράφος για να καλύψει αυτές τις δραστηριότητες. Ωστόσο, ενεργούσε μέσω απ'ευθείας εντολών από τον Σαρκοζί. Αξιωματούχοι της Γαλλικής υπηρεσίας πληροφοριών και του στρατού, που είχαν αναμειχθεί στην εξέγερση στη Λιβύη, ήταν δυσαρεστημένοι με τον "ερασιτέχνη" Levy, αλλά παραδέχονταν ότι ήταν πολύ αποτελεσματικός στις συμφωνίες με τους αντάρτες, ενώ είχε και την απόλυτη εμπιστοσύνη του Σαρκοζί.

Ολόκληρη η επιστολή:


Η επιστολή αυτή, δεν αποδεικνύει απλά την ξεκάθαρη Γαλλική ανάμειξη στο Λιβυκό χάος, ούτε απλά το γεγονός ότι οι Δυτικοί θα έκαναν τα πάντα για να σταματήσουν τον Κινεζικό οικονομικό επεκτατισμό και τον κίνδυνο επέκτασης της Ρωσικής επιρροής στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Μεσογείου. Αποδεικνύει και ότι οι Δυτικοί αποικιοκράτες ήταν και είναι διατεθειμένοι να επιδοθούν σε μια κούρσα σκληρού ανταγωνισμού, προκειμένου να αρπάξουν όσα περισσότερα μπορούν από το πτώμα της Λιβύης.

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό, ότι ο τίτλος και οι λεπτομέρειες των πληροφοριών που περιέχονται στην επιστολή, προδίδουν μια έντονη δυσαρέσκεια από πλευράς Αμερικανών για το γεγονός ότι οι Γαλλικές εταιρίες έκοψαν πρώτες το νήμα στην κούρσα για το Λιβυκό πτώμα. Η επιστολή έχει τον τίτλο "FRENCH ECONOMIC GRAB", δηλαδή "ΓΑΛΛΙΚΗ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΗ ΑΡΠΑΓΗ" και από μόνος του τα λέει όλα.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι, στη συγκεκριμένη σειρά ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας της Χίλαρι Κλίντον, ανήκει και ένα άλλο έγγραφο, με βάση το οποίο, ο Καντάφι επιχείρησε να ιδρύσει ένα παν-Αφρικανικό νόμισμα με βάση το Λιβυκό, χρυσό δηνάριο. Το σχέδιο είχε σαν στόχο να προμηθεύσει τις Γαλλόφωνες Αφρικανικές χώρες με ένα εναλλακτικό νόμισμα έναντι του Γαλλικού Φράγκου CFA. Το ενδιαφέρον είναι, ότι το έγγραφο δημοσιεύτηκε και από την ιστοσελίδα του Αμερικανικού Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών, με ημερομηνία 31/12/2015, δηλαδή αρκετά νωρίτερα από την ημερομηνία δημοσίευσης στα WikiLeaks. Άλλη μια ένδειξη ότι οι Αμερικανοί ήταν ιδιαίτερα ενοχλημένοι με το "θράσος" των Γάλλων συμμάχων τους να κρατήσουν τη Λιβύη για τις εταιρίες τους.
