Μίλερ: Σημαντικά τα οφέλη για την Ελλάδα από τον αγωγό ρωσικού φυσικού αερίου

“Η κατασκευή αγωγού μεταφοράς φυσικού αέριου από τα ελληνοτουρικά σύνορα μέσω Ελλάδας προς την Ευρώπη μπορεί να υλοποιηθεί από μία ρωσοευρωπαϊκή κοινοπραξία, σύμφωνα με τις δηλώσεις του επικεφαλής της Gazprom Αλεξέι Μίλερ, μετά το πέρας της συνάντησής του με τον Έλληνα πρωθυπουργό Αλέξη Τσίπρα, παρουσία του υπουργού Παραγωγικής Ανασυγκρότησης Παναγιώτη Λαφαζάνη.”

“'Τώρα υπάρχουν οι ευρωπαϊκές εταιρίες που εκδηλώνουν ενδιαφέρον για τη συμμετοχή τους σε αυτό το σχέδιο. Θα πρέπει να υπογραμμίσουμε ότι αυτό το σχέδιο θα υλοποιείται, σύμφωνα με την ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία και αυτό δεν ήταν ποτέ πρόβλημα για τη ρωσική πλευρά' σημείωσε ο κ Μίλερ προσθέτοντας πώς εγγυάται τον αγωγό. 'Η Ρωσική πλευρά και η Gasprom εγγυώνται ότι μέσα από το έδαφος της Ελλάδος θα μεταφέρει έως 47 δις κυβικά μέτρα και αναμφίβολα τέτοιος όγκος μεταφοράς θα δώσει τις δυνατότητες για την Ελλάδα να πάρει εμπορική πίστωση για υλοποίηση άλλων σχεδίων στην Ελλάδα'.”

Λαφαζάνης τόνισε ότι δεν υπογράφηκε σήμερα συμφωνία ή μνημόνιο συνεργασίας μεταξύ των δύο πλευρών συμπληρώνοντας πώς οι συζητήσεις προχωράνε και ελπίζει ότι θα ολοκληρωθούν σύντομα επιτυχώς. Διαβεβαίωσε παράλληλα ότι το έργο του αγωγού θα γίνει με έναν τρόπο απολύτως συμβατό με το κοινοτικό δίκαιο, τονίζοντας ότι 'από την Ελλάδα θα περάσει ο TAP ο οποίος θα μεταφέρει το αζέρικο αέριο. Δεν δικαιολογείται η Ε.Ε. να δίνει άδεια στον TAP και να μην δώσει σε έναν αγωγό που θα ξεκινά από τα ελληνοτουρκικά σύνορα και θα φτάνει στη Fyrom σύμφωνα με τις κοινοτικές προδιαγραφές'.”

“Η εκπρόσωπος της Κομισιόν για θέματα ενέργειας, Άννα Κάισα Ιτκόνεν, κληθείσα σήμερα να σχολιάσει την επίσκεψη του επικεφαλής της Gazprom Αλεξέι Μίλερ στην Αθήνα και τη συνάντησή του με τον Έλληνα πρωθυπουργό Αλέξη Τσίπρα, απάντησε ότι η Επιτροπή είναι ενήμερη, αλλά σε αυτό το στάδιο δεν μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί. Όπως ανέφερε η εκπρόσωπος, η Επιτροπή είναι έτοιμη να αξιολογήσει την όποια συμφωνία ενδέχεται να προκύψει μεταξύ Ελλάδας και Gazprom, αλλά σε αυτό το στάδιο δεν διαθέτει καμία πληροφορία, αφού δεν υπάρχει συμφωνία.”
