“Στην αποκάλυψη ότι το Συμβούλιο της Επικρατείας έκρινε αντισυνταγματικές όλες τι μειώσεις συντάξεων καθώς και τη ρήτρα μηδενικού ελλείμματος, προχώρησε μιλώντας στον ANT1, ο αντιπρόεδρος της Βουλής και βουλευτής του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, Αλέξης Μητρόπουλος.”

“Η απόφαση του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας, είναι σύμφωνα με τον αντιπρόεδρο της Βουλής οριστική. 'Φαίνεται ότι στην κρισιμότερη φάση των διαπραγματεύσεων το ανώτατο δικαστήριο θέλησε να αναδείξει ένα ζήτημα, να διεκδικήσει ρόλο και να βάλει ασπίδα προστασίας. Με απόφασή του κρίνει παράνομες και αντισυνταγματικές όλες τις μειώσεις από το 2012 για κύριες και επικουρικές συντάξεις και αντισυνταγματικές όλες τις ρήτρες με πρώτα την ρήτρα μηδενικού ελλείμματος' τόνισε ο Αλέξης Μητρόπουλος.”

“Στο ερώτημα αν αυτή η απόφαση εμποδίζει, πολιτικά, την κυβέρνηση να προχωρήσει σε συμφωνία με τους δανειστές ο αντιπρόεδρος της Βουλής απάντησε: 'Θεωρώ ότι αυτή τη στιγμή που έρχεται αυτή η απόφαση είναι ένα ισχυρό διαπραγματευτικό όπλο στα χέρια της κυβέρνησης αφού το ανώτατο δικαστήριο σε ολομελειακή σύνθεση είπε ότι είναι αντισυνταγματικές οι μειώσεις'.”
