Ποιοί πανικοβλήθηκαν από την επιτροπή αλήθειας;

Λίγες ημέρες πριν από τη σύσταση της Επιτροπής Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους είχαμε προειδοποιήσει για τις λυσσαλέες αντιδράσεις που θα προκαλούσε σε κύκλους πολιτικών και στα μέσα ενημέρωσης της διαπλοκής. Και φυσικά επιβεβαιωθήκαμε – ή όπως θα τραγουδούσαν και οι Hives: Hate to say I told you so.

Δεν πρόκειται φυσικά για τις μαντικές μας ικανότητες. Απλώς ο πόλεμος λάσπης ακολουθεί το ίδιο ακριβώς μοτίβο που παρατηρήθηκε σε όλες τις χώρες που επιχειρήθηκε ή λειτούργησε επιτροπή λογιστικού ελέγχου.

Τα παπαγαλάκια των τραπεζών (οι οποίες ελέγχουν τα ΜΜΕ μέσω της διαφημιστικής δαπάνης και της χορήγησης δανείων) αλλά και τα γραφεία Τύπου συγκεκριμένων πολιτικών προσώπων, ακολουθούν ένα πολύ συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο με σαφώς προσδιορισμένα βήματα. Η διαδικασία έχει δοκιμαστεί ήδη στη Βραζιλία, τον Ισημερινό αλλά ακόμη και σε ευρωπαϊκές χώρες.

Η προσπάθεια ξεκινά πάντα με προσωπικές επιθέσεις που στόχο έχουν να πλήξουν το κύρος όσων συμμετέχουν στην επιτροπή και όσων είχαν την πρωτοβουλία για τη σύστασή της.

Το δεύτερο βήμα είναι να παρουσιαστεί η επιτροπή σαν κοστοβόρα ή χρονοβόρα ενώ στο τελικό στάδιο (το οποίο έρχεται λίγο πριν από την παρουσίαση των πρώτων πορισμάτων) είναι να πειστεί η κοινή γνώμη ότι η επιτροπή θα λειτουργήσει σαν πολιτικό όπλο σε βάρος των αντιπάλων όσων συνέστησαν την επιτροπή. Σε αυτό το σημείο ξεκινά και η διαμάχη για το ποια περίοδο της δημιουργίας του χρέους θα πρέπει να εξετάσει η επιτροπή.

Ο πόλεμος λάσπης ανατίθεται συνήθως σε γραφεία Τύπου, σε συμβούλους εφοπλιστών και εργολάβων, που παρουσιάζονται σαν δημοσιογράφοι ή σε “δημοσιογράφους” που συμμετείχαν σε γραφεία Τύπου – καθώς γνωρίζουν καλύτερα πως να μεγιστοποιούν τις επιπτώσεις της επίθεσης.

Το ερώτημα όμως είναι γιατί το οικονομικό και μιντιακό κατεστημένο της χώρας υστερίασε πριν ακόμη ξεκινήσουν οι εργασίες της επιτροπής αλήθειας δημοσίου χρέους;

Αντί άλλης απάντησης θα παρουσιάσουμε μικρά αποσπάσματα ομιλιών από τις πρώτες ημέρες της σύστασης της επιτροπής – όταν δηλαδή δεν είχε ξεκινήσει ακόμη το έργο της.

Οι έμποροι όπλων, απέκτησαν στην Ελλάδα πρωτοφανή ισχύ, μια και συνδυάστηκαν με εκδοτικά συγκροτήματα, ολιγάρχες και διασυνδέσεις σε στρατιωτικό και επιχειρηματικό κατεστημένο.

Τρία παραδείγματα: Αγορά 170 γερμανικών αρμάτων μάχης, τύπου Leopard II, το 2006, αξίας 1,7 δισεκατομμυρίων ευρώ, τα οποία αγοράστηκαν χωρίς follow up system, δηλαδή χωρίς συμβάσεις συντήρησης και χωρίς αγορά βλημάτων. Εξαιρετικά αναγκαία τα τελευταία έξι χρόνια για παρελάσεις αλλά όχι για την άμυνα της χώρας. Η παρτίδα των 50 μαχητικών F16 το έτος 2000, λίγο πριν τις βουλευτικές εκλογές εκείνης της περιόδου. Όπου, στην αρχική παραγγελία τα αεροσκάφη αυτά, τα 50 F16, αγοράστηκαν χωρίς κινητήρα και χωρίς σύστημα αυτοπροστασίας. Και αυτό, διότι μετά τις εκλογές, θα έπρεπε η χώρα να κάνει μια δεύτερη σύμβαση για να αγοράσει τους κινητήρες και τα συστήματα αυτοπροστασίας.

Μόνο το 8% των χρημάτων που έχουν δώσει οι δανειστές έχει καλύψει χρηματοδοτικές ανάγκες του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού, δηλαδή ανάγκες του λαού μας. Το υπόλοιπο 92% κατευθύνθηκε ξανά στους πιστωτές και στις Τράπεζες. Έχει τεράστια σημασία να πληροφορηθούν οι λαοί της Ευρώπης, ποιοι μετείχαν και κέρδισαν από το σκάνδαλο της Siemens, από τα εξοπλιστικά προγράμματα, από την υπερχρέωση των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων, από ύποπτες συμβάσεις με Λεόντειες ρήτρες και επιτόκια.

Όπως ίσως θα έχετε ακούσει, έχουν πουληθεί πριν από λίγο καιρό οι επιχειρήσεις της Ολυμπιακής Αεροπορίας σε έναν ιδιώτη. Η Κομισιόν, σε σχετική απόφαση της, διατύπωσε τη γνώμη ότι στην περίπτωση αυτή δεν πρέπει να εφαρμοστεί η οδηγία για την μεταβίβαση επιχειρήσεων και την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων των εργαζομένων, μεταξύ των οποίων περιλαμβάνεται και το δικαίωμα να δουν τις εργασιακές τους σχέσεις να συνεχίζονται ομαλά, στο πρόσωπο του διαδόχου. Έχει καμία σχέση, η γνώμη αυτή της Κομισιόν, που απευθύνθηκε μάλιστα στην Ελληνική Κυβέρνηση και στα όργανα της ελληνικής πολιτείας με την νομιμότητα;
[…] Ένα ακόμη παράδειγμα, για να σας δείξω τα συγκεχυμένα όρια μεταξύ σκοπιμότητας και νομιμότητας, στις ενέργειες της Επιτροπής και της Ε.Ε. συνολικά.
Πριν από λίγα χρόνια, αποφασίστηκε η εκκαθάριση μιας επιχείρησης που ανήκε στην Εμπορική τράπεζα, φωσφορικών λιπασμάτων στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Το κράτος, ανέλαβε τα κόστη αυτής της εκκαθάρισης, πληρώνοντας μεταξύ άλλων αποζημιώσεις και δίνοντας κίνητρα στους εργαζόμενους και όλο αυτό το εγχείρημα απέβλεπε στο να πουληθεί η Εμπορική τράπεζα «καθαρή», από βάρη, από χρέη σε γαλλική τράπεζα. Μια, από τις λεγόμενες, συστημικές, ελληνικές τράπεζες είχε κάνει μια καταγγελία στην Νομική Υπηρεσία της Κομισιόν, για την παραβίαση Κοινοτικού Δικαίου, του δικαίου του ανταγωνισμού λόγω κρατικών ενισχύσεων, που έδωσε το ελληνικό δημόσιο στην επιχείρηση αυτή, στην Εμπορική τράπεζα, προκειμένου να γίνει πιο δελεαστική η αγορά τής για τους Γάλλους. Αυτή η συστημική τράπεζα που έκανε την καταγγελία, στη συνέχεια, ανακάλεσε την καταγγελία της και λίγο καιρό μετά απέκτησε ένα μεγάλο πακέτο μετοχών σε ελληνική εταιρεία πετρελαίων.
