Η ύποπτη δήλωση του Παναγιώτη Λαφαζάνη περί εγχώριων 'επενδυτών'


Μιλώντας στο Focus FM, στα πλαίσια της Διεθνούς Έκθεσης Θεσσαλονίκης, ο πρόεδρος της Λαϊκής Ενότητας, Παναγιώτης Λαφαζάνης, έκανε μια δήλωση που θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί τουλάχιστον ύποπτη. Στην ουσία, έκλεισε το μάτι στο εγχώριο κεφάλαιο, στέλνοντας το μήνυμα ότι θα του δοθεί προτεραιότητα απέναντι στους ξένους 'επενδυτές'.

Όπως είπε χαρακτηριστικά:

Επενδύσεις στην Ελλάδα από το εξωτερικό δεν πρόκειται να έρθουν. Έρχονται μόνο επενδύσεις από το εξωτερικό οι οποίες κατευθύνονται όχι σε νέες δραστηριότητες, αλλά στην εξαγορά, είτε δημόσιων επιχειρήσεων οι οποίες είναι κερδοφόρες, η Fraport, το λιμάνι του Πειραιά, το λιμάνι Θεσσαλονίκης, η ΕΥΑΘ, ο ΟΣΕ, τα αεροδρόμια. Όλα όσα έχουν πωληθεί δεν είναι προβληματικά. Ποτέ δεν αγοράζεται κάτι το οποίο είναι προβληματικό.

Πραγματικά, νέες επενδυτικές δραστηριότητες από ξένα κεφάλαια δεν πρόκειται να υπάρξουν. Θα υπάρξουν τέτοιες επενδύσεις στην Ελλάδα μόνο αν υπάρξει επενδυτική επανεκκίνηση από εγχώρια κεφάλαια, από το εγχώριο επιχειρηματικό δυναμικό. Αν δούμε από κει μια κινητικότητα και η χώρα μπει σε αναπτυξιακή τροχιά, τότε υπάρχει ισχυρή πιθανότητα να προσελκύσει η Ελλάδα και επενδύσεις από έξω.

Βεβαίως χρειάζεται ρευστότητα στην οικονομία. Δεν υπάρχει. Βεβαίως χρειάζονται χαμηλά επιτόκια και όλα αυτά σημαίνουν εθνικό νόμισμα. Διότι το εθνικό νόμισμα είναι το μόνο που μπορεί να διασφαλίσει μια επενδυτική άνοιξη με μια ισχυρή ρευστότητα στην οικονομία, με πολύ χαμηλά επιτόκια.


Ο Λαφαζάνης γέρνει επικίνδυνα προς τη νεοφιλελεύθερη ορθοδοξία που θεωρεί τους ιδιώτες επενδυτές ως την αποκλειστική θεραπεία και σωτηρία για την ανάκαμψη οποιασδήποτε εθνικής οικονομίας. Θα'πρεπε να ξέρει ότι το κεφάλαιο δεν έχει πατρίδα και ότι ούτε η εγχώρια επιχειρηματική μπουρζουαζία ενδιαφέρεται για τη σωτηρία της χώρας. Αποδείχθηκε άλλωστε ξεκάθαρα κατά την επταετία της μνημονιακής λαίλαπας.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι ο υφυπουργός υποδομών, μεταφορών και δικτύων επί κυβέρνησης Σαμαρά-Βενιζέλου, Μιχάλης Παπαδόπουλος, είχε δηλώσει δημόσια ότι “υπάρχουν κάποιοι θεσμικοί φορείς είτε Έλληνες είτε ξένοι, περνάνε από την τρόικα και τους λένε κάντε και αυτό. Μπήκε σε μια λογική η τρόικα για να εξυπηρετήσουν κάποια συγκεκριμένα συμφέροντα.”

Άρα, κύριε Λαφαζάνη, τα επιχειρηματικά συμφέροντα, είτε ξένα, είτε εγχώρια, βρίσκονται στην ίδια πλευρά και το μόνο που έχουν στο μυαλό τους είναι πως θα αρπάξουν μεγαλύτερη λεία. Ο μόνος ανταγωνισμός τους είναι για το ποιος θα αρπάξει τα πιο πολλά κατά την κούρσα για τη λεηλασία της χώρας και αυτό θα έπρεπε να το ξέρετε καλύτερα εσείς ως έμπειρο στέλεχος της Αριστεράς.

Είναι τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο να θεωρείτε ότι η επανεκκίνηση της οικονομίας θα έρθει από το εγχώριο επενδυτικό κεφάλαιο, ειδικά όταν υποστηρίζετε σταθερά την επιστροφή σε εθνικό νόμισμα. Και αυτό γιατί η επιστροφή σε εθνικό νόμισμα θα δώσει τη δυνατότητα γι'αυτό που πραγματικά χρειάζεται η χώρα: επανεκκίνηση της οικονομίας με κεντρικό μοχλό τις μεγάλες δημόσιες επενδύσεις και κατεύθυνση της ρευστότητας προς τον μικρομεσαίο κλάδο.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι το μεγάλο κραχ του 29 στις ΗΠΑ και η εξαθλίωση που επέφερε σε εκατομμύρια ανθρώπους, ήταν ουσιαστικά μια μεγάλη νίκη των μεγαλοτραπεζιτών και των κερδοσκόπων που έκαναν χρυσές δουλειές πάνω στο “πτώμα” της τότε μεσαίας τάξης και έτσι, η κυβέρνηση Ρούσβελτ αναγκάστηκε να στραφεί στο Κεϋνσιανό οικονομικό μοντέλο, όπου η οικονομία θα μπορούσε να επαναεκκινηθεί με κεντρικό μοχλό το κράτος. Ο Ρούσβελτ εφάρμοσε μια επιθετική πολιτική κρατικών επενδύσεων, προκειμένου να επανεκκινήσει την οικονομία και να καταπολεμήσει την ανεργία που είχε φτάσει σε εφιαλτικά επίπεδα μετά το μεγάλο κραχ του 29. Επιπλέον, δημιούργησε νέες υποδομές που ωφέλησαν με πολλούς τρόπους την Αμερικανική κοινωνία.

Άρα, με επιστροφή σε εθνικό νόμισμα και ταυτόχρονη διαγραφή χρέους, η Ελλάδα θα μπορέσει να εφαρμόσει ένα παρόμοιο σχέδιο. Απαραίτητες προϋποθέσεις είναι η πλήρης στήριξη του νέου εθνικού νομίσματος από την μεγάλη πλειοψηφία της Ελληνικής κοινωνίας και μια κεντρική τράπεζα υπό πλήρη δημόσιο έλεγχο.

Αντί όμως να μνημονεύσει το Νιου Ντιλ του Φράγκλιν Ρούσβελτ, ο Λαφαζάνης διολίσθησε στη νεοφιλελεύθερη λογική που θεωρεί το ιδιωτικό κεφάλαιο ως την 'ιερή αγελάδα' που δεν επιτρέπεται να αμφισβητήσει κανένας. Ακόμα και ο καθαρόαιμος νεοφιλελεύθερος αρχηγός της ΝΔ, Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, σε σχετικά πρόσφατη ομιλία του στην ΚΟ του κόμματος μνημόνευσε θετικά τον Ρούσβελτ και το Νιου Ντιλ!

Η μόνη δικαιολογία γι'αυτό το ατόπημα Λαφαζάνη, είναι να έχει γίνει καθαρά για λόγους τακτικής. Ίσως να θέλει να στείλει ένα μήνυμα καθησυχασμού στο εγχώριο κεφάλαιο προκειμένου η ΛΑΕ να μπορέσει να επιβιώσει από έναν άγριο πόλεμο και ένα νέο γύρο προπαγάνδας από την εγχώρια τραπεζομιντιακή δικτατορία, σε περίπτωση που καταφέρει να συμμετέχει στην επόμενη βουλή.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
