Fakenezuela news: Πώς να ρίξεις μιντιακά μια κυβέρνηση

Μέρος 5ο - ΗΠΑ: «Εκδημοκρατισμός», η συνέχιση του πολέμου με άλλα μέσα

Από το 1999 μέχρι σήμερα οι εκλεγμένες κυβερνήσεις της Βενεζουέλας αντιμετωπίζουν μονίμως την εχθρότητα του Λευκού Οίκου. Το πετρέλαιο τραβάει τις ΗΠΑ όπως το αίμα τον καρχαρία. Η εξαγωγή της δημοκρατίας σε κράτη που η Ουάσινγκτον και ευρωπαϊκά κράτη βάφτιζαν κακές «δικτατορίες» συνδυαζόταν πάντα με εκμετάλλευση των πλουτοπαραγωγικών πηγών από δυτικές εταιρείες. Ωστόσο, επειδή, όπως είπε ο βραβευμένος δημοσιογράφος John PilgerIt «οι ΗΠΑ εισβάλλουν σε ανυπεράσπιστες χώρες και η Βενεζουέλα δεν είναι ανυπεράσπιστη», η Ουάσινγκτον χρησιμοποιεί άλλα μέσα, πιο ραφιναρισμένα. «Βρήκαμε το νέο μας Ιράκ, είναι η Βενεζουέλα” έγραψε πρόσφατα στο tweet του ιδρυτής των Wiki leaks Τζούλιαν Ασάνζ.

Μετά το φιάσκο του 2002 η κυβέρνηση Μπους και οι διάδοχες κυβερνήσεις εφάρμοσαν το μότο του Paul Morand «τα σαλόνια και οι ακαδημίες ξεκάνουν περισσότερους επαναστάτες απ’ όσους οι φυλακές και τα κανόνια». Ο Roger F. Noriega, πρώην Αναπληρωτής Υπουργός Εξωτερικών για θέματα του δυτικού ημισφαιρίου των ΗΠΑ, μέσω τις οργάνωσης National Endowment for Democracy (NED), την οποία είχε ιδρύσει ο Ρόναναλντ Ρέηγκαν, χρηματοδοτούσε δραστηριότητες στη Βενεζουέλα δήθεν για την προώθηση των δημοκρατικών θεσμών. Και όταν αυτά τα χρήματα τα δίνει ο Λευκός Οίκος του Μπους και του Τραμπ σε μια κυρία που συμμετείχε σε πραξικόπημα γίνεται αντιληπτό πως αξιοποιούνται. Η Ουάσινγκτον και οι ακόλουθοί τους σε Λατινική Αμερική και Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση τονίζουν συνεχώς εδώ και χρόνια ότι στη Βενεζουέλα δεν λειτουργεί η δημοκρατία σωστά και οι εκλογές νοθεύονται, όπως για παράδειγμα στο πρόσφατο δημοψήφισμα. Είναι περίεργο. Ο Τζίμυ Κάρτερ έχει πει ότι η Βενεζουέλα ακολουθεί τις «καλύτερες δημοκρατικές διαδικασίες στον κόσμο».

Η συμμετοχή των ΗΠΑ στην δημιουργία «φιλειρηνικών» διαδηλώσεων και στην μετεξέλιξή τους σε μοχλό βίαιης πτώσης του Τσάβεζ του έχει αποκαλυφθεί και από τα έγγραφα που παρουσίασε το Κέντρο Οικονομικής και Πολιτικής Έρευνας (CERP) στις ΗΠΑ του Mark Weisbrot.

Η κυβέρνηση Ομπάμα συνέχισε την πολιτική Μπους κηρύσσοντας μάλιστα τη χώρα σε «κατάσταση εκτάκτου ανάγκης» λόγω της «ασυνήθιστης και έκτακτης απειλής για την εθνική ασφάλεια και την εξωτερική πολιτική των ΗΠΑ». Ήταν μάλιστα η πρώτη κυβέρνηση που το 2008, για χάρη της Βενεζουέλας, οι ΗΠΑ επανασύστησαν τον 4ο Αμερικανικό Στόλο αναγκάζοντας την κυβέρνηση Τσάβες να προβεί σε αγορές όπλων που κόστισαν πολλά δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ στους Βενεζουελάνους. Ο 4ος Στόλος είχε δημιουργηθεί στον Β’ ΠΠ για να προστατεύσει τις ακτές των ΗΠΑ από τον γερμανικό στόλο και απ’ ότι φαίνεται, για τον προοδευτικό Ομπάμα οι «Γερμανοί ξαναήρθανε». Μετά τον θάνατο του Τζάβεζ, ο Noriega πρότεινε μάλιστα και μια λίστα από ενέργειες που θα έπρεπε να κάνουν οι αμερικανοί διπλωμάτες ώστε να εκτοπίσουν την κυβέρνηση της Βενεζουέλας.

Το 2014 δια στόματος του ΥΠΕΞ John Kerry, η κυβέρνηση Μπάρακ Ομπάμα έλεγε «Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα θορυβημένοι από τις αναφορές σύμφωνα με τις οποίες η κυβέρνηση της Βενεζουέλας έχει συλλάβει ή έχει υπό κράτηση πληθώρα αντικυβερνητικών διαδηλωτών». Βέβαια, το ευρωπαϊκό κοινοβούλιο πήγαινε ακόμα πιο μακριά, καλώντας τον Δεκέμβριο του 2014 τις Αρχές της χώρας να αφοπλίσουν αμέσως τις ανεξέλεγκτες στρατιωτικές παρα-κυβερνητικές οργανώσεις και να βάλουν ένα τέλος στην ατιμωρησία.

Σήμερα, ο Πρόεδρος Τραμπ δηλώνει ξεκάθαρα την πρόθεσή του να εισβάλει στην Βενεζουέλα, προκαλώντας και την παρέμβαση του Νόαμ Τσόμσκι. Ο Διευθυντής της CIA, Mike Pompeo, είπε ότι η «Η Βενεζουέλα θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει έναν πολύ μεγάλο κίνδυνο για τις ΗΠΑ. Οι Κουβανοί, οι Ρώσοι, οι Ιρανοί και η Χεζμπολάχ είναι εκεί. Αυτό είναι κάτι που μπορεί να δημιουργήσει μεγάλους κινδύνους, και γι’ αυτό η Αμερική πρέπει να το πάρει στα σοβαρά». Παραδοσιακά οι διευθυντές της CIA αρέσκονταν σε θεωρίες συνομωσίας και ο δημοσιογράφος Adam Garrie το αποδεικνύει στην περίπτωση της Βενεζουέλας.

Το Ινστιτούτο Brookings και το Αμερικανικό Ινστιτούτο Επιχειρήσεων είναι δύο φορείς που προωθούν την υπόγεια παρεμβατική πολιτική των ΗΠΑ. Οι δυσχέρειες που αντιμετωπίζει ο Μαδούρο, σε μεγάλο βαθμό, ουσιαστικά τρέφονται από τους παραπάνω φορείς δημιουργώντας μια εικόνα που μαρκετάρεται ως αποτυχία του μοντέλου της Βενεζουέλας, όπως γράφει ο Tony Cartalucci. Δεν είναι καθόλου τυχαίο, όπως απέδειξε η Abby Martin, ότι οι διαδηλωτές που ελέγχονται από την χρηματοδοτούμενη από τις ΗΠΑ αντιπολίτευση, βάζουν στόχο τα σημεία στα οποία αποθηκεύονται τα τρόφιμα για την μετέπειτα διανομή τους.

Και εκεί έρχεται η αντιπολίτευση και η πλειονότητα των διεθνών ΜΜΕ να στηριχθούν και να διαφημίσουν την χρεωκοπία του συστήματος. «Είναι περίεργο» λέει ο δημοσιογράφος Caleb T. Maupin «ότι τα παραδοσιακά ΜΜΕ κατηγορούν το σοσιαλισμό για τα προβλήματα σίτισης στη Βενεζουέλα, ενώ η διανομή τροφίμων παραμένει στα χέρια των ιδιωτικών εταιρειών που σαμποτάρουν το σύστημα».

Οι ελλείψεις στην χώρα εντείνονται απ’ έξω. Η οικονομολόγος Pasqualina Curcio φέρνει για παράδειγμα την εταιρεία Big Pharma. Ο συγκεκριμένος κολοσσός είναι υπεύθυνος για την εισαγωγή και την διανομή του 50% των φαρμακευτικών ειδών στη Βενεζουέλα, ενώ εταιρείες όπως οι “Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Kimberly Clark και Johnson & Johnson” ελέγχουν την αγορά της χώρας στα είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής. Σε συνεργασία με τοπικούς διανομείς αυτές οι εταιρείες παρακρατούν τα προϊόντα τους.

Η διεθνής κοινότητα κάνει οτιδήποτε δυνατό για να χειροτερεύσει την κατάσταση στη χώρα. Ο ΟΗΕ και η Ε.Ε. απομονώνουν πολιτικά τη Βενεζουέλα και φυσικά τον λαό της πολιτικά και οι ΗΠΑ επιβάλλουν εξοντωτικές κυρώσεις στις εξαγωγές πετρελαίου της χώρας. Δεν είναι θέμα πολιτικών δικαιωμάτων και ελευθεριών αλλά ζήτημα εμπορικών συμφερόντων της Ε.Ε και των ΗΠΑ που θέλουν να γονατίσουν τον Μαδούρο. Είναι ένας απλός πολιτικός εκβιασμός: θα σας κάνουμε την ζωή πιο εύκολη αν αποδεχτείτε την δική μας επιλεκτική δημοκρατία. Η María Teresa Romero το αποτύπωσε ξεκάθαρα στο ακαδημαϊκό περιοδικό The Conversation.

«Ο Υπ. Εξ. των ΗΠΑ Rex Tillerson θα μπορούσε να δει πέρα από τον ριζοσπαστικό αριστερό λόγο του Μαδούρο και να τον αναγκάσει να ανταποκριθεί στις διεθνείς οικονομικές δεσμεύσεις της χώρας να αντιμετωπίσει ρεαλιστικά την κατάσταση, ιδιωτικοποιώντας τις κατασχεθείσες μη παραγωγικές βιομηχανίες, μειώνοντας την κρατική ιδιοκτησία επι του PDVSA κατά 60% σε όλα τα πετρελαϊκά έργα και τερματίζοντας τους ελέγχους των τιμών για την εγχώρια παραγωγή. Σε αυτό το σενάριο, οι ΗΠΑ και η Βενεζουέλα θα μπορούσαν ακόμη να καταλήξουν σε συμφωνία για την ανακούφιση της εγχώριας τροφής και της έλλειψης φαρμάκων».

Ο καθηγητής Ricardo Hausmann, ασκεί κριτική στην οικονομική πολιτική της Βολιβαριανής Δημοκρατίας προτείνοντας να επιτρέψει στους νόμους της αγοράς να λειτουργήσουν. Ωστόσο, μάλλον ξεχνάει ότι υπήρξε υπουργός των καταστρεπτικών κυβερνήσεων Πέρεζ τη δεκαετία του 1990… «those you cannot do, teach».

Βεβαίως και υπάρχει πρόβλημα στο σύστημα της Βενεζουέλας σήμερα. Αλλά ο εντοπισμός ενός προβλήματος δεν νομιμοποιεί να εμφανιστούν ως «λύτες» «γιατροί» που έχουν σκοτώσει στο παρελθόν αναρίθμητους ασθενείς. Ένας ορθολογιστής παρατηρητής θα καταλάβει ότι επαγγελματίες οργανωτές αιματηρών διαδηλώσεων απόφοιτοι του Χάρβαρντ που χρηματοδοτούνται από τους χειρότερους Αμερικανούς Προέδρους (Μπους, Τραμπ) δεν είναι η λύση στα προβλήματα μιας χώρας.

Οι Ευρωπαίοι την ίδια στιγμή φλερτάρουν τόσο πολύ με λόγους (discourse) περί ελευθερίας, αλλά στην ουσία συντελούν κάποιοι άλλοι μακριά τους να πλαγιάσουν με την τυραννία. Αυτοί που κόπτονται τόσο για την δημοκρατία στην Βενεζουέλα είναι εκείνοι που δοκίμασαν να φέρουν τη δημοκρατία, στο Ιράκ, το Αφγανιστάν, και τη Λιβύη με τα γνωστά αποτελέσματα. Και για όσους εξακολουθούν να θέλουν να πέσει αύριο το πρωί ο Μαδούρο μπορεί να τους συμπυκνώσει ο George Bernard Saw ότι τέτοιες «επαναστάσεις δεν ελαφραίνουν τον άνθρωπο από τις βαριές αλυσίδες της τυραννίας. Απλά τις περνάνε στο άλλο πόδι».
