Δύο χρόνια μετά τη δολοφονία του, ο Παύλος Φύσσας «ζει»

Ήταν 18 Σεπτέμβρη του 2013. Η είδηση που αρχικά κυκλοφόρησε ήταν ότι στο Κερατσίνι έγινε κάποια οπαδική συμπλοκή και υπάρχει ένας βαριά τραυματισμένος, ίσως και νεκρός. Κάποιοι προσπάθησαν εξαρχής να συγκαλύψουν αυτό που εχθές ο Νίκος Μιχαλολιάκος κυνικά ομολόγησε, ότι δηλαδή η Χρυσή Αυγή δολοφόνησε εν ψυχρώ τον Παύλο Φύσσα γιατί εκείνος ήταν αντιφασίστας.

Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει από εκείνη τη μαύρη νύχτα, κατά την οποία όχι μόνο ο 34χρονος Παύλος Φύσσας αλλά και η Δημοκρατία δέχτηκε μαχαιριά στην καρδιά της. Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει και η πλειοψηφία των συλληφθέντων χρυσαυγιτών που κατηγορούνται για σύσταση εγκληματικής οργάνωσης κυκλοφορούν ελεύθεροι, καθώς έχει παρέλθει το 18μηνο της προφυλάκισης. Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει και η δίκη της Χρυσής Αυγής βρίσκεται στην 16η συνεδρίαση έπειτα από μεθοδεύσεις των συνηγόρων της. Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει και οι γονείς του αδικοχαμένου Παύλου Φύσσα δεν έχουν καταφέρει να καταθέσουν, καταγγέλλοντας προεκλογική τους φίμωση, προκειμένου η νεοναζιστική οργάνωση να μην αιμορραγήσει στην κάλπη. Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει και οι δημοσκοπήσεις δείχνουν ότι η Χρυσή Αυγή θα είναι και πάλι τρίτη δύναμη στο ελληνικό κοινοβούλιο. Δύο χρόνια έχουν περάσει και το αντιφασιστικό κίνημα βρίσκεται στις επάλξεις, παρά τις απειλές και τις επιθέσεις που ποτέ δεν σταμάτησαν.

Το χρονικό μίας προαναγγελθείσας δολοφονίας

Τα τάγματα εφόδου της Χρυσής Αυγής ήταν παντού και δρούσαν ανενόχλητα από πολιτικές ηγεσίες και αστυνομία. Μετανάστες και «πολιτικοί αντιφρονούντες» βρισκόντουσαν στο στόχαστρο. Οι ειδήσεις ερχόντουσαν η μία μετά την άλλη. Λίγες μέρες πριν, είχε προηγηθεί η δολοφονική επίθεση σε βάρος συνδικαλιστών του ΠΑΜΕ που κατά τύχη δεν είχε νεκρούς. Όλα συνηγορούσαν στο ότι το κακό θα γινόταν και τελικά δεν άργησε. Η δολοφονία Φύσσα ήταν στα αλήθεια μία προαναγγελθείσα δολοφονία.

Η επίθεση που κατέληξε στη δολοφονία του Παύλου Φύσσα ήταν οργανωμένη. Το τάγμα εφόδου της Νίκαιας έλαβε εντολή να ξεκινήσει από τον τοπικό πυρήνα με μοτοσικλέτες και να κατευθυνθεί προς το Κερατσίνι. Οι 40 περίπου χρυσαυγίτες του τάγματος διατάχθηκαν να χτυπήσουν μία παρέα που θα έβγαινε από την καφετέρια Κοράλι. Με κοντάρια, ρόπαλα και σιδηρογροθιές εκτέλεσαν τις εντολές που είχαν λάβει. Κατά τη διάρκεια της συμπλοκής ένα ασημί αυτοκίνητο ερχόμενο από την αντίθετη λωρίδα κυκλοφορίας σταμάτησε στο σημείο. Ο Γιώργος Ρουπακιάς κατέβηκε από αυτό και πήγε και μαχαίρωσε 3 φορές τον γνωστό για την αντιφασιστική του δράση στην περιοχή Παύλο Φύσσα. Τον Παύλο σύμφωνα με μαρτυρίες τον είχαν ακινητοποιήσει άλλοι χρυσαυγίτες. Ξεψύχισε στα χέρια της κοπέλας του, αφού πρώτα υπέδειξε τον δολοφόνο του.

Η κυνική ομολογία

Εχθές, παραμονή της μαύρης επετείου της δολοφονίας Φύσσα ο «φύρερ» της νεοναζιστικής οργάνωσης ομολόγησε. «Την πολιτική ευθύνη για τη δολοφονία στο Κερατσίνι την αναλαμβάνουμε, αλλά ποινική ευθύνη δεν υπάρχει», είπε μιλώντας σε ραδιοφωνική εκπομπή προκαλώντας την οργή. «Αν υπήρχε, γιατί δεν υπήρξε ποτέ για τη δολοφονία Τεμπονέρα ή τη δολοφονία Λαμπράκη;», είπε μάλιστα ο αρχηγός του ναζιστικού κόμματος όταν ρωτήθηκε σχετικά από τον δημοσιογράφο Νίκο Χατζηνικολάου.

Στη συνέχεια μετέφερε την ευθύνη αποκλειστικά στον Γιώργο Ρουπακιά λέγοντας: «Είναι δυνατόν ένα ολόκληρο κόμμα να κατηγορείται γιατί ένας οπαδός, ένας φίλος του κόμματος προέβη σε μια καταδικαστέα πράξη;». Όσο για τις κατηγορίες περί εγκληματικής οργάνωσης τις χαρακτήρισε νεφελώδεις.

Με τη δικαιοσύνη να καλείται να αποδείξει ότι είναι «τυφλή Δικαιοσύνη» και όχι «Δικαιοσύνη τυφλή», αυτό που μένει είναι να ξεκινήσει ουσιαστικά τη δίκη και να αποφανθεί για το δίκαιο.

Ο Παύλος «ζει», να σβήσουν οι ναζί

Στο μεταξύ το αντιφασιστικό κίνημα παραμένει στις επάλξεις υπενθυμίζοντας ότι ο φασισμός δεν θα πεθάνει μόνος αλλά από εμάς τους ίδιους. Όχι όμως όπως πέθανε ο Παύλος, αλλά ειρηνικά και δημοκρατικά.

Σήμερα, δύο χρόνια μετά τη δολοφονία, σε πολλές περιοχές της χώρας πραγματοποιήθηκαν συγκεντρώσεις για τη μαύρη επέτειο, ενώ, στην Αθήνα, εργατικά συνδικάτα, σωματεία, συλλογικότητες, αντιφαστιστικές οργανώσεις και κόμματα της Αριστεράς συγκεντρώθηκαν στο σημείο της δολοφονίας του Killah-P ― όπως ήταν το μουσικό ψευδώνυμο του Παύλου Φύσσα ― για να δηλώσουν ότι «δεν ξεχνάμε». Κατά τη διάρκεια της πορείας σημειώθηκαν στο Κερατσίνι σημειώθηκαν μικρής έντασης επεισόδια ενώ έγιναν και προσάγωγές. Επεισόδια σημειώθηκαν και στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Τα ΜΑΤ έκαναν χρήση χημικών και χειροβομβίδων κρότου λάμψης όταν διαδηλωτές πέταξαν αντικείμενα προς τους αστυνομικούς. Ένταση και στα Χανιά όταν η πορεία πέρασε μπροστά από τα γραφεία της Χρυσής Αυγής.
