O δικτάτορας της ΕΧΔ απειλεί και πάλι

Νέες απειλές εξαπέλυσε ο επικεφαλής της Ευρωπαϊκής Χρηματοπιστωτικής Δικτατορίας, Μάριο Ντράγκι. Από το newsbomb.gr:

Μαστίγιο και καρότο από τον Μάριο Ντράγκι που ναι μεν έβαλε σε κάψουλα ασφαλείας τις καταθέσεις, ωστόσο μάζεψε τις προσδοκίες για επανένταξη των ελληνικών τραπεζών στην κανονικότητα... της ΕΚΤ, φρενάροντας και την είσοδο της Ελλάδας στο πρόγραμμα εκτύπωσης χρήματος, επαναφέροντας τη σημαντικότητα των προϋποθέσεων - κυρίως στέλνοντας μήνυμα στο κυβερνητικό σχήμα που θα προκύψει από την επικείμενη κάλπη...

Όπως είπε χαρακτηριστικά ο επικεφαλής της ΕΚΤ προκειμένου η ΕΚΤ να άρει τον περιορισμό που έχει θέσει στην επιλεξιμότητα των ελληνικών ομολόγων, επιτρέποντας έτσι και πάλι στις ελληνικές τράπεζες να αντλούν ρευστότητα από τους μηχανισμούς της ΕΚΤ και όχι από τον ELA, "η Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να επιδείξει συνεπή και αξιοσημείωτη πρόοδο στην εφαρμογή του νέου προγράμματος που έχει συμφωνηθεί. Να αποδείξει ότι κατέχει την κυριότητα του προγράμματος."

Σύμφωνα με τον Μάριο Ντράγκι για να μπορέσει η Ελλάδα να ωφεληθεί από το Πρόγραμμα θα πρέπει επίσης να μην βρίσκεται εν εξελίξει έλεγχος των θεσμών επί του προγράμματος και να τηρούνται τα όρια για κάθε εκδότη ομολόγων.

Ακριβώς όπως είχαμε προβλέψει, ήδη από το 2012:

Η επίσημη διακήρυξη της ηγεμονίας της Ευρωπαϊκής τραπεζοκρατίας, με την σφραγίδα Ντράγκι, είναι γεγονός. Η Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα γίνεται ο απόλυτος κυρίαρχος, με την απεριόριστη αγορά κρατικών ομολόγων στην ευρωζώνη και οι τραπεζίτες της Φρανκφούρτης ετοιμάζονται για το μεγαλύτερο πάρτι τους. Όπως ήταν φυσικό, τα τραπεζοκρατούμενα ΜΜΕ, έσπευσαν - για άλλη μια φορά - να θριαμβολογήσουν.

Στην ουσία, η απόφαση σημαίνει ότι η Ευρώπη προχωράει σε μια εσπευσμένη, εκβιαστική ομοσπονδιοποίηση, με όρους που υπηρετούν αποκλειστικά τον καταστροφικό νεοφιλελευθερισμό. Η ΕΚΤ μετατρέπεται σε μια ανάλογη Ευρωπαϊκή Fed, που σημαίνει ότι θα έχει τον απόλυτο έλεγχο της ροής χρήματος σε όλα τα κράτη της ευρωζώνης.

Κατ’αντιστοιχία, η ΕΚΤ μετατρέπεται σε μια ανάλογη Fed επί Ευρωπαϊκού εδάφους, καθώς, θα «εξυπηρετεί» τις προβληματικές οικονομίες που είναι αποκλεισμένες από τις αγορές ομολόγων, με το τύπωμα νέου χρήματος. Έτσι οι προβληματικές οικονομίες θα φορτώνονται με όλο και μεγαλύτερο χρέος το οποίο θα περνάει στα χέρια της ΕΚΤ, δηλαδή των μεγαλύτερων ιδιωτικών Ευρωπαϊκών τραπεζών που την ελέγχουν.

Θα μπορούσε κάποιος να πει ότι αυτό δεν έχει και πολύ μεγάλη σημασία, αφού και πριν, τα κράτη ήταν χρεωμένα στις τράπεζες μέσω του υπέρογκου δανεισμού τους από τις αγορές. Όμως στην περίπτωση αυτή υπάρχει μια σημαντική διαφορά που κάνει τα πράγματα πολύ χειρότερα: είναι οι ανελέητοι όροι που επιβάλει η ΕΚΤ προς τα κράτη που θέλουν να αγοράσουν χρήμα. Τα κράτη που είναι αποκλεισμένα από τις αγορές, εγκλωβίζονται τώρα μέσα στην νεοφιλελεύθερη οικονομική αυτοκρατορία της ευρωζώνης και θα αναγκάζονται κάθε φορά να ακολουθούν νέα σκληρά μέτρα λιτότητας προκειμένου η ΕΚΤ να αγοράζει τα ομόλογά τους.
