CIA: Πώς να κάνετε σαμποτάζ σε επιχειρήσεις

«Δημιουργήστε επιτροπές για περαιτέρω εξέταση των θεμάτων, αναδείξτε άσχετα θέματα στην ατζέντα, να είστε τυπολάτρες, κωλυσιεργήστε, λειτουργήστε ανόητα και κάντε συνεχείς συσκέψεις σε κρίσιμες περιόδους, διαρρεύστε φήμες σε βάρος της εταιρείας». Οι παραπάνω είναι μερικές από τις οδηγίες της CIA προς σαμποτέρ, όπως αυτές καταγράφονται σε απόρρητο έγγραφο με τίτλο «Απλό εγχειρίδιο για σαμποτάζ: Στρατηγικές Υπηρεσίες», το οποίο αποχαρακτηρίστηκε και δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα.

Στόχος η μείωση της παραγωγικότητας των εταιρειών του εχθρού, ωστόσο, όπως παρατηρεί ο Independent, που δημοσιεύει το σχετικό έγγραφο, οι οδηγίες δολιοφθοράς θυμίζουν πολύ κινήσεις που συναντώνται και σήμερα σε πολλές υπηρεσίες.

Το έγγραφο της CIA είχε συνταχθεί ως απόρρητο το 1944 και αφορούσε σαμποτέρ σε σημαντικές επιχειρήσεις του Άξονα κατά τη διάρκεια του πολέμου. Πρόκειται για οδηγίες προς τους κατασκόπους των μυστικών υπηρεσιών των ΗΠΑ ώστε να πλήξουν, χωρίς να εκτεθούν, την παραγωγικότητα των επιχειρήσεων, όπου εργάζονταν.

Όπως αναφέρεται είναι «απλές πράξεις που μπορεί να κάνει ο απλός μεμονωμένος πολίτης - σαμποτέρ», με τις οποίες θα μπορούσε να προκαλέσει ζημιές σε χώρες και εταιρείες, χρησιμοποιώντας απλά μέσα και «με τρόπο που να συνεπάγεται έναν ελάχιστο κίνδυνο τραυματισμού, εντοπισμού και αντιποίνων».

Αναλυτικά οι οδηγίες που αναφέρονται στο έγγραφο:

Όταν είναι δυνατό, να παραπέμπετε όλα τα θέματα σε επιτροπές για «περαιτέρω μελέτη και εξέταση». Προσπάθεια να είναι οι επιτροπές όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερες - ποτέ λιγότερες από πέντε.

Να αναδεικνύετε στην ατζέντα άσχετα θέματα, όσο το δυνατόν συχνότερα.

Να παρανοείτε τις εντολές. Κάντε συνέχεια ερωτήσεις, εμπλακείτε σε εκτενή αλληλογραφία σχετικά με αυτές. Εκφράστε τις διαφωνίες σας όταν σας δίνετε η δυνατότητα.

Να διαπραγματεύεστε για την ακριβή διατύπωση των ανακοινώσεων και των αποφάσεων.

Συμπεριφερθείτε παράλογα και να ζητάτε από τους συναδέλφους σας να είναι επίσης παράλογοι και να αποφεύγουν την επιτάχυνση των διαδικασιών υποστηρίζοντας πως αυτή η στάση θα μπορούσε τους φέρει σε δύσκολη θέση αργότερα.

Μην ανανεώνετε τον εξοπλισμό ή τις πρώτες ύλες για την εταιρία μέχρι τα τρέχοντα αποθέματα να εξαντληθούν, ώστε και η παραμικρή καθυστέρηση στην ικανοποίηση της παραγγελίας να προκαλεί προβλήματα στη λειτουργία της εταιρείας.

Ρίξτε το ηθικό των εργαζομένων και μαζί με αυτό την παραγωγικότητά τους. Να είστε ευχάριστοι με τους μη αποδοτικούς εργαζόμενους και να τους δίνετε προαγωγές που δεν το αξίζουν. Η άδικη μεταχείριση σε βάρος των αποδοτικών εργαζομένων, θα προκαλέσει τα παράπονά τους, δημιουργώντας προβλήματα.

Να συμπληρώνετε με δυσανάγνωστο τρόπο τις αιτήσεις, ώστε να πρέπει να συμπληρωθούν και πάλι, να κάνετε λάθη ή να παραλείπετε να συμπληρώνετε τις πληροφορίες που ζητούνται σε αιτήσεις.

Διαρρεύστε κακές φήμες σε βάρος της εταιρείας.
