Από τη γένεση του ήταν το ΜΕΓΚΑθήριο του συστήματος που ηγεμόνευσε σχεδόν για τρεις δεκαετίες…

Με γεννήτορες τους πέντε κορυφαίους εκδότες, αποτέλεσε εκ θεμελίων την πρώτη ολοκληρωμένη εκδοχή της υπερσυγκεντρωτικής εξουσίας με τρόπο καθολικό…

Εξουσίαζε απολύτως την πολιτική τάξη, «γέννησε» και επέβαλε πολιτικούς, διαπαιδαγώγησε την κοινή γνώμη, διαμόρφωσε την κοινωνική κουλτούρα, καλλιέργησε την αισθητική του μέσου όρου και χειραγώγησε για χρόνια το φρόνημα, με επίφαση έναν συμβατικό πλουραλισμό, ασύμβατο και ανέπαφο στην πραγματικότητα με το αληθινό γίγνεσθαι…

Αυτή η ακραία μορφή διαπλοκής, που στα χρόνια του Σημιτισμού θεσμοθετήθηκε ξετσίπωτα, για να σαρώσει όλο το δημόσιο χρήμα μετέτρεψε το πολίτευμα σε Τηλεοπτική Απολυταρχία και τους πολίτες σε καταναλωτές πληροφορίας και υποτακτικούς του προτύπου της …

Το ΜΕΓΚΑ δεν είναι απλώς ο καθρέφτης του συστήματος, είναι το ίδιο το σύστημα αυτοπροσώπως…

Ένα σύστημα διεφθαρμένο μέχρι το κόκκαλο, ασύδοτο μέχρις εσχάτων και αντιλαϊκό μέχρι θανάτου, χωρίς καμία αίσθηση εθνικού συμφέροντος και ηθικής…

Επηρμένο, αχόρταγο και εμμονικό, συμπεριφέρεται ακόμη σαν φεουδάρχης που αδυνατεί να διανοηθεί ότι οι υποτακτικοί χειραφετούνται ή ότι μια πολιτική δύναμη αντιτίθεται στην παντοκρατορία του…

Μια ντε φακτο εξουσία που εκφύλισε τη μεταπολιτευτική πορεία της χώρας μέχρι που άρχισε να διεμβολίζεται από τα ίδια της τα επίχειρα …

Η διαπλοκή έδωσε πόνο στην κοινωνία όχι μόνο στο πεδίο της ηθικής, αλλά στην ίδια της την ύπαρξη… Ο μεγάλος ιδιωτικός πλούτος τα τελευταία χρόνια στηρίχθηκε σχεδόν εξ’ ολοκλήρου στο δημόσιο χρήμα με αποτέλεσμα αυτή η κρατικοδίαιτη αλητεία να στερήσει από την ελληνική κοινωνία σημαντικούς πόρους και να οδηγήσει τελικώς τη χώρα στη χρεοκοπία…

Γι αυτό και ο κόσμος μισεί πλέον το σύστημα με την ίδια ακρότητα που το σύστημα και η τηλεοπτική του έκφανση μίσησε τον λαό…

Το ΜΕΓΚΑθήριο και οι θηριοδαμαστές του…

Έτσι πάνε αυτά, διαδραστικά και με αμοιβαιότητες ή αλλιώς ό,τι δίνεις παίρνεις…

Το έργο που παρακολουθούμε τώρα μοιάζει σαν σκηνές από ταινία προσεχώς. Εάν η κυβέρνηση δεν προσέξει τις συντεταγμένες του νέου σκηνικού που θα διαμορφώσει τη μετα-διαπλοκή εποχή, είναι πολύ πιθανό να το ξαναδούμε σ' ένα ριμέικ που δεν θα αρέσει σε κανέναν…

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on. Her piece is an incomplete depiction of what is happening on the ground, ignoring many salient facts that have come to light and which have been outdated by recent events.
