Δίκη 18 ΜΑΤατζήδων: Οι αστυνομικοί χτυπούσαν ακόμα και τραυματιοφορείς

Συνεχίστηκε σήμερα στην αίθουσα 3 του κτηρίου 13 των Δικαστηρίων της οδού Ευελπίδων η δίκη των 18 ΜΑΤατζήδων που κατηγορούνται για τις ωμότητες και τις δολοφονικές επιθέσεις εναντίον διαδηλωτών το διήμερο 28-29 Ιουνίου 2011. Και σήμερα, ήταν εμφανής η προσπάθεια του δικαστηρίου να «θαφτεί» η υπόθεση.

Κατά τη σημερινή διαδικασία, ο τέως πρόεδρος της ΠΟΕ-ΟΤΑ Θέμης Μπαλασόπουλος ολοκλήρωσε την κατάθεσή του, ενώ ο αμέσως επόμενος μάρτυρας κατηγορίας, προερχόμενος από τους δήμους και μέλος του ΓΣ της ΑΔΕΔΥ Δημήτρης Τσιχλάκης αναγνώρισε κι αυτός τον τότε επικεφαλής των ΜΑΤ στο Χίλτον, Σπύρο Τζίρο, που έδωσε την εντολή να επιτεθούν στο μπλοκ των εργαζομένων που βρίσκονταν εκεί, με τη φράση «γαμήστε τους».

Επιπλέον, πιστοποίησε από φωτογραφία που του επιδείχθηκε πως ο παρακάτω αστυνομικός ήταν αυτός που χτυπούσε με μανία τον τότε αντιπρόεδρο της ΠΟΕ-ΟΤΑ και νυν γραμματέα του ΜΕΤΑ Γιώργο Χαρίση.

Η εισαγγελέας της έδρας, αντί να ζητήσει την προσαγωγή του αστυνομικού στο δικαστήριο, μιας και τα χαρακτηριστικά του είναι εμφανή, το μόνο που ρώτησε το μάρτυρα κατηγορίας ήταν εάν χτυπούσε το γραμματέα του ΜΕΤΑ με σηκωμένο το προστατευτικό του κράνους!!!

Ακολούθησε η κατάθεση της Χρυσούλας Πιπερή, νυν συνταξιούχος υπάλληλος ΟΤΑ, που περιέγραψε τα γεγονότα την ημέρα εκείνη στο σημείο του Χίλτον, με την υπεράσπιση των κατηγορουμένων να προσπαθεί να την «ακυρώσει». Της επιδείχθηκε… μαυρόασπρη φωτογραφία για να πιστοποιήσει εάν οι αστυνομικοί που βρίσκονταν εκείνη την ημέρα εκεί φορούσαν μπλε ή χακί στολή.

Επιπλέον, ο νεότερος εκ των συνηγόρων υπεράσπισης, όταν ρώτησε τη μάρτυρα εάν αισθανόταν ασφαλής στο σημείο που αποτραβήχθηκε για να γλυτώσει τη βία των αστυνομικών κι εκείνη απάντησε όχι, τότε της είπε: «Εάν δεν αισθάνεσθε ασφαλής στις διαδηλώσεις, τότε να μην πηγαίνετε».

Τη σκυτάλη των μαρτύρων κατηγορίας, πήρε ο Μάριος Λιόλιος, που χτυπήθηκε άγρια από τις αστυνομικές δυνάμεις, και μάλιστα με γυρισμένο το κλομπ στο πίσω μέρος του κεφαλιού, στη συμβολή των οδών Σταδίου και Ομήρου. Όπως είπε, ήταν εμφανής η διάθεση των αστυνομικών δυνάμεων να τρομοκρατήσουν με ωμή βία τους διαδηλωτές και να τους διαλύσουν.

Μάλιστα, για να επικυρώσει τα όσα είπε, αποκάλυψε πως υπάρχει φωτογραφία που δείχνει τη διάθεση και τη βία των αστυνομικών, φωτογραφία που δείχνουν τα ΜΑΤ να χτυπούν ακόμα και τραυματιοφορείς και η οποία επιδείχθηκε στο δικαστήριο. Η δίκη συνεχίζεται…
