Κυβέρνηση Φρανκενστάιν

Με το που έσκασαν οι πρώτες δημοσκοπήσεις, τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ έσπευσαν να αναδείξουν νικητές των εκλογών τη ΝΔ και τον Μεϊμαράκη. «Θρίλερ», «ντέρμπι», «αναμέτρηση από το μηδέν», «ο Βαγγέλης έφερε το παιχνίδι στα ίσια και τώρα ετοιμάζεται να το γυρίσει». Που να μην ήτανε και δεύτερη η ΝΔ σε όλες, και τις οκτώ, δημοσκοπήσεις του Σαββατοκύριακου, που να μην έχανε με 2,5 μονάδες, κατά μέσο όρο, που να μην είχε εναντίον της όλα τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά. Το ΒΗΜΑ είχε δημοσκόπηση που έδειχνε τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ να προηγείται με 3,1% της ΝΔ, με στοιχεία που προεξοφλούσαν ότι η διαφορά θα διευρυνθεί και από πάνω έγραφε «Ανοιχτή αναμέτρηση, εκλογές θρίλερ!».

Διαβάζεις, βλέπεις, ακούς και νομίζεις ότι η ΝΔ προέκυψε από παρθενογένεση, ο Βαγγέλης ο Μεϊμαράκης βγήκε μέσα από τον κρίνο, πιο λευκός κι από την πάλλευκη περιστερά που πέταξε πάνω από την κεφαλή του Ιησού στον Ιορδάνη. Λες και δεν κυβέρνησε η ΝΔ επί τρία συναπτά έτη, από την εποχή του Παπαδήμου, μέχρι την εποχή του Σαμαρά, λες και δεν εφάρμοσε τα επαχθέστατα μέτρα των μνημονίων, λες και δεν έστησε το παρακράτος των μπαλτάκων και των μουρούτηδων. Λες και δεν τιμωρήθηκε για όλα τούτα πριν από επτά μήνες με μια βαριά- στρατηγική ήττα. Μιλούν τα ΜΜΕ για τη ΝΔ λες και δεν ψήφισε το πρόσφατο, το τρίτο Μνημόνιο. Εν προκειμένω το πράγμα έχει πολύ πλάκα. Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ κατέστρεψε τη χώρα φέρνοντας το τρίτο Μνημόνιο και η ΝΔ έσωσε τη χώρα ψηφίζοντας το τρίτο Μνημόνιο. Ο Τσίπρας είναι κωλοτούμπας και ο Μείμαράκης εθνικός ευεργέτης. Τα μεν ήδεα καλά, τα δε συμφέροντα δίκαια.

Δεν την αγάπησαν ξαφνικά τα ΜΜΕ την Δεξιά, δεν είδαν τον έλληνα Ντε Γκωλ στο πρόσωπο του Μεϊμαράκη. Για πεθαμένη την είχαν τη Δεξιά και εξεπλάγησαν θετικά από την απρόσμενη νεκρανάστασή της, που οφείλεται σχεδόν αποκλειστικά στις μεγάλες δυσκολίες του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Σαν σανίδα σωτηρίας είδε το σύστημα τη νεκρανάσταση της ΝΔ και έσπευσε να αρπαχτεί από πάνω της με δύναμη και πάθος. Το ιδανικό θα ήταν να κερδίσει τις εκλογές ο Μεϊμαράκης και να φτιάξει κυβέρνηση με το ΠΟΤΑΜΙ και το ΠΑΣΟΚ, σαμπάνιες θα άνοιγαν, αν μπορούσε να συμβεί αυτό το θαύμα. Θαύματα, όμως, δεν γίνονται, γι' αυτό και έχουν καβάτζα το δεύτερο σχέδιο, τον μεγάλο συνασπισμό.

Ο μεγάλος συνασπισμός είναι η βασική επιδίωξη του συστήματος, η συγκυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΝΔ-ΠΟΤΑΜΙ-ΠΑΣΟΚ, χωρίς τον Τσίπρα πρωθυπουργό. Αυτός είναι ο στόχος. Να κοπεί κατά το δυνατό η εκλογική δύναμη του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, να ψαλιδιστεί η διαφορά με τη ΝΔ και μετά να βγούνε όλοι με ένα στόμα και να πουν, ιδού, λοιπόν, ο λαός έδειξε το δρόμο, πάμε όλοι μαζί να σώσουμε την πατρίδα. Κυβέρνηση μεγάλου συνασπισμού, κυβέρνηση Φρανκενστάιν με ράμματα και βίδες. Το τέρας που θα κάνει μία και μόνη δουλειά: την κατά γράμμα εφαρμογή του Μνημονίου.

Το τέρας θα κάνει τη δουλειά και το σύστημα θα κάνει τις δουλίτσες του.

    Και η νεολαία στις καφετέριες να βγάζει selfies με τα κινητά, τα τατουάζ, καρφιτσωμένοι, παραμανιαζμένοι, βιδωμένοι στα φρύδια και καρφωμένοι στα μάγουλα και στις γλώσσες, αντί να βουτήξουν τα στηλιάρια και να τους τσακίσουν υπερασπιζόμενοι το μέλλον τους.
    Αυτά βλέπει το σύστημα και κάνει ότι θέλει, αφού κανείς δεν αντιστέκεται πλέον .

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on.
