Υπουργικό συμβούλιο παρακράτους στήνει ο Τραμπ

Ένα ακροδεξιό κυβερνητικό σχήμα με ρίζες στο βαθύ κράτος του αμερικανικού στρατού και των μυστικών υπηρεσιών προετοιμάζει ο νεοεκλεγείς πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ.

Η επιλογή που δείχνει ξεκάθαρα τον προσανατολισμό του Ντόναλντ Τραμπ είναι ο Στέφεν Μπάνον, πρώην επικεφαλής της ακροδεξιάς σελίδας Μπρέιτμπαρτ, που συνδέεται με φασιστικές και ρατσιστικές ομάδες. Ο Μπάνον αναλαμβάνει το στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό του Λευκού Οίκου.

Παρόλα αυτά, οι υπόλοιπες επιλογές, που έχουν ανακοινωθεί μέχρι σήμερα, δείχνουν ότι ο Τραμπ δεν έχει ανάγκη να στηριχθεί σε «αουτσάιντερ» και θα αντλήσει τα ακροδεξιά στελέχη της κυβέρνησής του από το πολιτικό και στρατιωτικό κατεστημένο – ανθρώπους δηλαδή τους οποίους ανέχτηκαν ή ενίσχυσαν προηγούμενες προεδρίες.

Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα ο αντιδραστικός γερουσιαστής Τζεφ Σέσιονς από την Αλαμπάμα (άλλοτε αγαπημένο παιδί του Ρόναλντ Ρίγκαν), ο οποίος θα αναλάβει το υπουργείο Δικαιοσύνης και, μαζί με αυτό, τον έλεγχο του FBI. Να υπενθυμίσουμε ότι το Ομοσπονδιακό Γραφείο Ερευνών πιστεύεται ότι χάρισε στον Τραμπ κρίσιμους πόντους λίγα 24ωρα πριν από τις εκλογές, όταν ο διευθυντής του άνοιξε και πάλι την υπόθεση με το ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο της Χίλαρι Κλίντον, παραβιάζοντας την προεκλογική ουδετερότητα του FBI. Είναι, δηλαδή, προφανές ότι ο ρεπουμπλικάνος υποψήφιος διέθετε ήδη ισχυρά στηρίγματα μέσα στους μηχανισμούς ασφαλείας του αμερικανικού κράτους.

Στο ίδιο μήκος κύματος κινείται και ο στρατηγός εν αποστρατεία Μάικλ Φλιν, ο οποίος θα είναι ο επόμενος σύμβουλος εθνικής ασφάλειας των ΗΠΑ – δηλαδή ο βασικός συντονιστής της εξωτερικής και στρατιωτικής πολιτικής των ΗΠΑ σε ολόκληρο τον πλανήτη. Ο Φλιν, ο οποίος υπηρέτησε για χρόνια ως επικεφαλής μυστικών υπηρεσιών του Πενταγώνου, ήταν η «ψυχή» του προγράμματος δολοφονιών που πραγματοποιούσαν οι ειδικές δυνάμεις του αμερικανικού στρατού στο Ιράκ και το Αφγανιστάν επί προεδρίας Μπους και Ομπάμα. Παρά το γεγονός ότι ο Φλιν προέρχεται πολιτικά από τις τάξεις των δημοκρατικών, η διακυβέρνηση Ομπάμα τον απομάκρυνε το 2014 από τα καθήκοντά του, λόγω της εμμονής του να παρουσιάζει τον πόλεμο με την Αλ Κάιντα και τον ISIS όχι σαν μάχη με την τρομοκρατία αλλά σαν πόλεμο εναντίον των μουσουλμάνων.

Για να μην αφήσει κενά στον έλεγχο του κρατικού μηχανισμού, ο Τραμπ ανακοίνωσε πολύ νωρίς και τον νέο διευθυντή της CIA, Μάικ Πομπέο, ο οποίος συνδέεται στενά με την οικογένεια των ακροδεξιών δισεκατομμυριούχων Κοτς. Ο Πομπέο ήταν από τους βασικούς εκφραστές της άποψης ότι η συμφωνία του Ομπάμα με το Ιράν αποτελεί προδοσία για τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, ενώ στήριξε από την πρώτη στιγμή το γιγαντιαίο πρόγραμμα παρακολουθήσεων της NSA, όταν αυτό αποκαλύφθηκε από τον Σνόουντεν.

Η μεγαλύτερη «έκπληξη», βέβαια, μέχρι στιγμής δεν είναι ο χαρακτήρας που σκοπεύει να δώσει στη νέα κυβέρνηση ο Τραμπ, αλλά η ταχύτητα με την οποία το πολιτικό και μιντιακό κατεστημένο σταμάτησε να τον παρουσιάζει σαν «υπαρξιακή» απειλή για τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες. Το νέο σύνθημα των μέχρι πρότινος πολιτικών του αντιπάλων είναι ότι οφείλουμε να δώσουμε μια ευκαιρία στον νέο πρόεδρο να κυβερνήσει. Η εφημερίδα Νιου Γιορκ Τάιμς έφτασε στο σημείο να ζητήσει συγγνώμη για την κάλυψη της προεκλογικής εκστρατείας του υποψηφίου των ρεπουμπλικάνων, ενώ Κλίντον, Ομπάμα και ο αντιπρόεδρος Τζο Μπάιντεν δηλώνουν με κάθε ευκαιρία ότι θα κάνουν ό,τι περνά από το χέρι τους, ώστε ο Τραμπ να έχει μια επιτυχημένη προεδρία.

Καθώς ο νέος πρόεδρος εμφανίζεται έτοιμος να σεβαστεί τους κανόνες που έχει θέσει η Γουόλ Στριτ στους προκατόχους του, ενώ είναι βέβαιο ότι θα δεχθεί να κλιμακώσει την οικονομική και γεωστρατηγική αντιπαράθεση με την Κίνα, που αποτελεί βασικό αίτημα της αμερικανικής οικονομικής ελίτ, δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να καθιστά τον Τραμπ έναν απρόβλεπτο παίκτη, όπως παρουσιαζόταν μέχρι σήμερα.

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι ο Τραμπ έχει ήδη υποσχεθεί να κηρύξει εμπορικό πόλεμο στην Κίνα, επιβάλλοντας δασμούς της τάξης του 45%, με στόχο να αναγκάσει τη νέα οικονομική υπερδύναμη να αναπροσαρμόσει τη νομισματική της πολιτική – απόφαση που ταιριάζει απόλυτα με την ενίσχυση των στρατιωτικών δυνάμεων στην ανατολική Ασία, που πραγματοποιούσε εδώ και χρόνια ο Μπαράκ Ομπάμα.

Την ίδια ώρα η εθνικιστική πολιτική του νέου προέδρου αποτελεί δώρο εξ ουρανού για το πολιτικό και οικονομικό κατεστημένο, καθώς μπορεί να κατευθύνει την τεράστια ταξική οργή που καταγράφηκε στις εκλογές, σε μια αντιδραστική και εν τέλει ελεγχόμενη κατεύθυνση, που δεν θα απειλεί το σύστημα αλλά θα ενεργοποιεί κοινωνικούς αυτοματισμούς.

Οι μέχρι στιγμής επιλογές του Τραμπ αποδεικνύουν, σε γενικές γραμμές, ότι ο νέος πρόεδρος θα χρησιμοποιήσει τον κρατικό μηχανισμό, όπως αυτός διαμορφώθηκε μετά την 11η Σεπτεμβρίου από τον Τζορτζ Μπους και τον Μπαράκ Ομπάμα κλιμακώνοντας όμως τις δράσεις του. Ο Τραμπ δεν αλλάζει δηλαδή όχημα. Απλώς ανεβάζει ταχύτητα.

Ο συνδυασμός βέβαια του πανίσχυρου κράτους-δεσμοφύλακα, που παρέλαβε από τους προκατόχους του, με τα φασιστικά χαρακτηριστικά που επέδειξε στην προεκλογική του εκστρατεία και τη δεξιά ριζοσπαστικοποίηση μεγάλου μέρους του πληθυσμού συνθέτουν ένα εξαιρετικά επικίνδυνο σκηνικό για την επόμενη ημέρα στις ΗΠΑ. Ο Τραμπ όμως δεν είναι ο Φρανκενστάιν, όπως εσφαλμένα υποστηρίζουν ορισμένοι. Είναι το τέρας που δημιούργησε ένας Φρανκενστάιν, που ζούσε εδώ και χρόνια στους διαδρόμους της Ουάσιγκτον και την Γουόλ Στριτ.
