Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν η αστυνομία έστειλε στην εντατική τον φωτορεπόρτερ Μάριο Λώλο και τον δημοσιογράφο Μανώλη Κυπραίο. Αλλά δεν σε θυμάμαι εκεί.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν συνέλαβαν τον Κώστα Βαξεβάνη γιατί αποκάλυψε τη λίστα Λαγκάρντ. Εσύ συνομιλούσες με τα μέλη της λίστας – αν δεν ήσουν και εσύ ένα από αυτά.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν κάποιος που παρουσιάστηκε ως ο Μελισσανίδης (και δεν έχουμε καμία απόδειξη ότι δεν ήταν) τηλεφώνησε στον Λευτέρη Χαραλαμπόπουλο στο Unfollow και απείλησε να σκοτώσει αυτόν και όποιον βρισκόταν γύρω του. Ο Μελισσανίδης όμως ήταν φίλος του Σαμαρά και εσύ μιλούσες με τον δικηγόρο του, τον Φαήλο Κρανιδιώτη.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν εκατοντάδες συνάδελφοί μου και εγώ απολυθήκαμε, γιατί τολμήσαμε να παρουσιάσουμε εναλλακτικές προτάσεις στα μνημόνια τα οποία προωθούσαν οι τράπεζες που πληρώνουν το μισθό σου.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν το ισραηλινό κράτος έστειλε στη φυλακή τρεις Έλληνες δημοσιογράφους που κάλυπταν τον στόλο της Ελευθερίας. Εσύ όμως έδινες το λόγο σε σκοτεινούς κύκλους των μυστικών υπηρεσιών που επιχειρούσαν να παρουσιάσουν την ανθρωπιστική αποστολή σαν τρομοκρατική ενέργεια.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν το Reuters υποστήριζε ότι υπάρχει ένα γιγαντιαίο σκάνδαλο της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς αλλά εσύ δεν το έκανες ούτε μονόστηλο. Μόνο την επόμενη ημέρα διαλαλούσες την απάντηση του Σάλα.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος στα χρόνια του μνημονίου, όταν η ελευθερία του Τύπου κατρακύλησε κατά 50 θέσεις, σύμφωνα με εκθέσεις των ρεπόρτερ χωρίς σύνορα, και η Ελλάδα βρέθηκε σε χειρότερη θέση από μοναρχίες και δικτατορίες του Περσικού Κόλπου. Εσύ τότε απέκρυπτες πληροφορίες για τη μη βιωσιμότητα τους χρέους, εκπαιδευόσουν από το ΔΝΤ σε τεχνικές προπαγάνδας για να παραπληροφορείς του πολίτες και χειροκροτούσες την τοποθέτηση ενός μη εκλεγμένου πρωθυπουργού για πρώτη φορά από το τέλος της δικτατορίας.

Ήμουν Έλληνας δημοσιογράφος όταν έκλειναν την ΕΡΤ. Αλλά εσύ με τις πλάτες της Digea ετοιμαζόσουν να μοιραστείς την ψηφιακή πίτα και να συνεχίσεις ανενόχλητος την προπαγάνδα σου γνωρίζοντας ότι δεν θα έχεις πλέον κανένα τηλεοπτικό σταθμό να αμφισβητεί την απόλυτη αλήθεια σου.

Ήμουν Έλληνας Δημοσιογράφος όταν η Θεσσαλονίκη βυθιζόταν από το συλλαλητήριο για τις σκουριές αλλά εσύ παρουσίαζες σαν τρομοκράτες του κατοίκους της Χαλκιδικής που αμφισβητούσαν τα σχέδια του Μπόμπολα και της El Dorado.

Εσύ λοιπόν «συνάδελφε» δεν είσαι δημοσιογράφος. Είσαι μεγαλοστέλεχος μιας μεγάλης ιδιωτικής επιχείρησης που ελέγχει με πειρατικό τρόπο δημόσιες συχνότητες. Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα με τη συνεργασία του ΣΕΒ και της ΕΚΤ επιχείρησες να ανατρέψεις μια δημοκρατικά εκλεγμένη κυβέρνηση προκαλώντας τραπεζικό πανικό, διαδίδοντας ψευδείς ειδήσεις, παραποιώντας φωτογραφίες και δημοσκοπήσεις και κόβοντας στον αέρα όποιον τολμούσε να σου αντιμιλήσει.

Αν σε ενοχλούν οι πειθαρχικές διώξεις και κυρίως αν θεωρείς ότι πραγματοποιείται συλλογική επίθεση στην ελευθερία του Τύπου, σου έχω μια πρόταση: Έλα να περπατήσεις μαζί με αληθινούς δημοσιογράφους και φωτορεπόρτερ στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και εκεί θα καταλάβεις ποιο είναι το κοινό περί δικαίου αίσθημα. Θα καταλάβεις πως όταν 100.000 άτομα φωνάζουν «Αλήτες Ρουφιάνοι Δημοσιογράφοι», ξέρουν πολύ καλά σε ποιους αναφέρονται.

Διαφορετικά κάτσε με τους σωματοφύλακές σου στο μαγαζάκι σου και υπό την προστασία των ΜΑΤ συνέχισε να παπαγαλίζεις τις εντολές που λαμβάνεις. Μην απορείς όμως αν κάποιοι ζητούν να αφαιρεθούν οι άδειες λειτουργίας του σταθμού σου και να επιστραφούν σε αυτούς που τις πληρώνουν εδώ και δεκαετίες – δηλαδή στους πολίτες.
