Οι βουλευτές της ΝΔ γνώριζαν από μέρες το δημοσίευμα του ΔΟΛ

Στην πρωινή εκπομπή του Mega σήμερα με το τον Αναγωστάκη και τον Χασαπόπουλο ο Γιώργος Κατρούγκαλος απάντησε στα ερωτήματα και κατηγόρησε τον διευθυντή του Βήματος και αρθρογράφο της «αποκάλυψης» ότι εκτελεί συμβόλαια της Νέας Δημοκρατίας. Τώρα αυτό δεν αποδεικνύεται εύκολα, αυτό όμως που δύναται να αποδειχτεί είναι ότι τουλάχιστον η ΝΔ ήξερε για την φοβερή αποκάλυψη μέρες πριν «αλλά δεν είχε έρθει ακόμα η ώρα της».

Κατά τη συζήτηση του νομοσχεδίου για την επανεκκίνηση της οικονομίας στην Διαρκή Επιτροπή Οικονομικών Υποθέσεων από κοινού με την Επιτροπή επί των Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων της Βουλής την Πέμπτή 19 Φεβρουαρίου διημείφθη μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα στιχομυθία:

Από το έδρανο του ο Μάκης Βορίδης απαντάει σε ερωτήματα του Νίκου Φίλη σχετικά με την υπόθεση της υπεράσπισης της Energa και της Hellas Power που είχε αναλάβει ο ίδιος υπερασπιζόμενος τις εταιρίες που έκλεψαν εκατοντάδες εκατομμύρια ευρώ από το περιβόητο «χαράτσι». Ο Μάκης Βορίδης (που δεν είχε σοκάρει τότε τον δημοσιογράφο Βασίλη Χιώτη) απαντάει καταρχάς μια δικονομική ανακρίβεια. Ισχυρίζεται ότι η δίκη ξεκίνησε τώρα, αφού πρώτα ανέλαβε την εξουσία ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ότι η παρουσία του στο δικαστήριο όταν ήταν ακόμα βουλευτής της συγκυβέρνησης (και άρα αναλάμβανε υποθέσεις εναντίον του δημοσίου) ήταν τυπική γιατί απλά συζητήθηκε μια αναβολή.

Δεν χρειάζονται δικηγορικές γνώσεις, αρκεί να έχεις παραστεί μια φορά σε οποιοδήποτε δικαστήριο οποιουδήποτε βαθμού για να γνωρίζεις ότι η αναβολή είναι πάντα στην κρίση του δικαστή και ότι οι δικηγόροι πρέπει να είναι προετοιμασμένοι για να δικάσουν κανονικά την υπόθεσή τους. Δεν υπάρχει δηλαδή δικονομική «απλή αναβολή» εκτός φυσικά αν ο κύριος Βορίδης γνώριζε ότι η κυβέρνηση (της οποία θα ήταν μέρος) θα συναινούσε στην μη εκδίκαση της υπόθεσής της και εναντίον δηλαδή στα συμφέροντα του ελληνικού δημοσίου… οπότε θα μιλούσαμε για σκάνδαλο.

Βορίδης και Γεωργιάδης ήξεραν μέρες πριν για το δημοσίευμα του ΔΟΛ

Το ενδιαφέρον στοιχείο όμως έρχεται λίγο μετά, αμέσως αφού πρώτα ο Βορίδης έχει υποστηρίξει ότι είναι υπέρ του δικαιώματος του να δικηγορούν οι βουλευτές και αφού πρώτα έχει αναφέρει ότι όταν ανέλαβε υπουργός έπαυσε η δικηγορική του ιδιότητα. Ο Νίκος Φίλης ρωτάει τότε τον Μάκη Βορίδη τι έγινε με το γραφείο του και τότε ο Μάκης Βορίδης αρχίζει να γελάει και να λέει «προσέξτε τώρα, προσέξτε». Την ίδια ώρα ο Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης που βρίσκεται δίπλα του αρχίζει να φωνάζει «προσέξτε γιατί αν είναι έτσι…» για να τον διακόψει ο Μάκης Βορίδης λέγοντας του «όχι ακόμα Άδωνι, δεν είναι ώρα ακόμα, κάθε πράγμα στον καιρό του» και αρχίζουν να γελάνε μεταξύ τους την ώρα που ο Γεωργιάδης λέει «τρεις ημέρες ακόμα υπομονή». Είναι προφανές ότι οι βουλευτές της Νέας Δημοκρατίας γνώριζαν το δημοσίευμα της εφημερίδας ΤΟ ΒΗΜΑ του κυρίου Ψυχάρη, ήδη μερικές μέρες νωρίτερα. Και μάλιστα μερικές κακές γλώσσες λένε ότι στην όλη υπόθεση υπάρχει και λαβράκι το οποίο προκλήθηκε από μια ενέργεια του υπουργού Οικονομίας, Υποδομών, Ναυτιλία και Τουρισμού, Γιώργου Σταθάκη, που εξόργισε το αφεντικό στη Μιχαλακοπούλου.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’

There is so much misinformation in mainstream corporate media about recent events in Nicaragua that it is a pity that Mary Ellsberg’s article for Pulse has added to it with a seemingly leftish critique. Ellsberg claims that recent articles, including from this website, often “ paint a picture of the crisis in Nicaragua that is dangerously misleading. ” Unfortunately, her own article does just that. It looks at the situation entirely from the perspective of those opposing Daniel Ortega’s government while whitewashing their malevolent behavior and downplaying the levels of US support they have relied on.
