ΕΛΕ: Βόμβα στα θεμέλια του απεχθούς χρέους

Σε βραδυφλεγή βόμβα για παγιωμένα συμφέροντα δεκαετιών αλλά και για τις παράνομες και απεχθείς αξιώσεις των δανειστών της Ελλάδας μπορεί να αναδειχθεί η Επιτροπή για το λογιστικό έλςγχο του δημοσίου χρέους που ανακοινώθηκε από την πρόεδρο της ελληνικής βουλής Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου, κατά τη διάρκεια συνέντευξης Τύπου.

Όπως ανακοινώθηκε η επιτροπή, που αναμένεται να παρουσιάσει τα πρώτα συμπεράσματα από τον Ιούνιο θα συνεργαστεί με ομάδα ελλήνων αλλά και ξένων εμπειρογνομώνων, επικεφαλής της οποίας θα είναι ο ειδικός σε θέματα χρέους Ερίκ Τουσέν.

Ο Ερίκ Τουσέν είχε συνεργαστεί μεταξύ άλλων με την κυβέρνηση του Ισημερινού, η οποία μέσω του λογιστικού ελέγχου κατάφερε να διαγράψει το 70% του ομολογιακού της χρέους.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνέντευξης Τύπου επεσήμανε ότι το 80% του ελληνικού δημοσίου χρέους βρίσκεται υπό τον έλεγχο των θεσμών που εκπροσωπούσε η τρόικα και πρέπει να αναλυθεί τόσο ο μηχανισμός λειτουργίας του όσο και η νομιμότητά του. Ο Ερίκ Τουσέν αναφέρθηκε επίσης σε συμβάσεις που θα εξεταστούν όπως της Siemens, του ΟΤΕ, των ολυμπιακών αγώνων κ.α ενώ τόνισε ότι τα μνημόνια έχουν οδηγήσει σε κατάφωρη παραβίαση των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων στην Ελλάδα.

Από την πλευρά της η ευρωβουλευτής Σοφία Σακοράφα κάλεσε όλους τους πολίτες να στηρίξουν το έργο της επιτροπής λογιστικού ελέγχου. Η πρόεδρος της βουλής Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου χαρακτήρισε το χρέος “αάλλοθι για την υπαναχώρηση από το κοινωνικό κράτος το χρέος” και “εργαλείο καταδυνάστευσης” του ελληνικού λαού.

Ο λογιστικός έλεγχος αποτελεί “εφιάλτη” όχι μόνο για τα κερδοσκοπικά funds και τους διεθνείς οργανισμούς, που χρησιμοποιούν το χρέος για την επιβολή αποικιακών συνθηκών σε χρεωμένες χώρες, αλλά και για το πολιτικό κατεστημένο αυτών των χωρών, καθώς φέρνουν στο φως γιγαντιαία σκάνδαλα.

Ίσως για αυτό οι πολιτικοί αλλά και εμπειρογνώμονες που έχουν ασχοληθεί με το θέμα δέχονται συχνά πόλεμο λάσπης όχι μόνο από το εξωτερικό αλλά και στο εσωτερικό των χωρών τους.

Όπως εξηγούσαν στο ντοκιμαντέρ debtocracy οι πρωτεργάτες του λογιστικού ελέγχου στον Ισημερινό, ορισμένα από τα μεγαλύτερα εμπόδια στην προσπάθεια διαγραφής του χρέους υψώθηκαν από στελέχη του υπουργείου οικονομικών, που προσπαθούσαν να συγκαλύψουν τις ευθύνες προηγούμενων κυβερνήσεων.

A response to misinformation on Nicaragua: it was a coup, not a ‘massacre’
