Τσίπρα, πάρε τον έλεγχο του ΤΧΣ ... τώρα!

“... η Εφημερίδα των Συντακτών σε δημοσίευμα της σημείωνε πως 'σε μια δύσκολη συγκυρία που η χώρα μετράει τα… ρέστα της για να πληρώσει μισθούς, συντάξεις και δανεικά, κάποιοι θεσμικοί φαίνεται ότι οξύνουν το πρόβλημα ρευστότητας της ελληνικής οικονομίας'. Το βέβαιο είναι ότι επεστράφη στους δανειστές ένα ποσό το οποίο έπρεπε να βρίσκεται στα διαθέσιμα του ΤΧΣ', για να υπογραμμίσει χαρακτηριστικά πως 'οι δανειστές… άδραξαν την ευκαιρία και κατέστησαν το 1,2 δισ. ευρώ μέρος της διαπραγμάτευσης. Το συγκεκριμένο ποσό μάλιστα δεν πρόκειται να επιστραφεί εάν δεν πάρουν στα χέρια τους τη λίστα των μεταρρυθμίσεων'.”

“Η εκταμίευσή του ποσού θα εξαρτηθεί από την πρόοδο των συζητήσεων και κυρίως από τα μέτρα που θα προτείνει η Ελλάδα για να προχωρήσει η αξιολόγηση, έχουν διαμηνύσει οι τεχνοκράτες των θεσμών.”


Όπως αναφέρθηκε σε παλαιότερο άρθρο, το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας είναι ένας καθαρά ιδιωτικός οργανισμός στον οποίο το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο δεν έχει καμία εξουσία. Επίσης, ο αμιγώς ιδιωτικός χαρακτήρας του Ταμείου δεν αναιρείται ούτε από την κάλυψη του συνόλου του κεφαλαίου του από το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο, ούτε από την έκδοση των προβλεπόμενων αποφάσεων του Υπουργού Οικονομικών. Υπήρξαν επίσης πληροφορίες, πριν από τις εκλογές, με βάση τις οποίες υπήρχε σχέδιο για φυγάδευση των 11 δισ. του ΤΧΣ από την προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση:

“Πληροφορίες των τελευταίων ημερών μιλούν για επιχείρηση «φυγάδευσης» των 11 δισεκατομμυρίων ευρώ του ΤΧΣ (το περίφημο μαξιλάρι, που είναι ομόλογα σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή, άμεσα ρευστοποιήσιμα και που κατέχει το ΤΧΣ ). Αυτή θα είναι η τελευταία πράξη της κυβέρνησης με προφανή σκοπό να τραβήξει το χαλί κάτω από τα πόδια του Αλέξη Τσίπρα, προκειμένου αυτός να μην μπορέσει να υλοποιήσει το πρόγραμμα των πρώτων ημερών που είχε εξαγγείλει στην Διεθνή Έκθεση της Θεσσαλονίκης, για το οποίο είχε υπολογίσει ως πηγή χρηματοδότησης και μέρος των χρημάτων αυτών.” (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2014/12/11.html)

Πέρα από την ακρίβεια των πληροφοριών, η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να πάρει άμεσα τον έλεγχο του ΤΧΣ, ώστε να αποφύγει στο μέλλον βρόμικα παιχνίδια που θα την έθεταν υπό ομηρία και θα την οδηγούσαν σε συμβιβασμούς πέρα από τις κόκκινες γραμμές της.
