Οι «Αγανακτισμένοι» μπροστά στις πύλες Μαδρίτης – Βαρκελώνης

Θρίαμβος του κινήματος «Ποδέμος» των Ισπανών «Αγανακτισμένων». Η υποψήφιά του, Μανουέλα Καρμένα, στην πρωτεύουσα Μαδρίτη είναι πιθανότατο να αναδειχθεί δήμαρχος. Για να γίνει αυτό, πρέπει να συνεργαστούν το «Ποδέμος» που πήρε 20 έδρες με τους σοσιαλιστές που πήραν 9 στις προχθεσινές δημοτικές εκλογές. Αν συμβεί αυτό, με δεδομένο ότι το δημοτικό συμβούλιο της ισπανικής πρωτεύουσας έχει 57 έδρες εν συνόλω, οι 29 έδρες των δύο προαναφερθέντων κομμάτων συνιστούν απόλυτη πλειοψηφία. Το «Ποδέμος» θριάμβευσε όμως και στη δεύτερη πόλη της Ισπανίας και πρωτεύουσα της Καταλονίας, τη Βαρκελώνη. Η υποψήφιά του, η ακτιβίστρια του κινήματος κατά των εξώσεων, Αντα Κολάου, ήρθε πρώτη στις δημοτικές εκλογές και είναι πιθανότατο να αναδειχθεί και αυτή σε δήμαρχο της πρωτεύουσας της Καταλονίας, αν συνεργαστεί με τους σοσιαλιστές, αλλά και με τους αριστερούς που τάσσονται υπέρ της ανεξαρτησίας της Καταλονίας.

Σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση, ο συνασπισμός αυτός μπορεί να δώσει τουλάχιστον 23 από τις 41 έδρες του δημοτικού συμβουλίου της Βαρκελώνης. Τι θα γίνει τελικά θα το δούμε εκ των αποτελεσμάτων των πολιτικών διαπραγματεύσεων. Το βέβαιο πάντως είναι ότι αλλάζει σοβαρότατα ο πολιτικός χάρτης στην Ισπανία - και μάλιστα αρχίζοντας από τις δυσκολότερες εκλογές που υπάρχουν για πρωτοεμφανιζόμενες πολιτικές δυνάμεις, που είναι οι δημοτικές εκλογές. Οι πετυχημένοι δήμαρχοι, τα γνωστά πρόσωπα συμβούλων, οι μεγαλύτερες πολιτικές ή και οικονομικές εξαρτήσεις από υφιστάμενες δημοτικές Αρχές συνιστούν σοβαρά εμπόδια για νέες δυνάμεις. Σε έξι μήνες, που θα γίνουν στην Ισπανία βουλευτικές εκλογές, θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε ακόμη πιο ριζικές πολιτικές ανακατατάξεις.

Εντελώς πολιτικά πάντως αντιμετώπιζε και χθες το θέμα ο ισπανικός Τύπος. «Η κατάρρευση του Λαϊκού Κόμματος εκχωρεί την εδαφική εξουσία στην Αριστερά», ήταν π.χ. ο κεντρικός πρωτοσέλιδος τίτλος της κεντρώας εφημερίδας «Ελ Παΐς», η οποία υποστηρίζει αμετακίνητα τους σοσιαλιστές και μισεί βαθύτατα το «Ποδέμος» και την Αριστερά πάσης φύσεως. «Βαθιά αλλαγή», είναι ο τίτλος του χθεσινού κύριου άρθρου της. Αλλαγή, που όπως γράφει η ισπανική εφημερίδα, «χαρακτηρίζεται από την απώλεια της ηγεμονίας του Λαϊκού Κόμματος, η οποία του είχε επιτρέψει να συγκεντρώσει τη μεγαλύτερη θεσμική εξουσία που είχε ποτέ ένα κόμμα σε συνθήκες δημοκρατίας». Η δεξιά εφημερίδα «Ελ Μούντο», η οποία έχει συγκρουστεί με τον Ισπανό πρωθυπουργό Μαριάνο Ραχόι, υπογραμμίζει σε κύριο άρθρο της ότι «το Λαϊκό Κόμμα κινδυνεύει να μην επιβιώσει» γιατί «πάσχει από έλλειψη κοινωνικής ευαισθησίας, μαζί με τον υπερσυντηρητισμό με τον οποίον ανταποκρίθηκε στη δυσαρέσκεια του λαού απέναντι στη λειτουργία των θεσμών και στα σκάνδαλα διαφθοράς».

Κατά την εφημερίδα, «επείγει η διοργάνωση έκτακτου συνεδρίου του Λαϊκού Κόμματος το ταχύτερο δυνατό», γιατί «χάνει σχεδόν 11 εκατοστιαίες μονάδες σε σχέση με τις εκλογές του 2011». Ανησυχία για τα ισπανικά αποτελέσματα εκδηλώνει ο γερμανικός Τύπος, καθώς το Λαϊκό Κόμμα, αν τελικά χάσει τη Μαδρίτη από μια συμμαχία των «Ποδέμος» και των σοσιαλιστών, θα είναι η πρώτη φορά που η ισπανική πρωτεύουσα δεν θα έχει δεξιό δήμαρχο εδώ και ένα... τέταρτο του αιώνα (!), από το 1991 συγκεκριμένα. «Οπως στις τελευταίες βουλευτικές εκλογές στην Ελλάδα θριάμβευσε ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, έτσι γιορτάζουν τώρα οι Ισπανοί τη μεγάλη νίκη των κομμάτων διαμαρτυρίας «Ποδέμος» και «Θιουδαδάνος» γράφει στην ηλεκτρονική του έκδοση το γερμανικό περιοδικό «Ντερ Σπίγκελ». Η ημερήσια οικονομική εφημερίδα της Γερμανίας «Χάντελσμπλατ» προσπαθεί πάντως να παρηγορήσει τους αναγνώστες της ότι δεν θα επαναληφθεί και στην Ισπανία αυτό που έγινε στην Ελλάδα, για δύο τουλάχιστον λόγους.

Ο πρώτος είναι ότι ο ηγέτης του «Ποδέμος» διαφοροποιείται από τον ηγέτη του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και πρωθυπουργό σήμερα της Ελλάδας. «Αν και αρχικά ο Πάμπλο Ιγκλέσιας επιδίωξε τη σύγκλιση με τον αρχηγό του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αλέξη Τσίπρα, στη συνέχεια υπαναχώρησε σε πολλές από τις ακραίες θέσεις του», γράφει χαρακτηριστικά η «Χάντελσμπλατ». Ο δεύτερος λόγος είναι ότι το «Ποδέμος» δεν πήρε πουθενά απόλυτη πλειοψηφία, οπότε για να σχηματίσει πλειοψηφίες στα δημοτικά συμβούλια πρέπει να συνεργαστεί με τους σοσιαλιστές. «Επομένως, το αποτέλεσμα των ισπανικών εκλογών δεν αποτελεί κίνδυνο για την Ευρώπη», συμπεραίνει η γερμανική εφημερίδα. «Δείχνει όμως ότι οι Ισπανοί επαναστατούν εναντίον των κάποτε σκληρών κοινωνικών περικοπών - και αυτό είναι κάτι που ο Ισπανός πρωθυπουργός θα πρέπει να λάβει υπόψη του», καταλήγει η «Χάντελσμπλατ». Την Κυριακή που έρχεται, ας θυμίσουμε ότι 23 εκατομμύρια Ιταλοί θα προσέλθουν στις κάλπες και εκεί για δημοτικές εκλογές, αν και μερικές, όχι γενικές.
