Τα σχέδια της διαπλοκής και τα... όνειρα για νέα κυβέρνηση Παπαδήμου (Στουρνάρα)

Κυβέρνηση υπό τον Αλέξη Τσίπρα με «κεντρώα» στροφή και σύνθεση ή κυβέρνηση «εθνικής ενότητας» υπό τον νέο… Παπαδήμο: Είναι τα δύο προσφιλή σενάρια της αντιπολίτευσης που διακινούνται – και παρασκηνιακώς… κινούνται – με ένταση τις τελευταίες ημέρες εν όψει της συμφωνίας (;) με τους πιστωτές.

Το σχέδιο θα μπορούσε να λέγεται «Κωδικός: Απώλεια δεδηλωμένης» και πάνω του δείχνουν να επενδύουν γερά – χωρίς να υπάρχει απαραίτητα εξίσου γερή πολιτική βάση – ΝΔ, ΠΑΣΟΚ, Ποτάμι και συγκεκριμένοι, σύμφωνα με το Μαξίμου, επιχειρηματικοί, μιντιακοί και τραπεζικοί κύκλοι. Το βασικό σενάριο, δε, με μικρές παραλλαγές, προβλέπει πτώση της κυβέρνησης Τσίπρα επειδή η συμφωνία με τους πιστωτές δεν θα εξασφαλίσει την στήριξη της κυβερνητικής πλειοψηφίας στη Βουλή και συγκρότηση νέου σχήματος «εθνικής ενότητας» με άλλον πρωθυπουργό – κατά προτίμηση τεχνοκράτη και, κατά ιδιαίτερη προτίμηση κάποιων πλευρών, ξανά τραπεζίτη.

Κομβικό σημείο για το εν λόγω πολιτικό “plan B” είναι να καταψηφίσουν τη συμφωνία τουλάχιστον 12 βουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και των ΑΝΕΛ, έτσι ώστε να μην συγκροτείται κυβερνητική πλειοψηφία 151 βουλευτών και να περάσει η, όποια λύση, με τις ψήφους των κομμάτων της αντιπολίτευσης. Τούτο αυτομάτως θα μεταφραστεί ως απώλεια δεδηλωμένης για την κυβέρνηση και, καθ΄ότι οι εκλογές… κοστίζουν, θα σπεύσουν οι πρόθυμοι με έτοιμες λύσεις για τη νέα… σωτηρία της χώρας.

Το… όραμα δεν είναι νέο, στην πραγματικότητα συζητείται και διακινείται από την δεύτερη κιόλας μέρα των εκλογών. Όμως τα τελευταία 24ωρα και με τη συμφωνία με τους πιστωτές να δείχνει προ των πυλών, τίθεται πλέον και δημόσια στην πολιτική ατζέντα. Από τους πρώτους που το ανέδειξαν ήταν ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, για να ακολουθήσουν ο Μάκης Βορίδης και η ευρωβουλευτής της ΝΔ Μαρία Σπυράκη:

«Εάν η συμφωνία περάσει με ψήφους των κομμάτων της αντιπολίτευσης, με διαρροές από πλευράς ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ, τίθεται την επόμενη μέρα ζήτημα δεδηλωμένης… Και ναι μεν μπορεί να έχουμε συμφωνία, αλλά η κυβέρνηση με αυτή τη μορφή δεν θα μπορεί να συνεχίσει», διαμήνυσε ο Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, ενώ τη συνέχεια φρόντισε να κάνει εύληπτη, με αναφορές στο Νοέμβριο του 2012, ο Μάκη Βορίδης: «Διαμορφώνεται ένα ζήτημα, ένα καινούριο πολιτικό σκηνικό… Κι όταν ο Παπανδρέου έπεσε από τους βουλευτές του, εμείς στηρίξαμε να έχει κυβέρνηση η χώρα».

Η Μαρία Σπυράκη επίσης δήλωσε το Σαββατοκύριακο ότι «εάν στηρίξουμε εμείς τη συμφωνία και δεν τη στηρίξουν οι ΑΝΕΛ και η Αριστερή Πλατφόρμα του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, τότε αλλάζουν τα δεδομένα». Και σε ερώτηση για το εάν αναφέρεται σε εκλογές, έγινε απολύτως σαφής: «Δεν είναι απαραίτητο. Η κυβέρνηση δεν θα έχει τη δεδηλωμένη, οπότε πάμε σε άλλα σχήματα».

H «παραλλαγή» Θεοδωράκη

Σε παραλλαγή του εν λόγω σεναρίου έπαιξε χθες ο επικεφαλής του Ποταμιού Σταύρος Θεοδωράκης που… αποδέχθηκε μεν να παραμείνει πρωθυπουργός ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας αλλά με «κεντρώους» υπουργούς: «Αν ο κ. Τσίπρας συνειδητοποιήσει την ανάγκη να επιλεγούν πρόσωπα κεντρώας αντίληψης χωρίς ιδεοληψίες και προτάξει ως μείζονα στόχο τις μεταρρυθμίσεις που απαιτούνται για τη σωτηρία της χώρας, ναι, θα τον στήριζα», δήλωσε.

Στο Μαξίμου οι σχεδιασμοί αυτοί είναι γνωστοί από καιρό. Κυβερνητικά στελέχη, δε, θεωρούν ότι το «εκλεκτό» σχήμα που κυοφορείται από συγκεκριμένους μνημονιακούς κύκλους βλέπει ως «νέο Παπαδήμο» τον κεντρικό τραπεζίτη Γιάννη Στουρνάρα – ένα σενάριο, στο οποίο έχει αναφερθεί και δημόσια ο κοινοβουλευτικός εκρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Νίκος Φίλης. Τα ίδια στελέχη επισημαίνουν ότι δεν είναι καθόλου τυχαία και η ορμητική στήριξη που έσπευσαν να παράσχουν στον κ. Στουρνάρα για την υπόθεση του περίφημου e-mail συγκεκριμένες πλευρές και πρόσωπα, από τον επίτιμο και την οικογένεια Μητσοτάκη έως το Ποτάμι, το ΠΑΣΟΚ και τους τραπεζίτες της Φραγκφούρτης.

Το… Greek Tea Party

Kάποιοι από την κυβέρνηση, μάλιστα, επισημαίνουν κι ένα ιδιαίτερο post του αναπληρωτή υπουργού Πολιτισμού Νίκου Ξυδάκη στο Facebook: «Ένα Greek Tea Party βρίσκεται στα σκαριά», έγραψε, σημειώνοντας ότι στόχος είναι «να παρακαμφθεί εντελώς το δημοκρατικό κράτος και ο δι αυτού έλεγχος, η ρύθμιση και η λαϊκή κυριαρχία».

Η απάντηση, ωστόσο, που δίνεται από το Μαξίμου στα σενάρια είναι το γνωστό, παλιό «όνειρα εαρινής νυκτός» του Αλέξη Τσίπρα. Στην κυβέρνηση θεωρούν, κατ’ αρχήν ότι η συμφωνία, παρά τις όποιες επώδυνες υποχωρήσεις θα περάσει με τις ψήφους του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και των ΑΝΕΛ. «Άλλο επώδυνος συμβιβασμός κι άλλο ανέντιμος συμβιβασμός», λέει χαρακτηριστικά κυβερνητικό στέλεχος. «Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση ο Τσίπρας να φέρει «ανέντιμη συμφωνία» προς ψήφιση. Κι εάν αποφασίσει να τη φέρει, τότε θα περάσει».

Οι ίδιες πηγές θεωρούν ότι ακόμη κι εάν υπάρξουν διαρροές, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα είναι διψήφιες, πολύ περισσότερο δε, εκτιμάται ότι θα προέρχονται από μεμονωμένους εκπροσώπους των παλαιών συνιστωσών και όχι από συντεταγμένες κινήσεις και αποφάσεις υπουργών όπως ο Παναγιώτης Λαφαζάνης. Θεωρούν επίσης ότι εάν στη συμφωνία δεν υπάρχει παραβίαση των κόκκινων γραμμών του ασφαλιστικού και του εργασιακού η Αριστερά Πλατφόρμα θα την εγκρίνει. «Οσοι αμφισβητούν τον κομματικό πατριωτισμό του Λαφαζάνη ποντάρουν σε λάθος χαρτί», λέει χαρακτηριστικά το ίδιο στέλεχος.

Ανάλογες είναι οι εκτιμήσεις στο πρωθυπουργικό επιτελείο και για την Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου παρά τις πυκνές διαφοροποιήσεις της, ενώ σε κάθε περίπτωση στο Μαξίμου υπενθυμίζουν και το «συμβόλαιο»πολιτικής ηθικής των βουλευτών του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ να παραιτηθούν και να παραδώσουν τις έδρες τους εάν διαφωνούν.

Ακόμη, δε, και στο ακραίο σενάριο – που το θεωρούν απίθανο – μιας συντονισμένης καταψήφισης της συμφωνίας από κυβερνητικούς βουλευτές δεν μπαίνει στο τραπέζι θέμα «εθνοσωτήριων» σχημάτων. Εκεί, όπως λένε, η μοναδική διέξοδος δεν μπορεί παρά να είναι οι κάλπες…
