Ελεγχόμενη χρεοκοπία χωρίς Grexit: Το χειρότερο σενάριο για την Ελλάδα

Καθώς πλησιάζουμε προς το τέλος της 4μηνης εκεχειρίας μεταξύ κυβέρνησης και δανειστών, η μάχη γίνεται όλο και πιο σκληρή, όπως αναμένονταν. Δεν βρίσκεται μόνο η Ελλάδα σε δύσκολη θέση, όπως πολλοί πιστεύουν, αλλά και οι ευρωκράτες, καθώς φαίνεται να έχουν περιορισμένες επιλογές που θα τους επέτρεπαν να κρατήσουν ζωντανούς τους αρχικούς τους σχεδιασμούς.

Μια απορριπτέα επιλογή για τον "αυτοκράτορα" Ντράγκι, θα ήταν να απελευθερώσει την ροή της μαζικής ποσοτικής χαλάρωσης και προς την Ελλάδα, προκειμένου να αποφύγει περαιτέρω επικίνδυνη αβεβαιότητα. Προς το παρόν, το πρόγραμμα ποσοτικής χαλάρωσης κατευθύνεται προς όλα τα μέρη της ευρωζώνης εκτός της Ελλάδας, η οποία πρέπει να "τιμωρηθεί", αφού τώρα τολμά να αντιστέκεται ενάντια στις καταστροφικές νεοφιλελεύθερες πολιτικές με την κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα. Μια τέτοια επιλογή θα ήταν καταστροφική για τα χρηματοπιστωτικά και εταιρικά λόμπι, καθώς θα έδινε το σήμα στα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ευρωζώνης ότι μπορούν να εγκαταλείψουν τις πολιτικές σκληρής λιτότητας και δημοσιονομικής πειθαρχίας χωρίς επιπτώσεις.

Άλλη μια απορριπτέα επιλογή θα ήταν η οριστική διακοπή της χρηματοδότησης του τραπεζικού συστήματος μέσω του μηχανισμού ELA, καθώς θα ανάγκαζε την Ελλάδα να αποχωρήσει από την ευρωζώνη. Ωστόσο, κάτι τέτοιο θα επέφερε πολλαπλά πλήγματα στα σχέδια των ελίτ, καθώς η Ελλάδα θα μπορούσε άμεσα να επιστρέψει σε εθνικό νόμισμα, να διαγράψει μεγάλο μέρος του χρέους της και να αρχίσει να ανακάμπτει σταδιακά, υπό προϋποθέσεις.

Μια βασική προϋπόθεση θα ήταν η κεντρική κυβέρνηση να ελέγχει πλήρως την ποσότητα και ροή χρήματος μέσω της κεντρικής τράπεζας καθώς και την υποτίμηση του εθνικού νομίσματος, η οποία θα έκανε την οικονομία και πάλι ανταγωνιστική.

Σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση, η ευρω-αυτοκρατορία θα αναγκάζονταν να κηρύξει ολοκληρωτικό πόλεμο στην Ελλάδα, με καθολικό εμπάργκο στα Ελληνικά προϊόντα και στο νέο νόμισμα, μπλοκάροντας παντός είδους συναλλαγές. Όμως, εκτός του ότι κάτι τέτοιο θα έστελνε εντελώς λάθος μηνύματα σε υποψήφιες για ένταξη χώρες στην ευρωζώνη ή ακόμα και στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, θα αποτελούσε μια καταστροφή και στο γεωπολιτικό πεδίο. Η Ελλάδα θα μπορούσε να στραφεί στην λύση των BRICS, ως μια τεράστια αγορά για τα προϊόντα της και το νόμισμά της. Οι χώρες των BRICS προβαίνουν ήδη σε διμερείς συναλλαγές χρησιμοποιώντας τα εθνικά τους νομίσματα, παρακάμπτοντας το δολάριο, με προοπτική να απεξαρτηθούν πλήρως από το μονοπώλιο του Αμερικανικού νομίσματος.

Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι και άλλες χώρες εκτός ομάδας BRICS (Αργεντινή, Ιράν, Αίγυπτος, Βενεζουέλα), προχωρούν σε συμφωνίες κυρίως με Ρωσία-Κίνα χρησιμοποιώντας τα εθνικά τους νομίσματα. Η πρωτοκαθεδρία του δολαρίου στις εμπορικές συναλλαγές, ήδη έχει αρχίσει να κλονίζεται.

Η Ελλάδα έχει ήδη προσκληθεί να συμμετάσχει ως το 6ο μέλος στην νέα αναπτυξιακή τράπεζα των BRICS. (http://failedevolution.blogspot.gr/2015/05/brics.html)

Επομένως, η μοναδική επιλογή για τον "αυτοκράτορα" και τους ευρωκράτες, είναι να εφαρμόσουν ένα είδος ελεγχόμενης χρεοκοπίας χωρίς έξοδο της Ελλάδας από το ευρώ. Στην πραγματικότητα, το σχέδιο αυτό έχει ήδη τεθεί σε εφαρμογή από την Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα, μέσω της απόλυτα ελεγχόμενης, αλλά περιορισμένης ρευστότητας που κατευθύνεται προς τις Ελληνικές τράπεζες. Τα συστημικά ΜΜΕ εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας έχουν ευθυγραμμιστεί πλήρως με αυτό το σχέδιο, καθώς οι διάφοροι παπαγάλοι-δημοσιογράφοι έχουν εξαπολύσει ένα νέο γύρο αναλύσεων καταστροφολογικού τύπου.

Ακούμε πλέον σε καθημερινή βάση, ότι η κυβέρνηση πρέπει να βιαστεί να κλείσει τη συμφωνία με τους δανειστές, επειδή τα ταμειακά διαθέσιμα τελειώνουν και η αγορά ουσιαστικά έχει καταρρεύσει. Ο στόχος είναι διπλός. Αφενός, η κυβέρνηση να πιεστεί να συνθηκολογήσει με τους δανειστές, πολύ μακριά από τις κόκκινες γραμμές της, διολισθαίνοντας προς τις πολιτικές που θέλουν να επιβάλουν. Αφετέρου, να χάσει σταδιακά την ευρεία στήριξη που απολαμβάνει προς το παρόν από την Ελληνική κοινωνία.

Ταυτόχρονα, ο πόλεμος που εξαπολύουν καθημερινά να συστημικά ΜΜΕ, οδηγεί σε έναν φαύλο κύκλο αυξανόμενης αβεβαιότητας, που οδηγεί με τη σειρά της σε ακόμα πιο βαθιά ύφεση. Στραγγαλίζοντας περισσότερο ότι απέμεινε από την οικονομία και ελαττώνοντας σταδιακά και συστηματικά τη ρευστότητα, η νεοφιλελεύθερη δικτατορία εντός και εκτός της χώρας, ωθεί την κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα προς ταπεινωτική υποχώρηση έναντι των κόκκινων γραμμών της.

Το συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο δείχνει ότι οι ελίτ θέλουν να οδηγήσουν την Ελλάδα πίσω στο μονοπάτι του αργού θανάτου, προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσουν τις τελικές συνθήκες στο Ελληνικό πείραμα. Το γεγονός όμως ότι θέλουν να το κάνουν "αθόρυβα", δείχνει ότι και οι ίδιοι ισορροπούν πάνω σε τεντωμένο σχοινί, καθώς φοβούνται έναν πιθανό εκτροχιασμό με απρόβλεπτες συνέπειες. Ο Τσίπρας πρέπει να το εκμεταλλευτεί και να προετοιμάσει τη χώρα για Grexit, αν δεν το έχει κάνει ήδη, προκειμένου να της δώσει το πλεονέκτημα για την τελική μάχη του πολέμου.
