Οι Γερμανοί ετοιμάζουν κώνειο

Καταπέλτης ήταν εναντίον του διοικητή της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδoς Γιάννη Στουρνάρα ο κοινοβουλευτικός εκπρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Θανάσης Πετράκος. «Θα έπρεπε για λόγους ευθιξίας να είχε παραιτηθεί» δήλωσε μιλώντας στο ραδιόφωνο του Άλφα.

Βαθιά είναι νυχτωμένος! Να παραιτηθεί –και μάλιστα για λόγους «ευθιξίας»– ο Στουρνάρας! Μα ο μνημονιακός πρώην υπουργός Οικονομικών του Σαμαρά τοποθετήθηκε στη θέση που έχει λίγο προτού απομακρυνθεί από την εξουσία η κατάπτυστη κυβέρνηση Σαμαρά-Βενιζέλου ακριβώς για υπονομεύει συστηματικά την επερχόμενη κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα δρώντας ως τυφλό όργανο της γερμανικής Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας! Είναι δυνατόν, λοιπόν, να παραιτηθεί ο Στουρνάρας;

Αποστολή του από την καγκελαρία του Βερολίνου, από την ελληνική ολιγαρχία και από ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ είναι να συμβάλει με τη δράση του στην ανατροπή της κυβέρνησης Τσίπρα και όχι να παραιτηθεί ο ίδιος προτού ολοκληρώσει το καθήκον που του ανέθεσαν.

«Υπάρχει πρόβλημα με τον Γιάννη Στουρνάρα, καθώς φαίνεται να υποσκάπτει τις διαπραγματεύσεις της χώρας και να λειτουργεί ως πολιτικός αντίπαλος» δήλωσε και ο άλλος κοινοβουλευτικός εκπρόσωπος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ο Νίκος Φίλης, μιλώντας στο Κόκκινο. «Δεν είναι δυνατόν ο αρχιτραπεζίτης της χώρας, στο πλαίσιο αυτών των σκληρών διαπραγματεύσεων, να υπονομεύει ουσιαστικά την κυβέρνηση λειτουργώντας ως αντιπολίτευση» πρόσθεσε.

Εκείνος όμως που ήταν «τούρμπο» εναντίον του Στουρνάρα –και μάλιστα από το βήμα της Βουλής– ήταν ο υπουργός Παραγωγικής Ανασυγκρότησης Παναγιώτης Λαφαζάνης. «Όλα τα εγκλήματα που έγιναν θα εξιχνιαστούν και θα αποδοθούν ευθύνες […] Θα αποδοθούν ευθύνες και πολιτικές και ποινικές» διακήρυξε ο υπουργός του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και συνέχισε απευθυνόμενος ρητορικά προς τον Στουρνάρα: «Το έγκλημα που κάνατε δεν το έχει ξεχάσει κανείς […] Το έγκλημα της πώλησης της ΑΤΕ […] Ο μέγας Γιάννης Στουρνάρας, ο ανεξάρτητος διοικητής της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος, ως υπουργός συμμετείχε στο σκάνδαλο της ΑΤΕ […] Εμείς καταγγείλαμε τότε τον υπουργό Οικονομικών Γιάννη Στουρνάρα για το έγκλημα αυτό».

Ο Γ. Στουρνάρας έβγαλε επίσης ως υπουργός Οικονομικών και δήθεν μη βιώσιμο το Ταχυδρομικό Ταμιευτήριο. «Μέσα σε ένα βράδυ το Δημόσιο έχασε 13 δισ. ευρώ» υποστήριξε ο Π. Λαφαζάνης. Δίκιο έχουν σε όλες τις κατηγορίες κατά του Στουρνάρα οι βουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Γιατί όμως υπήρξε ξαφνικά αυτή η ανάφλεξη στις σχέσεις κυβέρνησης-Στουρνάρα;

Μέχρι πρότινος ήταν πρόδηλη η προσπάθεια του Αλέξη Τσίπρα να προσεταιριστεί το διοικητή της ΤτΕ, με τον οποίο είχε άλλωστε και επίσημη συνάντηση. Τι συνέβη στο μεταξύ; Οφείλεται άραγε μόνο στην υπονομευτική ηλεκτρονική επιστολή που εστάλη από το Γραφείο Τύπου της ΤτΕ σε δημοσιογράφους υποστηρικτές της προηγούμενης κυβέρνησης Σαμαρά-Βενιζέλου; Φυσικά οφείλεται και σε αυτό αλλά όχι μόνο, ούτε κυρίως. Στην κυβέρνηση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ είναι πλέον όλοι έξαλλοι εναντίον του Στουρνάρα από τη στιγμή που έμαθαν ότι η Κριστίν Λαγκάρντ, η επικεφαλής του ΔΝΤ, αποκάλυψε στην κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα την ύπαρξη στην Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος λογαριασμού του ΔΝΤ, με τα λεφτά του οποίου θα μπορούσε η Αθήνα να πληρώσει στις 12 Μαΐου τη δόση προς το ΔΝΤ! Την ύπαρξη αυτού του λογαριασμού ο Στουρνάρας την είχε αποκρύψει από την κυβέρνηση! Το «μαρτύρησε» μόλις πριν από μία εβδομάδα, όταν πληροφορήθηκε ότι η κυβέρνηση έχει ήδη μάθει για την ύπαρξη αυτού του λογαριασμού και μάλιστα από την ίδια τη Λαγκάρντ!

«Πρέπει να πω ότι την πρώτη ενημέρωση δεν την είχαμε από την Ελλάδα, [η ύπαρξη του λογαριασμού] αναφέρθηκε πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο από την κυρία Λαγκάρντ» αποκάλυψε μιλώντας στο ραδιοσταθμό Αθήνα 9,84 ο πρώην γραμματέας και νυν βουλευτής του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Δημήτρης Βίτσας. Ο λογαριασμός αυτός, ο οποίος υπάρχει εδώ και… σαράντα (!) χρόνια και το ποσό των χρημάτων που περιέχει καθορίζεται από το ίδιο το ΔΝΤ, στην περίπτωση της Ελλάδας σήμερα είχε περίπου… 700 εκατομμύρια ευρώ! Είναι λογαριασμός έκτακτης ανάγκης και, για να αποσυρθούν χρήματα από αυτόν, απαιτείται η έγκριση του ΔΝΤ. Το περασμένο Σάββατο, λοιπόν, η ελληνική κυβέρνηση υπέβαλε αίτημα αξιοποίησης αυτού του «εγγυητικού λογαριασμού» του ΔΝΤ για να πληρώσει τη δόση στο ΔΝΤ. Αφού η ίδια η Λαγκάρντ είχε ενημερώσει την κυβέρνηση Τσίπρα για την ύπαρξη του λογαριασμού αυτού, η έγκριση από το ΔΝΤ δόθηκε ακαριαία, μέσα στην Κυριακή, οπότε τη Δευτέρα ο Βαρουφάκης ανακοίνωσε στην Ευρωομάδα ότι η ελλάδα θα πληρώσει κανονικά τη δόση των 756 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ στο ΔΝΤ. Πραγματικά, πήρε η κυβέρνηση 650 εκατομμύρια από το λογαριασμό αυτό, «τσόνταρε» και 100 εκατομμύρια δικά της λεφτά κι έτσι πλήρωσε τη δόση. Γλίτωσε με τον τρόπο αυτό τη χρεοκοπία τον Μάιο.

Έχει δίκιο φυσικά να είναι έξω φρενών εναντίον του Στουρνάρα. Πολύ αμφιβάλλουμε πάντως αν θα κατορθώσει ο Τσίπρας να τον αναγκάσει να παραιτηθεί. Όλα αυτά όμως, αν και έχουν φυσικά την πολιτική σημασία τους και δικαιολογούν την οργή του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ εναντίον του Στουρνάρα, τελικά είναι πολιτικές λεπτομέρειες.

Η ουσία είναι πως η Ελλάδα είναι αδύνατο να συνεχίσει να πληρώνει τις δόσεις σε ΕΕ και ΔΝΤ, αν δεν διαγραφεί το μέγιστο μέρος του χρέους. Είναι μαθηματικά βέβαιο πως, αν η Αθήνα συνεχίσει να πληρώνει τις δόσεις, ο Τσίπρας ο ίδιος, ανεξάρτητα από τις προθέσεις και τις διακηρύξεις του, θα δώσει στον ελληνικό λαό το κώνειο ενός νέου Μνημονίου που θα του υπαγορεύσουν οι Γερμανοί.

Οι προτάσεις αυτές δεν είναι του ΟΟΣΑ, αλλά του ΙΟΒΕ και της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού, δηλαδή κυρίως των Χατζηδάκη και Στουρνάρα και ότι η κυβέρνηση στην ουσία χρησιμοποιεί την Τρόικα για να περνάει τις θέσεις των πολυεθνικών, μεγάλων αλυσίδων σούπερ μάρκετ, κ.λ.π.

Δεν είναι τυχαία η πρόσφατη δήλωση Στουρνάρα, που είπε ότι οι οικονομίες χρειάζονται λιγότερες τράπεζες και ότι στο εξωτερικό, είτε κλείνουν οι τράπεζες, είτε συγχωνεύονται, ευθυγραμμισμένος πλήρως με τα τραπεζικά καρτέλ, όπου οι μεγαλύτερες τράπεζες εξαφανίζουν ή «καταβροχθίζουν» τους ανταγωνιστές, γίνονται Too Big to Fail, και αναγκάζουν τα κράτη να τις τροφοδοτούν με όλο και περισσότερη ρευστότητα σε βάρος των φορολογουμένων.

Όσον αφορά την «εξαγορά» της Αγροτικής από την Πειραιώς, η επιχειρηματολογία Προβόπουλου μοιάζει πραγματικά αστεία, καθώς υποστήριξε ότι η Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα θα διέκοπτε την παροχή ρευστότητας ύψους 6,3 δισ. ευρώ και η ΑΤΕ θα έκλεινε αμέσως. Όμως με βάση τον νόμο που αφορά την «εξαγορά» της ΑΤΕ από την Πειραιώς, η διαφορά μεταξύ στοιχείων ενεργητικού και παθητικού, ανέρχεται σε περίπου 6,67 δισ. τα οποία θα αναλάβει να καλύψει το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας, δηλαδή οι Έλληνες φορολογούμενοι. Που σημαίνει ότι όλα αυτά έγιναν απλώς για να αλλάξει χέρια η ΑΤΕ και να περάσει από δημόσιο σε ιδιωτικό έλεγχο και να ισχυροποιήσει μια ιδιωτική τράπεζα, η Πειραιώς, την θέση της στην κατηγορία Too Big to Fail. Ουσιαστικά δεν υπάρχει καμία δικαιολογία να μην διασωθεί η ΑΤΕ υπό δημόσιο έλεγχο, αφού όπως είναι γνωστό οι ιδιωτικές τράπεζες, «καταβρόχθισαν» έως τώρα, πακτωλό δισεκατομμυρίων από πακέτα διάσωσης, ανάμεσά τους βέβαια και η ίδια η Πειραιώς. Φυσικά, τόσο ο Προβόπουλος, όσο και ο Στουρνάρας, έσπευσαν να επιστρατεύσουν το γνωστό πλέον εκβιαστικό επιχείρημα, περί απωλειών θέσεων εργασίας.
