Προειδοποιήσεις από αμερικανούς συνδικαλιστές για τη Fraport

H UniteHere! προειδοποιεί για τη FRAPORT: Μια σπάνια πρωτοβουλία αλληλεγγύης από Αμερικανούς συνδικαλιστές, που επισκέφτηκαν το γραφείο της Κων. Κούνεβα, ευρωβουλευτίνας του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, προς τους εργαζόμενους των πωλούμενων 14 περιφερειακών αεροδρομίων

Την Τετάρτη 29/7/15 δεχθήκαμε στο γραφείο της ευρωβουλευτή του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Κωνσταντίνας Κούνεβα στην Αθήνα την επίσκεψη δύο συνδικαλιστών από την Νέα Υόρκη. Ο Ian Mikusko και η Ashwini Sukthankar είναι στελέχη της UniteHere! ( http://unitehere.org/ ), ενός συνδικάτου το οποίο εκπροσωπεί 270.000 εργαζόμενους της Βόρειας Αμερικής. Τα μέλη του, στις ΗΠΑ και στον Καναδά, εργάζονται σε ξενοδοχεία, καζίνα, υπηρεσίες τροφίμων, μεταποίησης, κλωστοϋφαντουργία, διανομής, πλυντήρια, μεταφορές και αεροδρόμια.

Εκπροσωπεί ανθρώπους κάθε χρώματος από όλες τις γωνιές του πλανήτη για να επιτευχθεί ισότητα και ίσες ευκαιρίες.

Μεταξύ άλλων εκπροσωπούν 33.000 εργαζόμενους σε χώρους αεροδρομίων σε πάνω από 75 αεροδρόμια στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες και στον Καναδά.

Ο λόγος που εκπρόσωποι της UNITEHERE! ήρθαν στην Ελλάδα είναι οι ιδιωτικοποιήσεις και ιδιαίτερα η πώληση των 14 περιφερειακών αεροδρομίων στη FRAPORT. Σε μια σπάνια κίνηση αλληλεγγύης προς τους εργαζόμενους στη χώρα μας, ήρθαν στην Αθήνα για να παρουσιάσουν τις εξαιρετικά αρνητικές εμπειρίες των Αμερικανών και Καναδών εργαζομένων στα τέσσερα αεροδρόμια της Βόρειας Αμερικής στα οποία έχει παρουσία η FRAPORT. Διότι η γερμανική εταιρεία που ανήκει στο κρατίδιο της Έσσης, αλλά στην οποία συμμετέχει και η Lufthansa, έχει επεκτείνει τη δράση της στον έλεγχο αεροδρομίων όχι μόνο σε όλη την Ευρώπη, αλλά και στη Βόρεια Αμερική.

Όπως μας εξήγησαν οι δύο Αμερικανοί συνδικαλιστές, η FRAPORT είναι πλέον συνώνυμη της καταπάτησης εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, της ευρείας χρήσης των υπεργολαβιών, της μη τήρησης συλλογικών συμβάσεων, των παραβιάσεων ωραρίου, ακόμη και της μη καταβολής δεδουλευμένων. Φυσικά, είναι γνωστή και για την εχθρότητά της προς τα συνδικάτα και τη συνδικαλιστική δράση.

Οι Αμερικανοί συνδικαλιστές έθεσαν στη διάθεση της Κ. Κούνεβα και αναλυτική μελέτη για τη FRAPORT και τον τρόπο δράσης της κατά των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, ενώ εξέφρασαν ενδιαφέρον να αποκτήσουν σταθερούς δεσμούς συνεργασίας, ανταλλαγής πληροφοριών και κοινής δράσης με συνδικάτα στην Ελλάδα και στην Ευρώπη που έχουν εμπειρία του τι εστί FRAPORT.

Ο Ian Mikusko, επικεφαλής του τμήματος ανάλυσης του συνδικάτου UniteHere!, και η Ashwini Sukthankar, επικεφαλής του τμήματος διεθνών σχέσεων, είχαν στην Αθήνα συναντήσεις με εκπροσώπους συνδικάτων, αλλά και με τους αρμόδιους υπουργούς της κυβέρνησης που διαπραγματεύονται αυτή την περίοδο τη συμφωνία πώλησης των 14 περιφερειακών αεροδρομίων της χώρας στη γερμανική FRAPORT.

Η Κ. Κούνεβα και οι συνεργάτες της θα κινηθούν και σε επίπεδο ευρωκοινοβουλίου, ώστε να αξιοποιηθεί η πολύτιμη εμπειρία των Αμερικανών συνδικαλιστών στην προσπάθεια να διαφυλαχθούν πρώτα από όλα οι θέσεις εργασίας των εργαζομένων στα αεροδρόμια και να μη θιγούν τα εργασιακά και συνδικαλιστικά τους δικαιώματα στο πλαίσιο της δρομολογούμενης ιδιωτικοποίησης.

Ακόμη, θα ερευνήσει τις δυνατότητες ώστε να καταγραφεί η κατάσταση των εργασιακών και συνδικαλιστικών δικαιωμάτων στα αεροδρόμια που ελέγχει η FRAPORT σε όλη την Ευρώπη και στο πλαίσιο αυτό θα επιδιώξει να αξιοποιηθεί και να προβληθεί η εμπειρία των Αμερικανών συνδικαλιστών του UNITEHERE! στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο, με τη φιλοδοξία να διευκολυνθεί ο διατλαντικός συντονισμός των συνδικάτων του κλάδου.

Το Συνδικάτο Βορείου Αμερικής αποτρέπει την ιδιωτικοποίηση με την εταιρεία Fraport

Το πρόγραμμα λιτότητας που προβλέφθηκε από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, ως προϋπόθεση για την επέκταση του δανείου της στην Ελλάδα, περιλαμβάνει ένα πρόγραμμα ιδιωτικοποιήσεων, προκειμένου να συγκεντρωθούν € 50 δισεκατομμύρια από την πώληση Ελληνικών κρατικών περιουσιακών στοιχείων. Κι ενώ η Γερμανία ήταν ευρέως γνωστή για την σκληροπυρηνική της προσέγγιση στις διαπραγματεύσεις των όρων του δανείου, η Γερμανική εταιρεία Fraport, που ανήκει κατά πλειοψηφία στη Γερμανική κυβέρνηση, δύναται να είναι ένας από τους δικαιούχους του προγράμματος ιδιωτικοποιήσεων.

Η Fraport είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης κι ο διαχειριστής του αεροδρομίου της Φρανκφούρτης, ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα αεροδρόμια στην Ευρώπη. Τον Νοέμβριο του 2014, η κοινοπραξία της Fraport κέρδισε την προσφορά, να λειτουργήσει 14 Ελληνικά περιφερειακά αεροδρόμια για ένα διάστημα τουλάχιστον 40 ετών. Ωστόσο, όταν ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ανέλαβε την εξουσία τον Ιανουάριο του 2015, η Ελλάδα επανεξέτασε το πρόγραμμα των ιδιωτικοποιήσεων, βάζοντας τη συμφωνία με τη Fraport σε ρίσκο.

Οι πρόσφατοι όροι που καθορίζονται από τα κράτη μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και της Γερμανίας, η οποία ασκεί και την μεγαλύτερη επιρροή στα μέλη της, επαναξιολογούν, αλλά οριστικοποιούν τη συμφωνία με τη Fraport. Λίγο μετά τη ψήφιση των όρων διάσωσης από την Ελληνική Βουλή, ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Fraport και ο Πρέσβης του κρατιδίου της Έσσης, το οποίο κατέχει το 31% της Fraport, επισκέφθηκαν τις Βρυξέλλες χωριστά, σε μια προσπάθεια να ολοκληρωθεί η συμφωνία με νέες ευνοϊκές εγγυήσεις για τη Fraport.

Το συνδικάτο Βορείου Αμερικής έχει παρέμβει, προκειμένου να αποτρέψει την Ελλάδα από την οριστικοποίηση της συμφωνίας της με τη Fraport, βάση της εμπειρίας του με τη Fraport στο Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο της Βαλτιμόρης-Ουάσινγκτον (BWI). Το συνδικάτο «UNITE HERE» έχει εμπλακεί σε μια εργασιακή διαμάχη με την Αμερικάνικη θυγατρική της Fraport, την «AIRMALL USA» από τις αρχές του 2013.

Η Fraport αγόρασε την AIRMALL τον Αύγουστο του 2014. Εργαζόμενοι, συνδικαλιστές και Αμερικάνοι πολιτικοί έχουν ειδοποιήσει τη Fraport και τους μετόχους της, να λάβουν μέτρα για να διορθώσουν τα εργασιακά προβλήματα της AIRMALL στο Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο της Βαλτιμόρης-Ουάσινγκτον (BWI). Παρ’ όλα αυτά, πάνω από 10 μήνες ιδιοκτησίας της, η Fraport έχει αποτύχει να υλοποιήσει τα απαραίτητα αυτά μέτρα. ώστε να διορθωθούν τα εργασιακά ζητήματα του αεροδρομίου.

Οι αντιπρόσωποι του συνδικάτου «UNITE HERE» θα είναι στην Ελλάδα, την επόμενη εβδομάδα, από τις 27 Ιουλίου για να ενημερώσουν τους φορείς λήψης αποφάσεων σχετικά με τη συμπεριφορά της θυγατρικής της Fraport, AIRMALL, στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες και να προτείνει στο Ελληνικό κράτος να διερευνήσει όλες τις διαθέσιμες επιλογές και να αποχωρήσει από τη συμφωνία.
