Η γερμανική κυβέρνηση παρενέβη ώστε να… εξωραΐσει έρευνα για τη φτώχεια

Στη Γερμανία συμβαίνει ότι και οπουδήποτε αλλού. Οι πλούσιοι γίνονται πλουσιότεροι και φτωχοί γίνονται φτωχότεροι ή περισσότεροι. Αυτό δείχνει η νέα μεγάλη έκθεση για τη φτώχεια στη χώρα που διενεργήθηκε για το υπ. Εργασίας. Τα αποτελέσματα της, όμως δεν άρεσαν στη γερμανική κυβέρνηση που, σύμφωνα με την Süddeutsche Zeitung, έσπευσε να παρέμβει για να… εξωραΐσει την έρευνα!

Σύμφωνα με τη γερμανική εφημερίδα, για πρώτη φορά στο πλαίσιο της έκθεσης για τη φτώχεια κατόπιν αιτήματος της Γερμανίδας υπουργού Εργασίας Αντρέα Νάλες, διερευνήθηκε το εύρος της επιρροής που έχουν εύποροι πολίτες στις πολιτικές εξελίξεις στη χώρα, αλλά και η αντίστοιχη επιρροή εισοδηματικά ασθενέστερων συμπολιτών τους.

Και τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι οι εύποροι έχουν σαφώς μεγαλύτερη επιρροή στην πολιτική συγκριτικά με τους φτωχότερους. Η γερμανική κυβέρνηση έσπευσε να αφαιρέσει τα επίμαχα συμπεράσματα, ώστε η έρευνα όταν φτάσει στο ευρύ κοινό να είναι κάπως πιο… εύπεπτη.

Η SZ γράφει ότι από την αναθεωρημένη εκδοχή λείπει, για παράδειγμα, η διατύπωση ότι «η πιθανότητα για μια πολιτική αλλαγή είναι σημαντικά μεγαλύτερη όταν αυτή την πολιτική αλλαγή υποστηρίζεται από μεγάλο αριθμό ανθρώπων με υψηλότερο εισόδημα».

Παραγράφηκε επίσης από τη γερμανική κυβέρνηση η αναφορά περί «κρίσης πολιτικής αντιπροσώπευσης», καθώς και η παρατήρηση ότι «άτομα με χαμηλότερο εισόδημα παύουν να συμμετέχουν στα πολιτικά δρώμενα εξαιτίας εμπειριών που τους οδηγούν στο συμπέρασμα ότι οι πολιτικοί προσανατολίζονται λιγότερο με βάση αυτούς για τη λήψη αποφάσεων».

Η έκθεση πρόκειται να παρουσιαστεί επίσημα στις αρχές του 2017, ωστόσο ήδη έχουν διαρρεύσει αποσπασματικά στοιχεία στον γερμανικό τύπο, σύμφωνα με τη Deutsche Welle.

Μεταξύ άλλων καταγράφεται ότι ο αριθμός των εκατομμυριούχων στη Γερμανία αυξήθηκε σε 16.495 από 12.424 το 2009 και οι μισθοί όσων έχουν μόνιμη θέση απασχόλησης ανέβηκαν πάνω από 10% τα τελευταία τέσσερα χρόνια.

Δυσάρεστο νέο είναι ότι 4,17 εκατομμύρια Γερμανοί, που αντιστοιχούν σε 6,1% του πληθυσμού, είναι υπερχρεωμένοι και ανήκουν κατά κανόνα στον τομέα των χαμηλά αμειβόμενων, οι οποίοι υπολείπονται αισθητά του μέσου εθνικού όρου. Τέλος, ο αριθμός των αστέγων σημείωσε σημαντική αύξηση από 223.000 το 2008 σε 335.000 το 2014.
