Τι θα γίνει επιτέλους με τις τράπεζες;

Ο Σκουρλέτης πριν κανά δυο ημέρες κατήγγειλε μεταξύ τυρού και αχλαδιού σε τηλεοπτική εκπομπή του Skai ότι οι τράπεζες σπρώχνουν τους πελάτες τους να βγάλουν στο εξωτερικό τις καταθέσεις τους. Κυρίως με τη μορφή αμοιβαίων κεφαλαίων στο Λουξεμβούργο.

Πρόκειται για νέα μεγάλη απάτη που στήνουν οι τραπεζίτες. Πλησιάζουν εκείνους που διαθέτουν κατά προτίμηση προθεσμιακή κατάθεση και τους προτείνουν να τοποθετήσουν τα χρήματά τους σε αμοιβαία θυγατρικών στο εξωτερικό. Τους πουλάνε το παραμύθι ότι είναι εγγυημένα έναντι πιθaνού κουρέματος των καταθέσεων και κραχ.

Ποιός θα προστατέψει τους καταθέτες από την ασυδοσία των τραπεζών; Πάντως όχι η κυβέρνηση, η οποία απλά παρακολουθεί αμέτοχη, Σχολιάζει μόνο την επικαιρότητα.

Την πρακτική αυτή ξεκίνησε η Alpha και συνέχισε η Eurobank ήδη από το Δεκέμβριο του 2014. Με τον τρόπο αυτό οι συστημικές τράπεζες δημιούργησαν ένα πραγματικό ρεύμα εκροής καταθέσεων στο εξωτερικό, το οποίο τον Δεκέμβριο του 2014 ανερχόταν σε 5,3 δις ευρώ. Τον Ιανουάριο του 2015 ανερχόταν σε 13,7 δις ευρώ. Τον Φεβρουάριο 8,2 δις ευρώ. Τον Μάρτιο 4,1 δις ευρώ και τον Απρίλιο 6,2 δις ευρώ. Σύνολο 5μήνου: 37,5 δις ευρώ, ήτοι το 21% του ΑΕΠ της χώρας.

Ταυτόχρονα, οι τράπεζες έχουν προχωρήσει σε αναστολή χρηματοδότησης προς τον ιδιωτικό τομέα ακόμη και σε επίπεδο αλληλόχρεου λογαριασμού. Με δικαιολογία την αναμονή της συμφωνίας με τους δανειστές. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι πολλές εταιρείες να έχουν με τη σειρά τους οδηγηθεί σε αναστολή πληρωμών προς εργαζόμενους και προμηθευτές.

Και καλά η κυβέρνηση τι κάνει; Συνεχίζει και τους δίνει πλουσιοπάροχα εγγυήσεις για να εκδίδουν αβέρτα δικά τους ομολογιακά δάνεια. Πάνω από 55 δις ευρώ ομολογιακά δάνεια έχουν εκδόσει οι 4 συστημικές τράπεζες με εγγύηση του ελληνικού δημοσίου, δηλαδή με εγγύηση του έλληνα φορολογούμενου.

Την ίδια ώρα, οι ίδιες τράπεζες έχουν αποροφήσει πάνω από 90 δις ευρώ δανεικά από το ευρωσύστημα. Πάλι με εγγύηση του ελληνικού δημοσίου, δηλαδή του φορολογούμενου.

Γιατί δεν προχωρά σε εκκαθάριση ενεργητικών; Γιατί δεν βάζει τους οικονομικούς ανακριτές στις τράπεζες; Τόσο πολύ τρέμει τους τραπεζίτες; Ή μήπως την έχουν βάλει κι αυτήν στο χέρι;

Αν η κυβέρνηση δεν είχε δώσει γη και ύδωρ στους τραπεζίτες εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας, η εκκαθάριση των συστημικών τραπεζών θα επέτρεπε αφενός να αποκαλυφθεί η λεηλασία του χρήματος που γίνεται υπό καθεστώς τοκογλυφίας επί χρόνια. Αφετέρου να διαγραφούν ολοσχαιρώς τα δάνεια προς τα νοικοκυριά, τους ελευθερεπαγγελματίες, τους αγρότες και μικρομεσαίους που αδυνατούν να τα εξυπηρετήσουν.

Κι έτσι να μας δοθεί η δυνατότητα να ανοικοδομήσουμε το τραπεζικό σύστημα εκ βάθρων. Χωρίς σαράφικες και τοκογλυφικές πρακτικές, όπως συνηθίζουν οι συστημικές τράπεζες έως σήμερα.

Η απάντηση στα εύλογα ερωτήματα Καζάκη, είναι ότι το Ταμείο Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας, με ευθύνη της προηγούμενης κυβέρνησης όπως αποκάλυψε και ο Βαρουφάκης, δεν ελέγχεται στο ελάχιστο από το Ελληνικό δημόσιο.
