Λινέρα: Τα χρέη της Ελλάδας είναι παράνομα

Συνάντηση της Προέδρου της Βουλής, Ζωής Κωνσταντοπούλου, με τον Αντιπρόεδρο της Βολιβίας, Άλβαρο Γκαρσία Λινέρα

Τα προκαταρκτικά συμπεράσματα της Επιτροπής Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους, του παρέδωσε η Πρόεδρος της Βουλής, Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου

Εξωτερικά χρέη, όπως αυτό της Ελλάδας, είναι άδικα, καταχρηστικά, παράνομα και με τις σημερινές συνθήκες αδύνατον να αποπληρωθούν, σύμφωνα με τον Άλβαρο Γκαρσία Λινέρα, Αντιπρόεδρο της Βολιβίας, η οποία προεδρεύει της Επιτροπής του Οργανισμού Ηνωμένων Εθνών για την Αναδιάρθρωση του Εξωτερικού Χρέους των Χωρών. Ο κ. Λινέρα είχε σήμερα συνάντηση με την Πρόεδρο της Βουλής των Ελλήνων, Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου, η οποία του παρέδωσε τα προκαταρκτικά συμπεράσματα της Επιτροπής Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους.

Σε δηλώσεις του, ο Άλβαρο Γκαρσία Λινέρα υπογράμμισε πως «οι απαιτήσεις για την αποπληρωμή των εξωτερικών χρεών των χωρών στη διάρκεια της δεκαετίας του ’80, έναντι των διεθνών Οργανισμών, ουσιαστικά, το μόνο που πρόσφεραν στη Λατινική Αμερική ήταν 20 χρόνια χαμένα, 20 χρόνια ύφεσης, 20 χρόνια πολιτικών δημοσιονομικής προσαρμογής, είκοσι χρόνια απώλειας και μείωσης δικαιωμάτων και οικονομικής ύφεσης. Δεν θέλουμε να συμβεί το ίδιο στην Ελλάδα», προσθέτοντας πως «τα βιώματα και εμπειρία μας από τη δεκαετία του ’80 μας δείχνουν ότι τέτοιου είδους εξωτερικά χρέη είναι άδικα, είναι καταχρηστικά, είναι παράνομα και με τις σημερινές συνθήκες δεν είναι δυνατόν και να αποπληρωθούν».

«Η Λατινική Αμερική έχει μάθει πολύ καλά ότι το να ακολουθεί κανείς τις προσταγές αυτές των διεθνών Οργανισμών τέτοιου τύπου δεν οδηγεί παρά μόνο στην καταστροφή της οικονομίας και των λαών», δήλωσε με έμφαση ο κ. Λινέρα.

Ο κ. Λινέρα ενημέρωσε την κ. Κωνσταντοπούλου για το ότι η Βολιβία προεδρεύει της Επιτροπής του Οργανισμού Ηνωμένων Εθνών για την Αναδιάρθρωση του Εξωτερικού Χρέους των Χωρών και επιθυμεί τη στενή συνεργασία με την Επιτροπή Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους του Ελληνικού Κοινοβουλίου. «Η Επιτροπή θα υποβάλει προτάσεις στη Γενική Συνέλευση των Ηνωμένων Εθνών στα τέλη του έτους και θέλουμε να συμπεριλάβουμε προτάσεις, συστάσεις και λύσεις κατόπιν στενής συνεργασίας με την κ. Κωνσταντοπούλου, ώστε αυτή η προσπάθεια να βοηθήσει τους λαούς, τις χώρες και τις οικονομίες τους και να μην ενισχύει τα κέρδη των τραπεζιτών. Με αυτή τη θεσμική θέση θα κινηθούμε προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση», είπε.

Εξέφρασε την αλληλεγγύη της Βολιβίας προς τον ελληνικό λαό και στην ελληνική κυβέρνηση, στην προσπάθεια αναζήτησης και εξεύρεσης λύσεων που να μην οδηγούν σε απώλεια δικαιωμάτων, σε περισσότερη ύφεση και σε απώλεια ευημερίας. «Στηρίζουμε, υποστηρίζουμε και συμφωνούμε με οποιαδήποτε απόφαση ή δράση της Κυβέρνησης που έχει ως στόχο περισσότερη εθνική κυριαρχία και περισσότερη ευημερία προς όφελος του λαού. Η Βολιβία στηρίζει όλες τις πρωτοβουλίες που κινούνται προς την κατεύθυνση του αγώνα εναντίων των εκβιασμών των διεθνών χρηματοπιστωτικών ιδρυμάτων», σημείωσε.

Από την πλευρά της, η Πρόεδρος της Βουλής των Ελλήνων, Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου δήλωσε: «Είχα την μεγάλη χαρά να συζητήσω με τον κ. Λινέρα για το μείζον θέμα που αντιμετωπίζει σήμερα η χώρα μας. Αυτή την ασφυκτική, εκβιαστική πολιτική απέναντι στον λαό της, με πρόσχημα ένα χρέος που δεν είναι νόμιμο και που δεν έχει δημιουργήσει αυτός ο λαός».

Πρόσθεσε πως «η Βολιβία είναι επικεφαλής της Επιτροπής του ΟΗΕ για το χρέος και τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα και έτσι είχα την ευκαιρία να παραδώσω στον κ. Αντιπρόεδρο τα προκαταρκτικά συμπεράσματα της Επιτροπής Αλήθειας Δημοσίου Χρέους της Βουλής, να του ζητήσω την συνδρομή της χώρας του στη μέγιστη αξιοποίηση αυτών των πορισμάτων, προς όφελος του λαού στο πλαίσιο του ΟΗΕ και είχα την χαρά και τη συγκίνηση να διαπιστώσω τι σημαίνει διεθνής αλληλεγγύη, τι σημαίνει πραγματική συμπαράσταση σε ένα λαό ο οποίος δοκιμάζεται και τι σημαίνει ένωση των λαών και των κοινωνιών προς όφελος της Δημοκρατίας, των ελευθεριών και των δικαιωμάτων».

Η Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου τόνισε ότι «έχει σημασία να αξιοποιήσουμε το γεγονός ότι αυτά που σήμερα περνάει ο ελληνικός λαός, και άλλοι λαοί στην Ευρώπη, μέσα από το καθεστώς των μνημονίων που έχουν βιώσει με τραυματικό τρόπο, πριν από δεκαετίες, οι λαοί της Λατινικής Αμερικής και έχουν την εμπειρία και τη σοφία να γνωρίζουν ότι αυτά που εμφυτεύτηκαν και εκείνα που προτάθηκαν και τα όσα εφαρμόστηκαν στη χώρα μας είναι απολύτως καταστροφικά, δεν εγγυώνται καμία ανάπτυξη και ευημερία, οδηγούν σε μακροχρόνια ύφεση, σε συρρίκνωση της δημοκρατίας και σε ισοπέδωση των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων.

«Ο κ. Λινέρα είναι ένας πραγματικός φίλος της Ελλάδας και του ελληνικού λαού και είναι κι ένας άνθρωπος που με το παράδειγμά του και την δοκιμασία του στον αγώνα για δημοκρατία και ελευθερία, συγκροτεί ένα υπόδειγμα στον αντίποδα των τεχνοκρατών και των γραφειοκρατών που επιχειρούν να καταδυναστεύσουν τους λαούς σήμερα», κατέληξε η Πρόεδρος της Βουλής.
