Λαπαβίτσας: Η έξοδος από την ευρωζώνη δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι χαοτική

“Αυτό που στην πραγματικότητα ζητάνε οι δανειστές από την Ελλάδα είναι να υπογράψει την αυτοκτονία της”, επισημαίνει ο οικονομολόγος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Κώστας Λαπαβίτσας στον πρωθυπουργό Αλέξη Τσίπρα, σε ότι αφορά τις απαιτήσεις των διεθνών δανειστών, και προτείνει να εγκαταλείψει το ευρώ

Ερ. Χθες ο Τσίπρας συζήτησε με τον Γιούνκερ στις Βρυξέλλες και οι δύο πλευρές είχαν προτάσεις, η επόμενη τελική προθεσμία πλησιάζει, φαίνεται ότι έχει ξεκινήσει η τελευταία πράξη της διαπραγμάτευσης. Πως εκτιμάτε την πρόταση των δανειστών;

Απ. Πιστεύω ότι αυτό που συμβαίνει στις Βρυξέλλες δείχνει την τεράστια απόσταση που υπάρχει ανάμεσα στην ελληνική πλευρά και στην πλευρά των δανειστών και είναι δύσκολο να γεφυρωθεί. Η ελληνική οικονομία δεν θα έχει μεγάλη ανάπτυξη αυτή τη χρονιά ούτε και την επόμενη και η επίτευξη ενός έστω και μικρού πλεονάσματος θα είναι πολύ δύσκολη. Θα χρειαστεί αύξηση φόρων και μείωση δημοσίων δαπανών συμπεριλαμβανομένων πιθανότατα και των συντάξεων. Αυτά τα μέτρα είναι πολύ δύσκολα να τα δεχτεί η κυβέρνηση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ γιατί είναι αντίθετα με ότι έχουμε πει στον ελληνικό λαό. Εδώ έχουμε ένα μεγάλο πρόβλημα.

Ερ. Τι θα κάνει ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ για αυτό;

Απ. Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ψηφίστηκε στη βάση του προγράμματος του να σταματήσει την αυστηρή λιτότητα κάτι που είναι και επιθυμητό αλλά και απαραίτητο για την Ελλάδα. Αλλά η Ευρωζώνη επιμένει στη λιτότητα. Εάν η Ελλάδα θέλει να παραμείνει στην Ευρωζώνη, αυτό πρέπει να συνδυαστεί με αυστηρή πολιτική, αυτό είναι ξεκάθαρο. Άρα ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ πρέπει να αποφασίσει ποιο δρόμο θα ακολουθήσει. Είναι η ώρα για ένα εναλλακτικό σχέδιο (Σχέδιο Β).

Ερ. Το Σχέδιο Β που έχετε προτείνει ήταν όμως σε αντίθεση με την ηγεσία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ γιατί λέει ξεκάθαρα: αποχώρηση από το ευρώ.

Απ. Εάν επιστρέψουμε σε μέτρα λιτότητας παρόμοια με αυτά που εφαρμόστηκαν τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια, αυτό θα είναι το τέλος της Ελλάδας, ως οικονομίας, ως κοινωνίας και ως χώρας. Δεν υπάρχει καμία αμφιβολία για αυτό. Αυτό που στην πραγματικότητα ζητάνε οι δανειστές από την Ελλάδα είναι υπογράψει την αυτοκτονία της. Πρέπει να σκεφτούμε άλλες επιλογές.

Ερ. Άρα ζητάτε από τον Τσίπρα να μη δεχτεί τη συμφωνία κάτω από αυτές τις συνθήκες;

Απ. Θέλω να εμπιστεύομαι την ηγεσία ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Θέλω επίσης να πιστεύω ότι έχει γνήσιο αριστερό ένστικτο. Ακόμη πιστεύω ότι παίρνει πολύ σοβαρά την εντολή που έχει λάβει από τον ελληνικό λαό. Δεν νομίζω ότι θα δεχτεί μία συμφωνία που είναι αντίθετη στο πρόγραμμά μας. Αυτό θα είναι το τέλος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ως αριστερό κόμμα. Υπογράφοντας ένα μνημόνιο τελείωσε η πολιτική καριέρα του κεντρο-αριστερού Γιώργου Παπανδρέου και του συντηρητικού Αντώνη Σαμαρά. Πιστεύω ότι ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας θα φανεί σοφότερος.

Ερ. Και αν έρθει μία συμφωνία στη Βουλή θα την καταψηφίσετε;

Βλέπω το θέμα όπως και πολλοί άλλοι βουλευτές του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Έχουμε τη δημοκρατική εντολή να υλοποιήσουμε το πρόγραμμα μας. Όχι να κρατήσουμε την Ελλάδα στην Ευρωζώνη κάτω υπό οποιεσδήποτε συνθήκες, δεν μας ψήφισε ο ελληνικός λαός για αυτό. Λέμε καταρχήν, ότι έχουμε ένα πρόγραμμα και θέλουμε να το υλοποιήσουμε και δευτερευόντως να το υλοποιήσουμε μέσα στην Ευρωζώνη. Εάν αυτή η συμφωνία δεν μας επιτρέπει να υλοποιήσουμε το πρόγραμμα μας τότε δεν έχουμε εξουσιοδότηση για κάτι άλλο. Για μένα το ζήτημα της ψήφου στη Βουλή είναι ζήτημα της υποχρέωσης που έχω στους ψηφοφόρους μου. Δεν κατέβηκα στις εκλογές για διασκέδαση.

Ερ. Μπορεί ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ να πάει για μια καινούργια εντολή με γρήγορες εκλογές;

Απ. Πρέπει να είμαστε ειλικρινείς με τον λαό. Πρέπει να πούμε ποιες είναι οι πραγματικές επιλογές που υπάρχουν. Μέχρι τώρα η επίσημη θέση μας είναι: να πάμε σε μια καλή συμφωνία, μία αμοιβαία επωφελή συμφωνία. Αλλά οι δανειστές δεν μας δίνουν τίποτα. Είναι η ώρα να ετοιμάσουμε τον ελληνικό λαό για δραστικές κινήσεις, ακόμη και χωρίς συμφωνία με τους δανειστές. Μία έξοδος από την Ευρωζώνη δεν χρειάζεται να είναι χαοτική, υπάρχουν άνθρωποι στην Ελλάδα που μπορούν να διαχειριστούν την κατάσταση. Και υπάρχουν βάσιμοι λόγοι να πιστεύουμε ότι θα ανοίξει ένας δρόμος ελπίδας για τη χώρα, ιδιαίτερα μάλιστα εάν τον συγκρίνουμε με την καταστροφική συμφωνία που μας προσφέρουν οι δανειστές. Αλλά η τελική επιλογή ανήκει στο λαό. Εγώ θα προτιμούσα μία νέα εντολή, είτε με δημοψήφισμα είτε με νέες εκλογές που μπορούν να γίνουν πολύ γρήγορα, αν χρειαστεί.
