Κυριάκο, ρώτα τον πατέρα σου αν είμαι αξιόπιστος

Αγαπητέ Κυριάκο

Άκουσα με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον, την άποψή σου πως οι αποκαλύψεις του HOT DOC, δεν είναι δα και οι αποκαλύψεις των New York Times. Δεν ξέρω τι είναι το HOT DOC Κυριάκο μου, αλλά στην Αμερική όπου σπούδασες, δεν θα υπήρχε δημοσίευμα που να κατηγορεί πολιτικό πως έχει πρόβλημα με τα περιουσιακά στοιχεία που δηλώνει και ο πολιτικός αυτός να μην απαντούσε επί της ουσίας, αλλά να κατέφευγε σε ειρωνείες για τους δημοσιογράφους.

Δεν ξέρω επίσης αν την άποψή σου για την αξιοπιστία μου την ασπάζεται ο πατέρας σου, ο Κώστας Μητσοτάκης, με τον οποίο με συνδέει μια πολύ καλή σχέση, από την εποχή που ως δημοσιογράφος, έκανα μια αποκάλυψη που αφαίρεσε ένα από τα μελανά στοιχεία της ιστορίας του.

Αποκάλυψα λοιπόν Κυριάκο μου, πως ο πατέρας σου δεν ήταν συνεργάτης των Ναζί. Η άποψη αυτή είχε παγιωθεί μετά από δημοσιέυματα της «Αυριανής» το 1985 και συνοδεύτηκε από φωτογραφίες. Έδωσα στη δημοσιότητα όλα τα στοιχεία που στοιχειοθετούσαν πως αυτή η κατηγορία χαλκεύτηκε στην Στάζι, τη μυστική υπηρεσία της Ανατολικής Γερμανίας, μετά από αίτημα των Βουλγαρικών μυστικών υπηρεσιών. Δημοσίευσα έγγραφα αλλά και συνεντεύξεις των πρακτόρων.

Το έκανα εγώ αυτό Κυριάκο μου, ο οποίος δεν είχα καμιά πολιτική σχέση ούτε με τη ΝΔ, ούτε με το Μητσοτάκη. Ούτε το Βήμα, ούτε οι φυλλάδες και οι παρατρεχάμενοι της οικογένειας. Χρειάστηκε μάλιστα στο Mega όπου δούλευα να απειλήσω πως αν δεν παίξει η εκπομπή (πράγμα που πολλοί επιχειρούσαν) θα καταγγείλω την προσπάθεια λογοκρισίας στον κόσμο. Βλέπεις τότε Κυριάκο μου, κανένας δεν ήθελε να ξελασπώσει τους Μητσοτάκηδες.

Όταν Κυριάκο μου ο πατέρας σου με ευχαρίστησε γι’ αυτό που έκανα, του είπα πως αυτό ήταν η υποχρέωσή μου ως δημοσιογράφου, να βρω και να πω την αλήθεια και τον διαβεβαίωσα πως αν έβρισκα το αντίθετο, θα το δημοσιοποιούσα χωρίς να κάνω χάρη σε κανέναν.

Γιατί έτσι κάνουν οι δημοσιογράφοι Κυριάκο μου, οι κανονικοί δημοσιογράφοι. Ούτε λιβανίζουν, ούτε κρύβουν, ούτε κάνουν γαργάρες. Έτσι έκανα και στην περίπτωσή σου. Βρήκα ένα προβληματικό Πόθεν Έσχες, διπλά ΑΦΜ της συζύγου σου, αγορές οικοπέδων μαζί με το Χριστοφοράκο. Αυτά δημοσίευσα και περίμενα απάντηση. Δεν την έδωσες, αλλά θέλησες να ειρωνευτείς. Για λόγους ιστορίας και μόνο, παρότι δεν με λένε Μητσοτάκη, δεν είμαι παιδί πρώην πρωθυπουργού, οι New York Times, έχουν κατά καιρούς φιλοξενήσει άρθρα μου, όπως και ο Guardian, η Die Zeit, η El Mundo και πολλές ακόμη εφημερίδες κύρους. Με έχουν βραβεύσει κιόλας Κυριάκο μου γιατί αποκάλυψα πράγματα που εσύ και η κυβέρνησή σου κρύβατε μαζί με Βενιζέλους και λοιπούς παραστάτες της διαπλοκής (για τραγική ειρωνεία αυτή η λέξη έχει καθιερωθεί από τον πατέρα σου, Κυριάκο).

Αν με την ειρωνική σου φράση Κυριάκο μου πως το HOT DOC δεν είναι NYT, απευθύνεσαι γενικά στην ελληνική δημοσιογραφία, θα με βρεις σύμφωνο. Ναι Κυριάκο μου, οι δημοσιογράφοι των NYT, δεν θα χρηματίζονταν σε μαύρες σακούλες, όπως έχει πει ο πατέρας σου πως έκαναν όταν ο Σαμαράς ήταν Υπουργός Εξωτερικών, και του οποίου υπήρξες Υπουργός. Αλλά από την άλλη μεριά Κυριάκο μου και οι πολιτικοί στην Αμερική δεν θα ήταν τόσο ρόμπες ώστε να ζητούσε ένας Χριστοφοράκος να τους χαρίσει η SIEMENS τα τηλεφωνικά κέντρα. Και αν αυτό γινόταν γνωστό Κυριάκο μου, δεν θα έγραφαν μόνο οι ΝΥΤ, αλλά και τα Νέα της Κολοπετινίτσας Βορείου Αμερικής.

Επίσης Κυριάκο μου, αν ο πιο στενός τους συνεργάτης είχε εμπλοκή σε κύκλωμα παιδεραστίας, θα είχαν το θάρρος να πουν πως έσφαλαν στην επιλογή τους και το πολιτικό θάρρος να κάνουν μια δήλωση βρε αδερφέ.

Όχι Κυριάκο μου, το HOT DOC δεν είναι οι NYT. Δεν θα μπορούσε άλλωστε. Αλλά εκεί δουλεύουν δημοσιογράφοι που παλεύουν με ολόκληρο το σύστημα που δημιουργήσατε στην Ελλάδα. Κανονικοί δημοσιογράφοι. Ρώτα και τον πατέρα σου.
